my biggest fear
is right here
so close
and very near
it did not just appear
nothing was clear
everyday so unclear
my fear
over time
my mind engineered
manifest itself through the years
continue living
do I dare
I have/had nothing to share
I am baffled
I am disgraced here
this fear
will never
has never
disappeared
my fear
cannot heal
its very real
maybe the devils deal
never concealed
what do I feel
my fear
of
me
!!
its real
Small hands holding tight
To strings of laughter
On ends of floating
Bubbles of wonder

Sand filled toes in shoes
On quick feet, dancing
Through my greatest dreams
Of who she will be

Soft kisses from lips
Formed from my own heart
Melting into a
Stream to her future.

Sweet songs of her love
Belted with fervor
From within the small
Light flowered sun-dress

Mischiv'us smiles with
Doll filled hands playing
Games to fill the day
With her glow of joy

Bright eyes signaling
A future brilliant
As the twinkle of
the stars they've stolen

Trusting complete love
Holding tight to life
As it floats away
On bubbles of wonder

How do you taste a woman?
Do you let your breath
Take over her skin
Or do you,
Gently
Uncover
Her treacherous,
Deceitful, delightful touch?

Do you take her sight for granted,
As if it was yours to own,
As if she would
Never vanish,
Or do you know
She's nothing more
Than a chimera on a wall,
Than Clotho's spinning thread
In an ancient story of forgiveness...

Do you trust her soft and humid body,
Like a silky cloth soaked in
Spicy peppermint oil,
Or do you fear
Her lips
As if they'll
Harm the pulse
Of your easily grown
Desire for all that she has enchanted?

Do you let her fingers linger
Somewhere in between
The locks of hair,
As they were
Her only to poses,
And make them come alive
Like serpents shadows on a desert's moonlight?

All in all, a woman cannot be
Taken for granted,
As she isn't there
Only because
You see her
Near.
No.
A woman is
A passing shadow
For your mesmerized vision.

A woman is that summer rain
On your heated body,
Or that devastating
Storm on a
Moroccan
Desert.
She is both
Dust and wind,
Love and hatred,
Hope and despair.
She is nothing more
Than clear, cold water.

So drink the woman
As you taste
Water
Turned
Into good wine
And tell me, stranger...
How do you taste a woman?

Temptation is a being
That forces us to explore
Enticing secret desires
That keeps us wanting more

He always knows our weakness
And promises things we crave
Our addictions all run wild
Til we become his slave

Temptation knows no boundaries
He cares not who we are
He leads us down a endless path
Until we've gone too far

He's known to come in many forms
And wears a thin disguise
He's shrouded in deception
To make us believe his lies

The next time you are tempted
Don't follow his instruction
Or you will surely find yourself
On a path to sudden destruction
why are so many things so tempting?
why do people let their hearts rule their hands
rule their mouths
rule their minds
why do I?
I can't control my hands, my words my mind
the seduction is there
every step of the time
the rules the lines they all become blurred
and all my thoughts just whirl and stir
a cesspit of temptation
to do things I shouldn't
to do things that would hurt others but make life easier,
to disobey the rules
I've followed my entire life
don't spend too much time reading and study instead
the seduction is there
pulling along
changing my ways
making everyday a little harder
but
a little bit better
a cruel mistress with
the best
of intentions
no notes suffice.
I cried and complained
and wrote of this sadness.
I said the same stuff again and again
and still I felt
that I wasn’t saying enough.
I saw your face
in every word I wrote.
I saw your face
till I couldn’t see anymore.
Till I became blind
to all reason.
Till I created the world
where I do not have to wait for you.
Where you didn’t exist, I didn’t exist.
But it was all wrong.
I realized you had to exist somewhere
for me to keep on writing.
