The moment engulfs me,
as I gear up to more physical
discomfort in day.

Heart pulsates feeling pain
inside cellular malfunctions are activated,
as body readies itself for onslaught

Senses attune
to voice patterns
that whisper affirmations
to ground
and orchestrate some relief.

Slow motion
actions are calibrated
with determination
and prayer.

Perhaps today,
will be the day I succumb
to its aches and rest in God's hands.
But I think not!

For I love life to focus
on trust and my inner truth
that pain will heal past life trauma.

That the toucher will soon end
and normalcy to move free will be mine

After all I am a sacred visionary being
able to handle anything
dished out
as I recall
I am love.
I am light.

My eyes catch a vision,
as my hand catches ball-like eyes.

My bat of pen
makes contact of thoughts fast
spinning toward home base of verse..

The words meant to be caught
by a readers eyes.  
Who perhaps,
will be inspired to sit in bleachers
as another poem hits home.

My breath becomes baton
aimed at heart.
Melodies take their pitch
with another breath,
as wind violins mesh with
heart instrument.

Drum beats exploding
inside grace,
as birds like flutes
merge with
hearts woodwind ensemble.

All is peaceful
as dancing feet
complete moment.

A moment aligned
in my own grand song.

your  wake up to
who you really are
and live as s
a DIVINE one
who mirrors
everything else -Divine?

Right now, I'm watching a snowstorm. Wind Raging around me.
Sun hidden in Haze.
Perfect day to sit
with cup of hot chocolate
marveling at nature's majestic power
from a window view.

Right now, I'm sitting peacefully.
Heat raging with warmth
Belly full with food.
Perfect time to take a nap
and dream of an island
where song echoes of birds
not wind.

Time moves on inside realities,
were many forgot who they are
Lost to technology
But grandfather clock
still ticks in hallway.
Still echoes
to make one contemplate.
Sounds
hugs a-knocking on ears
as if to say...
"open your heart to dance with rhythms,
I gift you.
Open consciousness to release worries and ask grandfathers nearby
in realms for guidance."

as clock strikes one
and down they run
trying to catch up with
Father Time Divine.

Happiness starts with a smile, giggle, and laugh.
Its contagious growing and spreading like ocean wave.

With quill aimed
at a white surface
I raised my pen.

Feathered quill was filled
with energy ready to strike,
as if bow were words
and pen arrow.

The enemy was white
and blank faced
as i felt unseen eyes
stare hidden
in a snowy field.

With full arsenal of breath
I focused,
as soon visions came alive
inside a landscape
where ink flew hitting its mark
The snowy white banks
were no longer.
In its place a house was built
where a poem
now lives.

I shall love thy self. To sing in delicious residence
to match fingers that gently dance on keys.
Heart beats gracefully
to sound of wind that carries phases.
To light that integrates dark.

I do sing caressing pen like wand
as cape woven with self love wraps the moment.

A signal I send,

Positive vibrations
become threads

ears of Higher Self,

and The Divine.

are sent from above

as cascading waterfall of sounds echo.

INVISIBLE IN AND AROUND US.

AS I STAND IN THE GALACTIC CATHEDRAL
OF MY SACRED TEMPLE.

THE ONE I’VE CHOSEN
SO I LEARN THE ART OF CREATION
THE ART OF INTEGRATING LIGHT, LOVE, JOY,  HARMONY, AND COMPASSION
IN A REALM THAT HAS BEEN OFF LINE
FOR SOME TIME.

Sun has fallen
behind darken clouds.
Replaced with grey sphere,
releasing bolts that cut like knife.

Heart bleeds in river waves of sadness,
feeling tides of loneliness.
Feeling abandoned
and stripped of self worth.

How could my own family turn on me?
Leave me when harm I never aimed toward them.
How can they not see the gifts I possess?
Why would they desert me,
making me feel like a vacuous kin
jailed with invisible bars of their judgments?

I lie in a bed aching for closure.
I try swimming but thoughts keep coming
weighing me down.
I pray asking God why I was left so alone.

New Year bells are ready to be rung,
as hopes for a better year are echoed in heart
between pain of separation that lingers.

The silence is deafening,
as minutes drag like hours.
As anger adds to feelings causing storms behind eyes.

Until slowly ears perk from whisper saying,
find your own power
and transmute all feelings to love.  

Until healing takes place
to feel God within
knowing inside self divinity lives
even though others will never see.

Until breath carries and wisdom comes
ushering in sun once again.
Again, to live my life fearlessly
as my own friend.

As long as a clown carries love they can't be lonely.
At least not when they are in clown mode.

Touch one person in their hearts
by way of a smile,
a hug
a word...
is to start a tsunami wave of love
that inturn effects many.

Taking a leap
into the
swirling melodies of heartbeats,
she began to dance,
resonating with
the heart of another.

All loneness and sadness
melted away inside a glance.

Their fate was scribed
from the heavens
master plan,
and soon they wed
forever in the light
of silvery Moon.

A song surrounds
with notes that travel
acting like dancing shoes.
Invisible coverings that
perpetuate me upon dance floor.

