I tried some new Salt water/ Sea Mineral conditioner today
It's aroma popped out a joyous memory
In my brain that dwells there to stay
Taking a shower at Grandmas trailer
After a day of play
Washing the sand off from the Outer Banks
Stuck to my legs, like it stuck to my memory
The sand wanted to stay
I don't know how good the conditioner is for my hair
It's sold to me because it's scent transports my mind
Back to a time of Peace
Divine Care
Amazing how scents have so much control
A trip to Heaven deep in my soul

Do not be your own enemy
By spewing out false prophecy
Jesus warned of this you see
It is a disease
Which consumes society
They say the "end of the world"
Is getting closer everyday
Look back over history
You will see it
Has always been this way
Yes, it swells from time to time
Up and down
Just like crashing waves
Or Lightening striking
Setting fire to targets
On the ground
We may need to heed
What Our Father did say
Quit obsessing
Only He will know the day!!!

My days task are never complete
With each moment my energy seeps

If only I could find that magic seed
When planted energy
Blooms forth with speed

Washing towels and wash clothes
Is my next chore
Then I'm off to the grocery store

When I get home
I will put the groceries away
Clean the bathrooms
And prepare a menu for the next day

Then it will be time to cook
The evening meal
While cutting coupons
For the next trip to the grocery store
To get the best deals

When dinner times comes
It is time to pray
I will ask The Lord
For that magic seed
To send some energy my way

After doing the evening dishes,
Folding laundry,  and getting
Set for the next day
All my strength has washed away
It is OK

Now it is time to go to sleep
After I pray to the Lord
My soul to keep
I will ask Him again
For the following day
For the magic seed to bloom in me
Tomorrow, fresh, I
Will wake full of life
And energy
AMEN

Our purpose at times

I Could  not or would not grasp

Then one day The Holy Spirit

Brought me to my knees

In God’s humbling way

I asked Jesus for forgiveness

In that instance healing did begin

Slowly my reasoning began to turn around

My desires moved away from party town

I began to see Our Father’s

Point of view

As not so preposterous

The things I ought to do

I realized that loving others

Makes me feel so sincerely good

Taking care of them is always what I should

Following His word is the best I can do

Not because it makes me feel truly whole

To do and be what I am supposed to

“Those who know  Your   name will put their trust in You”

There are other things that

I have also learned

Making judgements upon others

Is not my concern

I put my trust in Jesus

Each and every day

I feel my faith grow stronger

Each time when I pray

Just like each time

I write a poem

I think  ”this may be the very best one”

Each time I follow his scriptures

I feel the rising sun ~son~

Tell me I'm silly, I know
Isn't it funny how dung makes things grow
It's quite ironic, God made it this way
Is there something He wanted to tell us without having to say
The things in life that make us grow
Aren't always going to be pleasant, this is so
If you plan to plant flowers today
When you open your fertilizer
You will smell that smell, lift up your head and pray
Thank Him for bringing forth this sun shiny spring
Spring blossoms make the birds sing
AHH, that joyous smell of spring

I had a friend

God will give me His vision

True belief when  I pray

There was once grass,
flowers, and
trees

Now here they gather in the Wal-Mart parking lot
Continually, all the electrical lines and trees
Nearby, following what their culture has done

Shoppers leave the parking lot
Ranting, " the birds best not crap on what I've bought."
