Airstreams of an Inhale spiral
circling through lungs
making contact with cells
waiting its arrival.

Senses awaken to focus inside
a meditative stance,
as one sheds human vessel
to fly above mountain peaks,

More breaths are taken,
while moments disintegrate
into a portal of no time.

Harmonic vibration echo 
releasing song of freedom
as two souls rendezvous.

Oneness opens sacred wings
where no planes are needed
as auto pilot is their hearts.

Bound by love wings expand
drifting into universal highways
as
passions rise,
and whistling winds
move through cloud formations.

******* pleasures
fill slipstream
carrying both in peace
as they head back to solid ground.

Back, blessed,
re-energized, and satisfied
to live infused in human costume
until they meet again.

And with a wave of Santa’s hand
he sits on float in front of Macy’s
to set off the Christmas season.

Black Friday shoppers line streets
ready for deals.
Excitement moves in hearts
as trees are set up on lots for sale.
As a chill is in air and
holiday music echoes on radio.

Its a grand time while days pass
and the Christmas countdown begins.

Trees are set up in homes
where all help to decorate.
Fireplaces are readied
to bring their notch of glow
to holiday festivities.  
And gifts are placed adorned
in mystery under tree.

Yes Its a grand time
of year to celebrate Christmas,
with raised egg nog.
With hearts open to feel.
the spirit of giving
of loving, of dreaming.
And for all feel the blessings
of life.
Yes its a grand time to connect for
a Merry Christmas
and a happy new year.

Steward of love and kindness I be,
as I awaken to the new energies
to celebrate.

Old habits and beliefs fall to wayside,
making room for love to anchor.

Being who played their dark rolls
can't resonate with new energies of love and begin to leave.

The era of acention is here
so I ground gracefully through the process as chaos passes.

I Am a stewart of love making my way
into the new times.
Its what I and WE signed up for.

WE ARE
all walking gifts for humanity.

all filled to brim
with blessings and visions

an orchestration of the precious heart song
that beats day and night
and is as sacred as birds song.

all divine being in human form
masterpieces even if our words are non.

capable of getting through all hurricanes
life brings because
our essence is love.

My hero is the writer
who sits with grand wisdom
bringing light inside shadow of my heart.

The one who scribes their life expedition
to document their valuable finds.

My hero is the sage who whispers in dead of night
to comfort eyes on sleepless eve.

The one who is a gift even if they never know it.

My hero is a wordsmith,
the one who corrals great thoughts
to pen upon fertile minds.

The one I meet in mind
to dance with on a highway of verse.

Inside curtain of wind,
senses rise and focused mind
begins to hear.
Stream of song reverberates,
as music of breath balances heartbeat.
As vibrant twinkling stars lead thoughts
into pastures of lighted clouds.

Sleep eludes.
while words tumbled off finger tips,
and road to poem starts.
Letters circulate,
as if inside air particles of breath to form
jargon gatherings untouched by human mind.

“Who speaks in yonder hall
of prism faceted mind?”
I ask at 3AM
when it's sleep time for most
but not me.

Is it Shakespeare's shadowed form
as guide perched in realms unseen
who echoes in mind a
“to write or not to write,
that be the question.”

Or could it be Hemingway
who invites self into thoughts
sprinkling seedlings of a vision
once painted on a rainy night.

Perhaps it’s Poe a grand puppeteer of words,
who once lived.
A talented soul in matrex of universe
who offers mind transfusion
to tweak my prose
with a Ravens song.   
 
Maybe its an alien who stops for a while
in a dimension nearby
to reveal a message for those
craving wisdom to fall into eyes like
to move as pioneer
in celebration
of ones sacred self.

Alas time passes
as poem comes to an end
and moon slowly ascends
biding farewell

Undercurrents of sound
shift and writer guides ceases to feed
without leaving his calling card
of a name.

And I bid thee fine reader good day
as my cavorting fingers rest
making way to return to pastures of sleep.

opaque clouds

on winters day and sip to fully swallow.

Grand time to look at sky
and make a wish
for universe to mirror back
as in gratitude I stand.

