We usually think of beauty
As a very pretty face
Or how people act, or what they do
May also be the case
We’re told that beauty lies
In the eyes of the beholder
Some people also see beauty
As a person that is bolder
But me, I think of beauty
As the sunshine in the morn
Or the face of a brand new child
On the day that he is born
Beauty can be a running steam
Or the reflection from the sun
Beauty can be the enlightenment
On the face of newly ordained nun
Beauty can be an object
That brings us so much pleasure
Or an act that is reversing
That has brought us such displeasure
Beauty can be a state of being
That is pleasant to the senses
Or a ****** exposition
That brings forward our defenses
Whatever beauty means to you
We hope that you have more
That you find some time to listen
To the water at the shore
And take the time with gratitude
To understand your fate
And enjoy the beauty before you
Before it is too late

Some days
When I sit in the silence
And wonder what life is about
I stop
And reconnect
With who I am
And who
I want to be
All is never lost
When we know who we are
And where we are going
Sometimes
The path is clear
And direct
And
Sometimes
We feel lost
And unsure
Of who we may be
In the future
So
As long as you hold onto
Who you are
You
Can do
Anything

Tick tock, tick tock, time is passing by
Sometimes it makes me happy and sometimes it makes me cry
Our busy time moves by so quickly, when at rest it sure slows down
Time is measured by what we do and how we move around
Einstin talked about  ripples in space-time and the relativity of life
Some people talk about the here and now and others about past life
Time is the continued sequence of events that occur throughout our day
Time is the measurement of what we are as we work and as we play
We plan and schedule and arrange our days with activities galore
And sometimes we just sit and veg and never move out of the door
So how can we make the best use of our time on a daily basis
If we procrastinate and sit around and get nothing done in stasis
Time has a way of flying by until our time is over
If we don’t use our will and make some changes our life we won’t turnover
Take the time, make some time, use your time spent well
Do the things that make you happy, do the things that to you compel
Do the things that bring you happiness and the things that bring a frown
Do the things that fill your day up rather than spending time lying down
For time moves by and before you know it your time will be complete
You want to look back at all you’ve done and know that your life was sweet
So take the time and do your best and consider each breathe as your last
For life passes us by so very quickly and before you know it life has passed
Count each tick tock as a gift to hold and cherish  as your own
Meet friends find love and celebrate and know that you have grown

Isn’t it amazing how much attention we give to body
We dress and clean and groom it and explode when we look shoddy
We think that our appearance is how other's tend to judge us
Can we take some time here to justify and talk, so let us now discuss this
Our body is just a part of us, a part and not a whole
Take time to look a little deeper then you’ll find a better goal
For our bodies are just a fraction of what we should be looking for
If we look a little deeper then for sure we will then score
We are more than just our bodies, our minds and feelings, oh
We are so much more than what we know, let’s take this all in tow
We have a body to take us places where we’ve never been before
We have a mind to guide that trip and feelings can be a chore
So body, mind and feelings are just a part of who we be
And what is it that steers the ship? Let’s look and we will see
We have a body, mind, and emotions and we are so much more
We need to find our true, real self, we need to find our core
The Self that guides who we are now and who we’re meant to be
Is something more than our tri self, take time to look and see
Our self is a flow of mind-stream and ****** conditions
Our self is taken care of by our family physicians
Our Transpersonal Self is able to stand in itself
Received, absorbed and utilized by the self
When we look beyond body, mind and emotions
We find that we’re much more
Than who we thought we might find
Our true Self at the core
Our driving force is Self which is a truly focal point
An enduring reality, stable center with a very simple viewpoint
The Self is what is left when we take away the parts
The Self can stand alone, it’s the power from where life starts
The self is not a working force, in a sense it just can be
For the Self is not the electric cord, it’s the power which we can’t see
The self and Self in unison can be a beautiful dance
It comes from knowing who we are, it’s experience not happenchance
So if we take just minute to know we’re more than just our body
We’ll find that we are so much more, a soul that we embody
Materialism is believing that our body is all we are
Yet when we look much deeper we’ll find our soul is the true star

Have you ever felt
Like you don’t have enough
Like you want to have more
And things are real tough
Your friend bought a dog
Another a new car
And all that you have
Is a view of a star
And you feel bad for yourself
And envy the other
And you blame it on your father
And of course on your mother
And envy does grow
And so does your greed
And you never feel like
You can fill all your needs
I suggest that you take
A step back now and look
At all that you have
And all that you took
In order to be
Like all the others
You want to have all
Like your sisters and brothers
Step back once again
And count all your blessings
It’s the need that now
You need to be addressing
Sometimes we think that
What we have is all there is
What others have
Is really none of our biz
So if we can just remember
MYOB and rejoice
Because being happy
Is really a choice
To accept all we are
And be happy with that
If we were like others
We’d just be  copycat
So be happy with all
That is yours in the now
Be grateful and thankful
There’s nothing holier than thou

For some weird reason people think
That money and fame equal love
They spend their lives acquiring
When sufficient could be enough
Their eyes look wide and far to find
What they think they could need
While forgetting to look inside themselves
With thanks and prayer , indeed
This intense and selfish desire won’t bring
What you are looking for
If you would look inside yourself
You’d find you need no more
We need so little to get along
We’re all we ’re looking for
It’s just that you’re looking in the wrong place
And always think you need more
And when you get those wonderful things
That you’ve been searching for
You find that feeling deep inside
Is tearing at your core
Enough is enough should be enough
We shouldn’t need any more
And yet we continue to gather ‘stuff’
And see life as a chore
If we could just sit in silence
Then we could learn the truth
That less means more and we’re enough
We have been since our youth
But someone somewhere gave us the message
That we are not enough
We formed a skin that’s thick and wide
And very very tough
And yet our true self is loving and warm
And soft pliable and truth
If we could just be enough for ourselves
We’d find the fountain of youth
The intense desire of greed is strong
And very overtaking
If will we possess and want to change
Then a new ‘we’ is in the making
Let go of objects, money, power and all
That you used to think you needed
And find your true authentic self
Your desires you’ve exceeded