My bodies flowing movements
breaks air currents.
Songs acts like sacred etheric cloak
vibrating into ear canals
to be picked up by traveling cells.
Its destination, the heart.
Its purpose, to free feet to dance
and mind to let go
of worries and woes.
limitations and lack.

A fine place to be.
to dance in freedom
with eyes closed.
A grand place to be
dancing as if prose.

I play my heart strings
that melt into moment
That spreads ink of pen
with thoughts
like... your a gift, and sacred

It resonates rises
in perfect key for all to hear.

I play at first light
grateful in moment
as I hear metronome of heart
beating gracefully.

a rock
held it in my hand
tightly.
Pressure built
It became a diamond.

And I shall take the writer home
so we move with intimacy

Your phases warm in cold night
where loneliness haunts
and desires are dormant.

It's a grand rondevu

as I praise my partners
genuine heart.

I drift off to sleep
in bed of words and dreams.

I will bath in mind
in cells of my greatness.
Of light that filters through
in breath,
in cries,
in day where birds sing sweetly.

The day is a dawning
where wind blows gently
and rainbow colors fill the sky.

The dark it has no place
as I radiate love
because I am love.
As I hold torch of my soul
to purge.

I will drink this truth
and allow it to flow
in my being for my soul
for God
for Humanity.

calling upon ancestors,
beings of Light,
and God
for the gift of life
with all its trials
and tribulations.

With Thanksgiving kisses
at dinner I sit,
stirring-up the air's energetic highway.

Memories surface graciously

from smell canals and eyes,
tweaked to see other divine souls.

Bond of love
with family and friends is activated,
as old conflicts disintegrate
for purpose of uniting.

Prayers go out
for oneness in world
making way for
new beginnings inside love.


Holiday products hit shelves
as stores go full force in their sell
routines but all can be ignored
when one realigns
with reason...

To bring people together.
AND
be grateful
for turkey or ham that gives all substance.

To share love from heart
AND
face conflicts to heal.

To pray for the world
AND
eat wholeheartedly.

Thanksgiving
the beginning for people to think
Christmas.

To once again share
light, security, abundance and love
and most of ALL
to send desires for peace
to culminate around the world.

Moons midnight glow
lures me with silver beams
to a landscape of dreams.

Eye lids, heavy in speedy fashion.
Ears attune to night birds,
vibrating ready to rock tired bones.

Stage is set for fairies to enter
sanctuary of bedroom
armed with sleep arrows
to drift my etheric body
to a peaceful land.
A place void of sadness.
Void of grief.
A fairyland,
where love is echoed
between the trees
and mind has a chance to play.

Faith,
the grand tool that makes one float in a sea of miracles.

Faith,
the precious commodity that gets woven in breath
for harmony.

Faith,
the paper love is wrapped in as one moves in their life journey.

Faith,
the wave that floats one inside a sea of God.

With armour of love I move
In graceful footsteps.
In smile to launch honoring.
In hug to vibrate oneness.
In kind word to share light.
With shield-like pen I anoint
In poetic jargon I encourage
One to look in mirror and see their own armor of divinity.

Today, I will dance inside my mind.
Letting the song of heart play
as I align in moment.

The wind echoes in with birds
background tune.
The ring of chimes play inside
the bridge of melody.
Before you know it, my voice joins.

And together,
a musical masterpiece is formed
where feet sprouts wings.

IN meditative state I see a picture
of my identity and true reality
void of cants and judgments.

Pure to who I am.

I BREATH and universe breaths with me,
pouring light so I awaken

I lLISTEN and the universe speaks
vibrating truth to unhitch my doubts
and let them float away,

Once gone they make room
for the real me.
The one that shines
inside my soul blueprint
to touch the world.

are like stars of your destiny.
Sparkling, radiating,

I peer into hole in ground
as if doorway was inviting self to wake.
Eyes watery, opened wide.

A world lives in a place
once believed to be solid
from ruling elite lies
that is ANATHEMA to me
and must be put to sleep
in mind forever.

A world where beings
appear to be thriving much like
TROGLODYTES of ancient times.

Eyes strain to get bigger view.
Moments shift with
determination to learn more.
Heart races as
all efforts to open hole commences.

Day becomes night,
as breath thickens to match BRUME,
while attempts continue until...

opening, becomes big hole and than ditch
so answers revile themselves.
So truths anchor,
as a new consciousness puts to bed old beliefs.

Wind picks up,
and self is catapulted inside earth walls.
Where loquacity fills ears,
and my presence is known.

I am in a foreign land,
ready to explore and discover
my new neighbors inside earth  my Earth home.

I sit at day break reminded
of the beautiful day before me.
The gift of music that touches air
and breath that tickles within.

The beauty of day before me
where steps become a dance
and birds fly gracefully
in open sky.

Where dreams come forward

And mountains paint a landscape
of power and strength.

GRATITUDE is a seed
behind a song that echoes Hallelujah. Sing it loudly and it expands within to bring harmony.
Negativity the contrary brings lack.

LOVE is a seed
in everyones heart. Nurture it, water it with sun of thoughts and a beautiful candle emerges. One that can never go out.
Hate on the other hand is a dark tunnel that blocks freedom.

Choose Faith Love and gratitude.