The clouds parted for me,
with billowed steps to walk.
And walk I did among the stars,
to drift inside a dream.

I heard the moon call out.
It said do visit me.
So up I traveled inside breath,
as wind sang perfected.

My heart opened with light,
as higher I did rise.
And as I danced with energies
I felt truly alive.

And when I woke in morn,
the moon said bye to me.
I felt so blessed and smiled inside,
to move in harmony.

I shut door
to ego's mind
of fear, and judgment,
throwing away key.
to seal its cracks
with affirmations.

I shall
build an energetic wall
that keeps all negative away
So dreams surface.

I will instead
enter doorway of heart
where love and clarity lives.

And there I shall stay.,
never to need another key.

As I move
on journey
facing obstacles
left and right
day and night
life unfolds

crying, sighing
itching to heal
screaming to heal
laughing joyfully
singing like bird
feeling lonely
abandoned
sad and challenged,

I am determined

as I anchor with support
seeing from third eyes view

Everyone,
has a senior moment sometimes.  
Where memories fly out the window to join birds in flight.
Where memories seem to go
on merry go round in mind
to be gobbled up by horses fancy.

Yes those good old senior moments,
that we learn to live
with by laughing them off
Until Alzheimer's sets in
and you forget to notice.

I shall write a YES
and feel its power
dancing in waves of ink.

The ego is the thief of ones freedom
trying to force its adjender.
Trying to feed untruths that makes one
lie in bed of depressions.
Thoughts that cover like blanket
to weigh one down.

But...in breath an undercurrent of Love
is always present.
And when one swims
in its waves from heart
wisdom flows.
The result is harmony.
The result is peace.

All those who die move so honored
strumming a harp
to resonate with angels.
To reunite with light  
flying in peace.

To those dear ones who leave the earth
Moving with done mission
to live life's episodes.
To benefit others
as you carry love in flight.

For all those who release costume
drifting elegantly with purpose
toward realm of God.
To move in grace

is quiet
not a street lamp poem to be seen

hoping another light
to cast a poem shadow

where couples get together
and snuggled close.

SPRING the season
where flowers bloom tickling senses
as music of birds are heard.

SUMMER the season
where many celebrate the sea to
swim feeling ocean breezes.
And Love is in the air.

Every season is the season
of LOVE.
Just open your heart to see feel it.

The way to release all obstacles
like depression and fear...
is to go into the heart.
Visit there, move in  breath deep to open its door.
And in a short amount of time
ears will hear your own grand music
Wisdom will help ground

I stand in breath
at break of day
raising head up high
to who I am.

I’m in the dream of life,
with eyes wide open.
and heart in song.
Coming alive,
with every breath.
Every moment
that carries blessings.

I stand inside light,
clearing past to
look in mirror of self
smiling at what I see.

When rain comes, I dance.
When storms fill pathway
of sky I’m ready for rainbow
to realign me to The Divine.

I stand reaching hand
to share a hug
and speak my truth.
We are in this play
TOGETHER.

The moment engulfs me,
as I gear up to more physical
discomfort in day.

Heart pulsates feeling pain
inside cellular malfunctions are activated,
as body readies itself for onslaught

Senses attune
to voice patterns
that whisper affirmations
to ground
and orchestrate some relief.

Slow motion
actions are calibrated
with determination
and prayer.

Perhaps today,
will be the day I succumb
to its aches and rest in God's hands.
But I think not!

For I love life to focus
on trust and my inner truth
that pain will heal past life trauma.

That the toucher will soon end
and normalcy to move free will be mine

After all I am a sacred visionary being
able to handle anything
dished out
as I recall
I am love.
I am light.

In the now,
I shall jump into waves of life,
breathing deep with tears of hope,
embracing glowing sun
to balance.

In the now,
I shall release the
matrex of illusions
that limits self to create.

In the now,
I will part the veil of darkness
merging with
shadows of self
to celebrate.

Its been a while heart of my heart
since I followed your direction
to move in everyday in life.
Been a while,
as  ego mind took control,
with every footstep
trying to rule my life
for no peace.
But guess what,
heart, I say in breath?
I'm back
and I don't plan to leave
not in this lifetime.
