for all that’s good on Earth,
for all the holy virtues,
for the greatness and the purity of my authentic spirituality,
the presence of epiphany which helps the poor become the bold,
the necklace of the souls once bereaved and insecure,
I, for the grace of humankind,
give rebirth upon a world of lost ancestors,
to come from so afar what I perceive,
to bring me the pure and the kind,
ferment a shape, a pyramid of light and matter,
water the land, germinate the void with seeds of creation,
a hope melting all my dreams,
give birth to a diluted wonder,
the fertile soil of innocence and power,
earnestly conjure from thought to heights of infinite,
abound my being with your lust and wishes,
may all the grace of the genesis be the sojourn of fantasy,
my precious thought, my enlightened heart.

To put an effort to read
Is on another level of powerful deed
Though you only learn 0.1% from it
When it's actually the other 99.9% you should heed
Don't demoralized, just don't quit!
Cause there'll be a day when you can use this minuscule knowledge
As a whole merit
To eliminate one's ignorance livid.
A 10-minutes poem.

I don't like mustaches and you remembered
You kept it till last December
When you knew you'd see me one last time
You dropped out of highschool for an extra dime
My friends say you're not good for me
And I understand
A dropout and the girl with the principal as her biggest fan
But I live for the moments we have together
From Subway dates to running home in bad weather
My friends don't get how happy I am
How I understand that you aren't a good guy, but not a bad man
You have a warrant out for your arrest
But I sometimes fail my tests
We all have our bad things, we regret and don't flaunt
But you are not one of mine, and I'm of yours I hope not
A bad analogy I understand, but take a moment to see what you can
He's a sweetheart and a charmer for sure
But he loves me for me and that's pure
I dont get guys like that much if at all these days
And I know he means good intentions in all of his ways
As bad as they may be
And my friends remind me
We mustn't judge a book from the cover
Simple as can be

Be the Shizuka to my Shefali
Perhaps a little of your scent
Will rub off on me

I'll take the perfume from high life
If others can sense the grime
From stacking strife

When we lie together, hear my heart
For other's heads will spin
When they can't tell scents apart
Here I go again. Feeling gay as ever.

Working on a little book for my poems, good idea? And how can I spread it? Does anyone have tips?
Don't want to sound arrogant or like someone who uses this site for attention or something.  I just hoped you guys could help me out:) You can also message me privately!

Her coverless-tattered state proved the journeys she had gone through.
Her old purple spine was scratched and bent,
Yet still beautifully intact.

The woman who brought her up filled her with stories,
Delicately placing each powerful word,
Gently building her up page by page,
Giving her a story to call her own.

She told her story to each reader,
Each page turn,
Every emotion.
Her pains in every paragraph,
Her charisma in every character,
Her love in every line,
Her tears in every tear.

She was worn
Yet brand new.

She held a strong font,
Each bold showing her power to change something,
Each italization expressing her importance.

Every time her story was told if affected a new person.

Crinkled and worn pages gave life a new meaning,
Provided a new definition of friendship, gave a new reason to live,
Provided a new reason to love.
She taught everyone something,
Giving away her everything.

She was judged for her looks by many,
But loved for her contents just as much.

Faces painted all around
but they made no sound
Seeking glass eyes found;
Open book kept bound

i thought you were only a chapter,
in the book of my life,
realized that at your last goodbye,
without knowing,
you will always be the beginning of every page,
and ending of my every story,
you will be behind every door,
that i'll try to open,
try to close,
you will be thread sewing my book,
the glue sticking my book pages together,
i thought your part in my life was over,
you'll go your way,
i'll be on mine,
how insane was i,
not having even a single notion,
that on every path of my life,
i'll have your silhouette,
tracing me like a nightmare,
accompanying me,
trailing me away from light......
