I'm so glad you found me again,
As we embrace, my loving man,
In our imaginations, a million years,
Happy memories and not one tear,
Maybe we're both out of time and space,
Our talents have come from another place,
Adam leads Eve across centuries,
So, this is what you mean to me, finally,
As we kiss, entwining, loving man.....
I'm so glad you found me again.
Feedback welcome.

A perfect world would be Paradise,
Global peace, bliss more than nice,
Collective communion of one human soul,
A garden of Eden, as in days of old,
Elysian Fields would be Heaven on Earth,
True Shangri-la, for what it's worth,
Equitable Peace, one human hand,
Friendly faces, our true dream land,
A perfect world would be Paradise,
Global Peace, bliss more than nice.

Let's hear it for incremental Christians,
And ascetic vegetarians,
Hail the queen of heavens,
Blessings for us, a holy girl,
Roman around the world!
Well, she was born in the Roman empire,
A good Jewish maid, it did transpire,
A faith healer in this very day,
No holy dilemmas for her today,
Let's pray for lady luck, shines on us all,
Let's hope Armageddon does stall,
One for ascetic vegetarians,
And for incremental Christians!!
Feedback welcome.

This is a verse of new thoughts,
I've invented indoor sports,
Written in a poem of riddles,
Like, "What is Time for Tiddles?"
Why, it's wine with Mahjong,
Those tiles don't tarry long,
Then it's "Drinks for Scrabble,"
With bevvies we'll all dabble,
Or, "Come and try my beers,"
Many varieties over here,
New indoor sports, my dears!
Feedback welcome. (I don't even drink, bit of imagination!)

IN-FLU-ENZA
IN-FLEW-ENZA!!
This was not my today's agenda,
Hankies for snuffles my addenda,
Here I rest, moribunda,
Wintry weather down under,
Suppose it is not so bad,
Bed rest to be had,
Not in the rat race,
Cosy bed today my place,
Definitely not my today's agenda,
IN-FLU-ENZA!!!!
A tribute to the winter ailments. ( I knew someone called Enza once, old joke.)

I'm inspired to write you an ode,
This is Libida to Libido,
A friend with benefits bro,
To me, you are my hero,
We've now sailed our boat,
Your loving keeps me afloat,
With all your charms and grace,
You make the world a better place,
You've put a grin on my silly face,
To me, you are my hero.
Signed Libida, to Libido.
A tribute. Feedback welcome.

Our Synaesthesia is for free,
Music is the muse for me,
In my blood, you see,
Images imaginary,
Elvira Madigan wakes to see,
Mozart play Mozart lucidly,
Swooner songs sound so silly,
Old rockers croon so vividly,
Funny lyrics in my brain,
Sounding a little deranged,
(It is hereditary
In my family)
Yes, Synaesthesia is for free,
Smurfette's songs, so silly.
1% of the world's population have some form of Synaesthesia. Feedback welcome.

From my great imagination,
Here's my fantasy creation,
A rainbow pastel unicorn,
With a tingly golden horn,
Healing us each day,
Blessing all souls this way,
Here is a gift from me,
Across the miles to thee,
I hope you have the happiest day,
Love and kisses always,
To each and every one of you,
My unicorn is blessing you,
A pastel rainbow unicorn,
With a golden tingling horn,
Healing you until each dawn,
You'll never beat my unicorn!!!
Feedback welcome. A whimsy.

Now of New Age, I am a fan,
I communed with my healing man,
I relaxed, breathed, because I can,
Yes! I communed with my soul's shaman,
He appeared, by my psychic side,
At last, I met my inner guide,
But, you see, it was lunchtime,
Hunger pains panged inside,
Who is this messenger guide?
I asked, yearning deep, besides,
Yes! I did commune with my inner shaman,
Unfortunately, his name is Manga!
Let's do lunch,
End of hunch!
FEEDBACK WELCOME!

I gaze in wonder with a microscope,
A mosquito's wing I give a poke,
Such a perfect miniature,
Who designed this part of nature?
So intricate and tiny,
I gaze at a dawn so shiny,
Do you sense a grander plan,
Than any creature's short life span?
Feedback welcome.

What would be inspirational,
In a poem so devotional,
Imagine if humanity did trod,
To make a global City of God,
A world of reafforestation,
And lives of non-confrontation,
A whole new focus for every nation,
Brotherhood to be an illustration,
Yes, and planetary City of God,
Instead, onwards we all do plod....

I designed my own Planet,
My name is Interplanet Janet!
What's so good about my planet?
There's no wars or disagreements,
Only Peace among all my little green men,
There's a chocolate bush on every block,
Chocolate meditation, no dumb shocks,
Everyone wears a smile on my Planet,
Come and see, signed Interplanet Janet!

Question for you, chicks and dudes,'
What is an ironing board to you?
Did you know they were surfboards,
Yes, they grew up, surf did bore,
Surfboards got a day job,
Being ironing boards is their lot,
Nonsense I do compose,
Only a joke in an ode!
Bit of fun! Feedback welcome.

