Life discloses a dream bag,
For souls who start to sag,
A world of global goals,
With hi-tech shadows,
History was made immutable,
Our futures to shape, variable,
Our personal aims,
For Earth's long term gains,
Lighten up, souls that sag,
Life will bring your own dream bag!
Feedback welcome.

I'll build a home of dreams,
No mansion, or so it seems,
Where  I have a temple of my own,
Peace, a muse, an introvert alone!
Not the end of the world, it seems,
One day, I'll build my home of dreams......
Feedback welcome.

Dream On!

All is not as it seems,
I see visions and dream dreams,
Our great Southern land,
To the world a helping hand,
A vast land of goodness,
In times that are ageless,
Our lucky land,
Despite issues not so grand,
Spreading Peace across the Earth,
Yes, what would that be worth?
All is not as it seems,
I see visions and dream dreams.
Dream on!

I heard a song,
Tried to drive and sing along,
"Detachable *****" was its name,
Some women really feel the same,
With this song they do relate,
What to do to erstwhile mates,
Much better, when it is too late,
To close that chapter, great!
"No hard feelings," hell yeah,
Detachable ***** over there!

Drugs in sports, teens on drugs,
Does society give them too many hugs?
Bullying and deals,
Dealers are a bunch of heels,
Teen lost to 'the scene'.
Drugs in sports,
Winning's a rort,
Most drugs wins, I thought,
Drugs in sports, teens on drugs,
Who gave them too many hugs?
Inspired by news in Melbourne, Australia.

Read all about it, prithee,
This is Dr. Who's love for thee,
Boy didn't meet girl, indeed,
Boy made android,
Made love to girl celluloid,
Quite ******* for he,
No questions asked by she,
One for the Dr. Who society!

He left her in the lurch,
Standing at the door of the church,
Like a senior Miss Havisham,
She'd been ****** in by his spam,
She trailed off home,
Faced her life alone,
Unveiled her black wedding frock,
Thought, "'I'm  really better off,
I'll manage great, mates,
With him I shall not participate,
As in Chazza Dickens' literary creations,
A tale of dud expectations,
With senior passion--no relations!

With all due indifference,
And definitely no deference,
I observe world politicians,
I make observations,
No one deserves Putin,
All poesy a'pukin,
The US played their Trump card,
Here in Oz, we're doing it hard,
There's a global recession,
No thanks to world politicians,
With definitely no deference,
I write with all due indifference.........

In an instant, your life can change,
Individuals are not to blame,
Some women attract men so pitiful,
They can treat chicks so vomitable.
Strength of the human mind,
To overcome difficult times,
Need to focus on positive energy,
Not dwell on past negativity,
To overcome life's diversities,
So, looking forward, not looking back,
The road of life is one long track,
Maybe women are not to blame,
In an instant your life can change.
Inspired by personal experience, one headline in the newspaper. Feedback welcome.

Earth invents gifts,
On life forms,  there's no thrift,
Earth the inventor,
Are humans the predators?
We've wrecked habitats,
Even our own, that's that!
But more Earth inventions,
New form of populations,
Earth always inventing,
Innovations designing,
What's the  best invention?
Is man an aberration?
Once a Garden of Eden,
Life we're superseding,
Still, on life forms there's no thrift,
Earth keeps inventing gifts.

Is this real to you?
I have earworms, do you?
Songs in my brain,
On my thought train,
I sing along every day,
Earworms on my brain, Yah!

There is a river of life and time,
I celebrate it in this rhyme,
A vast, flowing broad waterway,
We're swept along in a tide of days,
People floating far and near,
Ships in the nights, close and dear,
Then we all sort of float in lines,
There is a river of life and times.........

A hypothesis of learning,
What, indeed, are we earning?
Knowledge is what we're gaining,
Answers to questions burning,
A quest to advance our learning,
For solutions we are searching,
In our soul's deep yearnings,
Our futures should be more deserving,
Pass the baton on to the young,
Their life on Earth has just begun,
An endless search for learning,
What, indeed are we earning?

A morning offering,
Prayer is my best medicine,
People do throw rocks,
Thanks instead would be a shock!
I am a Christian, I say,
As here I sit and pray,
All's well that ends well, my boy,
Prayers to God are efforts of joy!
Sunday funday blessing. Feedback welcome.

Yes, I'm 65, now elderly,
That's the term, officially,
One day, shopped locally,
Bought a lotto, luckily?
Someone wins tonight, says she,
Dear God, why can't it be me?
Yes, yes, this lotto is lucky,
Wait for the draw, breathlessly,
Anticipate now I am elderly,
Old folk can be winners too, says she,
This is going to be my lucky night,
If I win, I can sort the bill for the light,
Getting old is not for hissy fits,
Come on, lotto, let's have a bit!

Malnutrition does not live here,

Malnutrition so does not live here.....

This is an ode for chicks who tough it,
About an empowered Little Miss Muffet,
Sitting alone there on her tuffet,
Along came a spider,
Who sat down beside her,
Or was he a predator?
What was he after her for?
So, she said to the spider,
Who sat down beside her,
"Rak off, hairy legs!
Don't even beg!
Less is more, less is more,
P.O.Q. , you naughty predator!"
And she ate her own curds and whey!
Empowering Miss Muffets these days,
Hopefully, us old bags do say......

