I was hollowed
I was shattered
I run before but I couldn’t run away.
You were there
Watching me from afar
You tried to catch me but you didn’t try actually.
We were lost
And we will never meet again
Like a parallel lines that will never intersect.
They can give us new life
They make us happy
But not as the happiness we had before we drop it all away.

You might be wondering how you craft your poems,
Or how your hand paint endless songs,
What matters most is what you've got,
To make your readers cry then laugh.
A tribute to Simon and Baz because I got too much Simon Snow in me.

You fell in love with my poetry
But does that mean you know how to love me?
Have you ever loved a poet before?
Do you understand it may take a little more?

We see things more vivid than most people do
We may seem distant sometimes
Because we are

Lost in our thoughts or daydreams
Beautiful things will sometimes make us cry
I am telling you this so you don't have to wonder why

If you love a poet
You must not be the jealous type
If you ever plan to make a poet your wife

Our poetry is for everyone, not just you
This is something you must understand
If you want a poet to be your man

Sometimes our words will come out better on paper
Than when we are speaking to you
Sometimes we still might feel alone
No matter what you say or do

Do you really understand what it takes to love a poet?
Do not let our words intimidate you or expect to heal our scars
Just accept us for the beautiful souls we are

We will love you like no other
And the way we will show it will leave you smitten
We will again and again proclaim it through the poems we've written

When you love a poet
Each kiss will be a masterpiece
Each embrace will be the first and last

When you love a poet
They will be a puzzle
And you will be a puzzle piece

And if only I had another chance,
I'd let you know about my plans.
From the tales of the sea so strong,
To the songs by the shore so long.
From the lives within breezes we kissed,
To the raindrops while catching we missed.
From jumping at each other in dark,
To embracing tightly at lightning spark.
I'd ask you to stay for my heart's core,
'Cause I need you more,
When I look at the door.

And if only I had you in my story,
I'd forget all my past glory.
From the days of being showy,
To the nights of being a forgotten memory.
From the days of popularity,
To the days of solidarity.
From the waiting till noon,
To the songs for the moon.
From the glances over the road,
To the enhances your smiles poured.

And if only I had the strength of the old,
I'd let my fading whispers be bold.
From your morning faces that lid,
To the days so evenly placid.
From the peeking beyond that window,
To me on confronting being hollow.
I'd tell you why I swam in you, but loved.
And why so hard I drowned

And if only I had you,
For one last time.
I'll make up for my mistake now,
And let again your heart shine.
I'd tell you the secret which lies,
Deep within the earthAnd beyond those skies.

To defy our existence,
In this mundane world,
We need to write
With no fear and rights.

To found our voice
In every song,
We need to cry
With words and tone.

To be drown in our emotions,
Inspite of support groups,
We need to be free
From people we cannot see.

More than wanting to disappear
In between of classes,
I write,
To keep my sanity.

*If I were a poem
I’d ask you to fold me up
and put me in your pocket,
then at the end of the week,
toss me in the wash
with the rest of the clothes

And when you find me later,
smudged and smeared,
ripped and tattered into
little unrecognizable pieces,
don’t worry about it,
I was already like that
I have been notified that this poem was plagiarized and posted on Poetfreak by someone using the name Blurry Face. I can assure you, this is my poem.

Hush darling,
Don't moan out loud.
Tell when to stop this,
Tell when you had enough.

Like that darling,
Tap the table but not too hard.
Feel the rhythm,
Dance  the beat.

Because this won't end soon,
before you knew it.
Music is everything.
