The rich and the poor, greatest and least
Are seated together to enjoy the feast
Here at the table of plenty the water never runs dry
You’ve been invited to the wedding of the Most High
His blood becomes the most precious wine
His body becomes food; most divine
Joyful music fills the air
And suddenly we become aware
Christ unites himself to us in the most intimate way:
He enters every part of us and dwells therein today.
To be so close to this purest form of love
Is a little bit of heaven come down from above
And, once exposed to such energy, it must be expressed
To create new life in the flesh and in the soul.
So often, we try to put other things in a God shaped hole
We are left empty and wanting more
Our vision is clouded, but God came to restore.
True love conquers fear, and death loses its power
It is a safe shelter and, forever, your strong tower.
We have this crazy love that transcends both time and space
And from this love; we receive mercy and grace.
The love of God is greater far
Than the sands in the sea and every star.
He looks at us with warm, bright eyes,
I pray that we would soon realize:
That love conquers all, not war or hate
And that we would act accordingly before it’s all too late.

I think once we'd imagined our wedding together
You'd kiss me at the altar
Saying "i do."

Now
I'm at a wedding
And you're the groom
But i'm not the bride.
So take your razor love, and run it down my skin.
Wedding of words with thoughts
The lovely, timid bride
Born as thought
Comes bedecked
With the choicest of jewels
Her companions
Dancing like nymphs
Of heaven's grace
Is enchanting
The companions of the groom
Handsome
Born that way
Are moved by this
Graceful swaying
And movement
Of unseen glories
Oh so are the bridesmaids
After all,they are also
Beautiful
Just like the bride
The shehnai of imagination blows
Virtues like determination
Take on the role
Of the priest
Or pastor as you say
But this groom's a bit naughty:-) :-)
His eager eyes
(Eager for beauty,
Seeking something
Just good enough
To express
For so long!)
Flutter to the mates
Of the thought bride
Oh he is also moved
Would he elope
Would he find his
Life's expression
In someone else
Other than this thought?
After all he is known
For his mischiefs
From long ago
(He could not find
A suitable one
For himself
Given me so much pain!)
Today as I jump
In ecstasy
Of this occasion
So holy
I face this danger
I command the priest of determination
To quickly
Complete the rituals
So that I get to see a lovely couple
Bless them for
Fulfilling my heart's desire
For bringing my
Youthful mind
To a standstill
To pen my thoughts
Satisfactorily
For at least a moment!
Such is the toil
Of the marriages elaborate
Made in a holy
Sterilized wedding hall
Of my brain
And you know
How difficult it is
To maintain
A purity
A sterility
Be it of body,places
Or flickering thoughts!!
An ode to the couple of pen and words
Thoughts and expressions
And other guests
In such holy unions!

My love does not have limits
It is not tied to neither means nor ends
My love does not depend on conditions or tricky terms
Nor does it require a single breath in return.
My love does not know sleep
It shall not fade with the day's passing light
My love can count a thousand stars
And sit beside you,
underneath them,
all night.

Kissing is like breaking depression in half,
saliva surging when tongues are involved,
temperatures rising , the heavy breathing is commenced
lighting a flame in my lungs , its gets electric with the tongue,
I guess you could say this is what the kids call bomb,
thinking where our bodies come from,
thrusting more like this is air pumped,
workings anyone could deal from,
tiring acts of touching where the kids come from,
body to body , its hot and its sweaty,
the tension is risen like bells at a wedding,
exploring a body is just an adventure,
but this nothing if you only stay strangers,
love in this equation just gets more better,
hot and steaming like we fight under weather,
but no one complains when they fight in the covers,
I don't know about you,
or what you think,
or what you know about love making,
but it just ain't true,
finding lustful ways drawn from sin and some virtues,
your views are distorted , they're getting so old,
humanity is what you should behold,
*** is not an object to play with , its the binding of two souls.

To my bridesmaids and to his bestman..
When it was our BIG WEDDING DAY
you'll made it sparkle in so many ways.
The way you'll walked up the pathway made it feel more and more
like our wedding day.
&
When I saw you'll standing on the stage.
Oh my!!
What a feeling I can't explain.
So thank you again for making us smile on our Wedding day.

Your dress is beautiful
I know i shouldn't have seen it but i did
The way it fell on your back like feathers laid against your skin
The lace so delicately placed on you as if it were not there at all
Your shoulders glowed under the lights
As you turned your hair fell as if it were on purpose
I saw it and now it replays in my head
One... more... week
I'll turn and smile in aw of your beauty
Like a child finally getting the present he always wanted
I'll laugh as you try not to fall in the heels you were determined to wear on this unleveled ground
We will smile and shake our heads as the room disappears
Just the priest, you, and... I
Two words will echo for all to hear, "I do!!"

At least they would have

I can still hear your car start up
The blinds shook as the door closed

"You cant make me happy"

If only that were the response to my hello two years ago.
But no those words were whispered to me after we kissed and held each other one final time
You said you were sorry like it needed to be said
The color in your face was gone, the tears started to fall, and then it was just me
I sat there frozen
but not why i thought i did..
I see now i didnt move nor chase you because thats what you were use to
I gave up in that moment
I let you leave and now i approach the final stretch alone
Tears dried up
starting to breathe
I wake up and dont even think of you
You know for a while i thought youd come back, that it was just your meds, and i would be fine settling for my ****** life with you.
But now i smile
Yes i am so ******* relieved
One more week until the rest of my life..

without you :)

I sit dazed
from taking hand to wine glass,
and glass to mouth.

Here I be,
at a wedding dinner
knowing just one.
Where voices of chatter hit ears
generating little interest.

I sit gorging myself in memories
of when I naively stood
at matrimonies door
and glass is re-filled
once again.

"For better or worse," they echoed,
as I held my glass to match others
and drank wishing them well.
As I held glass wondering,
where my own wedding vows went.

Perhaps they were drowned in my wine glass
with those dreams.
No matter,
for I learned to swim again
and now I am an Olympian
making my way in new waves of dreams.
Went to a friends sisters wedding. Drank too much. LOL

His fingers caressed her lips
His fingers ran through her hair
His fingers showed her the heavens
Then one day she tamed down that thing
Fastening around it a ring.