ENCHANTMENT

I speak to you of enchantment,
No call for weary lament,
Bud's bloom into lovely red flowers,
All because of those April showers,
For new beginnings, it is time,
Fragrances in the air so fine,
A portal swings open today,
Heaven on Earth not far away,
Angels shining to give us blessing,
Guiding us if we're perceiving,
Intangible feelings is what is meant,
I speak to you of enchantment.....

An ode to Cosmology,
where does the universe get its energy?
.Billions of humans with their synergy,
.Does this ode belong in a trilogy?
Let's play our love infinitely,
Give our eternal love a serve,
The big bang at the end of the Universe,
Now we collapse into entropy,
Stardust clusters in cosmology,
Universal loving energy!
Feedback welcome.
Sharing my loving narration,
Causing much elation,
Ignoring cant negation,
Here 'tis love central station,
Heart in your curation,
Pixie dust is your vocation,
Love needs no stagnation,
Evolving, with illustration,
Never has privation
Revoked our sublimation,
Scribbling this summation,
"Pour true love libation!"

Enter the virgins we are,
My love does say to me,
He has a mask for intrigue,
As we bask in mild glow,
We're not frigid, I guess,
Love in the afternoon,
Languid, but molten,
Let go, and let love,
He's gone again,
See you, perhaps,
Love you tomorrow at dawn,
Vestals somewhen.......

The very essence of the human,
Classed as **** Sapiens,
With hopes to save our troubled world,
For generations of boys and girls,
The lemmings never seem to listen,
Is self-destruction our human mission?
Australia sells them our uranium,
We are the global rogue nation,
The stand-off of nuclear weapons,
No one wants to push the first button,
Still, we ain't dead yet,
Disarming the world would be a better get,
No lemmings ever seem to listen,
Is eidetic obliteration our true mission?

I gaze at some human behaviours,
Was Elvis such a saviour?
All those impersonators,
Then there's folk like me,
Total doormats, to bullies,
Is that acquired behaviours?
For doormats, who is a saviour?
As we study our own sociology,
With observational methodology.....

Don't call women ***** and molls,
Who, indeed, makes girls so?
Eve always gets the blame, you know,
So, if a man turns a girl into his **,
Does that make him a stud or a ******?
What a double standard, lo,
A world of molls and gigolos!

Fave author's new book, a kiss!

Open a new book, do I kiss?

Am I gullible or not?
Why listen to you, or what?
Your opinion does not rate!
Totally futile, great!
What would an Einstein say?
Why listen to BS anyway?

I don't have to believe thee,
Not everyone likes everyone else,
I get to please myself!

I walked along the road one day,
Picked up a note along the way,
I unfolded it and read,
My heart filled with dread,
What did this little note say,
That I picked upon the way?
"You are going to be hit by a bus!"
So I walked off the road, no fuss,
Safe on first, walking one day,
Picked up a note along the way,
Everything changes, you might say,
Try not walking on  the road today!

Once there was a man called Jim,
This tale is quite maudlin,
So, what was wrong with Jim?
He received some pets from his family,
Who decided to give Jim pet therapy,
So, what was wrong with that?
Lucky they didn't give Jim a cat,
So, why, indeed is that?
Well, he had a budgie and a terrapin,
New little friends for poor old Jim,
Which he forgot to hydrate,
He forgot until it was way too late,
His terrapin turned turtle,
A desiccated shade of purple,
But, what about Jim's budgie? You ask,
Daily feeding was supposed to be Jim's task,
Poor budgie mortuus, there he lay,
Jim's family came to visit one day
Eventually, his daughter's jaws did part,
"There's nothing colder than an ex-budgie's heart!"

All you callous ghouls,
What are rules?
Power games for you,
One way traffic, you see,
Why are you exploiting me?
Why can't you get someone better?

So, you callous ghouls,
You explain your rules,
Maybe there are no rules,
You made it up to suit you,
You write down your rules!

It was a dark and stormy day,
Cooking tea in the usual way,
This was my mother long ago,
"Don't touch the pressure cooker, no!"
Subtly, she left the scene,
Forgot the cooker, its head of steam,
Bang! Did that curry explode,
Mum's response, implode!
"Why didn't you check that stove?"
"You told me not to touch it, no!"
All I can say on this, fifty years later,
Don't use pressure to cook my curry or taters!

What are our millennium fables?
Women keep giving each other labels,
No harmony for our ecology,
An alliance should be our synergy,

No wise leaders to steer us to unity,
Century's getting older, folks!
Any teamwork to cast off these yokes?
Symbiosis should aim at harmony,
Let's pray for millennium synergy!

My computer rests on a desk,
This old desk is the best,
My mum bought it in 1965,
My dad painted it while he was alive,
Still wears the original paint,
Couldn't replace it, that would taint,
A family heirloom,
In my bedroom,
Yes, my old desk.
Is definitely the best!

Fantasies can be futile, but fun,
Better than fixations for some,
Fantasies are great for everyone,
When company at your side there's none,
Let's fantasise,
And visualise---
Impossible dreams my brain ran,
All over some intangible man,
Must believe in the invisible,
So not really credible,
But better than fixations for some,
Fantasies can be futile, but fun.
Bit of fun

Let's do an interview,
Here's some questions for you,
Let's interview the angels here,
Let's see what they say here,
"Where do you live, angels, eh?"
"We're never far away!"
"What are your feelings this way?
Now you're all our shades."
"We still love you just the same!"
"Thanks, angels , whatever your names."
"Yes, we bless and guide you on your way."

Far from home, far in time,
Yes, it was long ago and far away,
When we drove to W.A. for holidays!
