As I narrate further, the man was once married, but he also cheated on his wife

They are already discouraged, so how much more do you want them to bear
Yet encouragement is a way of life
In order to make the right judgment, one will seek advice
Now being sincere and offering words of endure would be nice
So encourage from the heart
Now that is where to start
So encourage one another
But just don’t over do it in smoother
If the tables were turned in you needing encouragement, you would want words that would help you beyond in life
This is what encouragement is all about
No one needs to be in bout
Also not that they are alone to figure it out
Share your experiences similar to what a person is going through in their hard times
It all amounts to wisdom and understanding
But your encouragement to someone will last in sustaining.

This is about encouraging an Ex-Con
It doesn’t mean make them feel like they are a no body
The Ex-Con is human just like you and me
We have done things in our lives that were wrong, but managed to make it right
No one is born to go to jail
No one should be considered in making a mistake being a fail
Fulfill inspiration within the heart
Give hope with cope
Provide sound analysis like a scope
Emphasize the goodness and not the bad in what the Ex-Con had committed
Don’t give the Ex-Con false hopes, but be honest in helping them achieve

I was travelling on a Greyhound Bus from Tampa, Florida to New York City being a vacation in Tampa
As we began to pull out from the Departure Gate, we were stopped by two Correction Officers releasing an Inmate
He boarded our bus where he was getting off in Orlando, Florida
He sat next to me being the only seat available, and the inmate stated he was an Ex-Con and hoped I didn’t mine him seating next to me
I told him not a problem, and he had already served his time, and I also told him, he didn’t need a reminder, but I was going to be inspiration
I did state, I hope you learned from your mistake

The two hours he was on a journey, it was the time I did my best to encourage the young man
He expressed and explained the situation of why he went to jail
I listened as if I was his Dad
But he was a very educated young lad
I saw promise
Yes I am being honest
The young lad showed me his Resume
He had accomplished a lot and had College before prison
I strongly recommended that he stay away from his Cousin who was the reason he went to jail
The young lad was definitely going back home immediately to Cleveland, Ohio
The Ex-Con explained how Florida jails were harsh on Inmates
So the idea of an Ex-Con is promise, but not all will be honest nor make an effort
But the Ex-Con young lad showed me he wanted to make good
I didn’t have a doubt in his could
However, I did emphasize it wouldn’t be easy, but stay focused and be determined
Present yourself in any interview with direct presentation of yourself being who you are and not what prison made you
That was my advice to the Ex-Con.

But Jesus you are truly the one that can fulfill
Please heal Senator McCain from the crown of his head to the soles of his feet
Encourage his family to look up
Lord, you are in control and for the family to not get fed up
I am a witness to what you can do
I had health issues at birth
Yet Doctors finalized that I would be leaving this Earth
Death and nothing but Death on the Doctor’s lips
But the Lord had other plans and living being an extended life
The Doctors said I will only live to the age of 7
Witness God’s miracle for all and Senator McCain, I am 60 years old and still living under Heaven’s breathing oxygen

The Minister and the congregation were in a daze
The answer from the Old Man had the congregation in a automatic amaze
However, that wasn’t the end to all that
What you are about to witness became a known fact
The Old Man then repeated, “He had no enemies”
So the Minister asked the question directly to the Old Man
Why do you say you have no enemies?
Everyone has at least one or two or perhaps more
The Old man responded, “They died and I out lived them all”
After that, the Minister and the entire congregation gave the Old Man a standing ovation.

A swanky sophisticated party on Miami Beach Blvd
The who’s who guest list that was suave
There party that wasn’t odd
However an invited guest who would make their move
Everyone was dancing and sipping on some wine
But there was plenty of food to dine
Suddenly without warning, a gun shoot ran out
There was plenty of commotion and shouts
The owner of the mansion being Samuel Xavier who had just been killed
Mr. Samuel Xavier was a very wealthy elegant fashion mogul, but the consequence was more of a movie still
The reason the mogul was killed is still not clear
However the killer could very well still be near
The rumor has it Mr. Xavier was in a heated argument prior before the party had begun
Mr. Xavier’s business partner, Jason Bean wanted more than be just a partner, it was possession
No one knows what will happen now to the empire
Someone on the surface has plenty of desire
The Police are searching and the killer will be found
But for now don’t utter any sound
You could be guilty in being on the investigation round
Justice on call for the killer’s jail cell being a final bound.

Companies say, “Equal Opportunity Employer”
But the question becomes equal for what minority group
Diversity covers all races at all ages
But how does equal make the race scale unbalanced
It is more of add with a subtract
Then it becomes observation in fact
A is one minority group, B is another and C being another
If A is predominate in 50 percent, and B is only 2 percent and C is 1 percent
How is equal when it comes to employment
The scale must be balanced all the way around and equal in abilities
It should be simplified and not complex
The equation must be balanced in the algebraic theory of principle having a concept
Let’s look at a sea saw, if one goes up while the other goes down, there is no balance, but when parallel of both equal the center, there you balanced within the possibilities being justified
Why can’t this same principle be in the Work Place
The Work Place seems not to be equal at all of what seems what I call the element factor
Element Factor referring to an employer’s own rules in how they control and determine
It is the standards of what companies want employees to believe
Human Resources having their own rules of the spoken word, hire or reject
Since Affirmative Action is no longer practiced, so why is it on the employment application
If it is voluntary, why bother to even add it
That too is part of why the unbalanced in the Work Place
Would put 10 Dogs and two Cats in a room together
Of course not, one it would be awkward and certainly unbalanced in the situation
I used that as a metaphor
So equal doesn’t equal at all
Addition is simply subtract
Again, back to that fact
Think on that
But I want you to relish what I stated with balance the scale in your mind, and construct the spectrum of equality

I guess the cart wants to start Halloween weeks earlier

You are behind in your rent
A previous notice was sent
I know you are going through hard times
I am keeping your situation in mine
But as a Landlord I must pay bills
Yet even still
I know you are a Federal Government in a shutdown
There is no explanation that can be found
You are struggling in a bound
But there are agencies that would give assistance
However, the Quest is not think resistance
As a Landlord, this is not your fault and I won’t evict you out
The reason I have compassion
Something can always be worked out
I know what you are going through
I have been down this road myself
So evict is not on my mind
I least I am a Landlord that is genuine
Now if our President could have the same approach
Sounds like I am making a joke
So Federal Government employees hold on
This shutdown can’t continue very long
Hostage is not a remedy
The President is simply a comedy
We are talking about human lives
Survival is a how people stride
Frustration is just one illustration
But the President needs to work things out
Right now all the President does is beef in shout.
