so there was this worm…
but there was also a book...
and an early bird…
and a fish hook…

to the colouring book
and the maddening imagination
the insistence of the scribes
and the glandular power of our missions
of the dome and the species
the turn of the trickster
and the business being
within our clan
in our hand
in the span of our grind
a product of our natters
is there shared scheme in mind ?

Rubayiat Al Thurab (Verses of the Dust) - 58

BismillahIr RahmanIr Raheem

The divine knowledge kept carefully hidden.
behind the knowledges alike;
The cosmos behind the unclouded skies.

The noble book through what He spoke fondly
To us is boundless, every key moment
It's enlightened us the endless truth.
Of our own almighty creator
And His divine love towards His Beloved.

Eagerly search for the divine knowledge
with sincere affection, not with your own intelligence!

Allah Khair..... Khairul Rabul Alameen Yah Arrahmanur Yah Raheem

tell me all your secrets
and i’ll tell you you started a sequence of sleepless nights for me
i don’t need Jesus i just need you in your completeness
in this world that He bequeathed us that old book is red with rust
it can’t define our goodness
or limit what’s between us, our disagreements, the inconvenience of love in the modern age
so love me and they’ll leave us and then we can be thus
exactly as we are.

"write something about me," you said.

"i can't. i can only write when I'm sad," i explained.

"that's sad," you said,
"you won't be able to write for the rest of your life now that I'm here."

oh, only if you knew i wrote a lot about you, i could make a book.
didn't know you were fluent in lies.

You are the light, I am the night.
You are the telescope, I am the subject.

You are the root, I am the fruit.
You are the branch, I am the leaves.

You are the reader, I am the book.
You are the writer, I am the words.

You are the canvas, I am the brush.
You are the skin, I am the blade.

It’s your part today in the great book
A small story written for your role
A bit bore with no memory, the end of story
Blasé writer writing you like them all
Halt him thief, let’s steal from him today
Show him the drama of joy and pain
Feel the glee and gloat a bit on his paper
Love like a fool in this story for only fools ne’er love
And love the heartbroken lines to feel again
It’s your part, your day today
Smile like a lady today, cry like a baby today
Cheat today, be mean today
This part is brief
Steal today book thief

I blame poetry
for turning
my life
into
fantasy

I prayed for soul like yours.
You appeared and cleansed
The rest of the **** that padded my body,
Helping me to assure that life was worth the ride
Stuck between perseverance & submission
Then you come as if a personal rapture was taking place
Coming again to lift my broken body and make use of it
That others and myself couldn’t see
You saw faith
You saw strength
So I give you the rest of my life
The rest of my blessings
For your deed of revival
My heart; this love

Two Things

I want to close that book as if I never looked
Like it never existed in the library of life

Or I want to compile so many kind words, beautiful and bright
That they outshine and shone any memory in the sky

And then, only then, will that book not have to be burned to die
Burning lol or not