Yes, today I travel to an isle,
I'll linger on here a while,
It's a magical isle for poets,
We're all misfits, and we know it,
Our muse shrouded in mists and fogs,
One  isle for our mystical blogs,
I'll linger here a while,
Our misfit poets' fair isle..........

Alone, Lone Wolf,
Reticent and aloof,
Abstract thoughts,
Introspection taught,
Introvert innate,
Not a lonely plate,
Fun book friends,
Delights never end,
A pleb, for what it's worth,
On lonely Planet Earth,
Jewel of the Universe,
Cosmos a vast church,
Life is creation,
Have we found any aliens?
Reticent and aloof,
Alone, a lone wolf.

And tolerant, is that heroic?
Is stoicism a good trait?
Or maybe I am stubborn, okay,
No one has to believe B.S.,
So stoicism is a virtue, I guess.....

Long ago, in a youth now gone,
I spent hours at a pond,
A clay base , sun adorning,
Tadpoles swimming, half forming,
I spied with magnifying glass,
Frogs finally hopped at last,
Now, no frogs, cause no rain,
Is is all because of climate change?
So I ponder on such ponds,
Where have all the tadpoles gone?
That was our ecological health,
How can we restore our planet's wealth?
Feedback welcome.

Teaching was so full of fun,
Before these emails had begun,
Class was toiling one day,
Doorknock, answer right away,
Despite my scholars' pleading,
Switched them all to silent reading,
Vital, sign your name, X or Y,
Choose one, class did sigh,
Who won that football game?
Who came third, who's to blame?
Sign  your name, you see,
X means you teach literacy,
Star, you can teach the IRA,
You passed this test today,
Chalkies look back at this,
Fun for older teaching Miss!

It may necessarily be so,
It may necessarily be so,
The things that you're liable
To read in the Bible,
May necessarily be so.
Moses was found in a stream,
True for the times, it seems,
They foundered kids in fields and streams,
For the crocodiles to take them,
Yes, Moses was found in a stream..
It may necessarily be so,
It may necessarily be so,
The things that your preacher,
Is liable to teach you,
Read it all in context, you know,
It may necessarily be so,
Jonah could have lived in a whale,
Yes, Jonah could have lived in a whale,
Not in the abdomen,
The gastric juices would have taken over,
But it could have been the mouth of the whale,
People were much smaller,
The whales were much larger,
May  necessarily be  so,
May  necessarily be so.
Then there's the parting of the Red Sea,
Chronologically sound, you see,
Thera erupted,
The Red Sea parted,
The Tsunami swept away the Egyptians and the Pharaoh,
May necessarily be so, don't you know,
We may be small plebs,
But oh my,.
We have a powerful God, don't you know,
The things that your preacher
is liable to teach you,
May necessarily be so....
May necessarily be so....
Yes, the things that you're liable
To read in the Bible,
May necessarily be so......

It's a rule, so it's right, right?
No, it's a rule, doesn't mean it's right.
If it's a rule, it could be a wrong,
I wonder for how long,
Some rules are wrong,
If it's a rule, it might be good,
Do rules mean what they should?
It's a rule, so it's right, right?
No, if it's a rule, doesn't mean it's right.
What rules? Like ****** and Pol ***!! Feedback welcome.

It's not that easy being green,
A nonsense verse to be seen,
To be green, we all manage,
Every human fits this adage,
To feel envy is a human emotion,
The grass is greener, we sailed the oceans,
That is why there's migrants, prithee,
We're still flying over the seven seas,
The shifting sands of humanity,
All humans feel envy of something,
Cor, I want that bird with another's ring!
The other man's bull and blip is always better,
But what happens next, when he does get her?
Miserable divorces are not that hip,
Just because you want her blip,
Is this such a nonsense to be seen?
It's not that easy being green,
But, somehow, we all manage,
Quite normal feelings, that's an adage........

Yes, being religious again,
I was  here, Jesus does say,
I'm never going to Golgotha again,
But I'm still here, blessings today,

Blessed are my peacemakers, let's say,
You're all God's got on Earth these days,
Let's pray for global peace, His way!

Imagine, Jesus here and now,
If He was here today, somehow,
Jesus' miracle of loaves and fishes,
The crowd wanting only gluten-free dishes,
And fish naturally mercury free,
Not canned salmon, prithee,
And the bread with soy and lecithin, you see,
And does Jesus do coffees as well?
A double soy decaf latte, extra hot, so swell!
Only from free range cows for thee!
Pesticide and chemical free,
Gotta be correct, politically,
Jesus' miracles in 2017........

This is one joy of teaching,
Which is really like lay preaching,
That lucid clarity moment,
When, "Now I get it!" is an event,
It's called their comprehension,
Light has dawned, they never struggle again,
You can call that satisfaction,
Yes, it's like lay preaching,
The real joy of teaching!

At McRonald's, you get what you order,
McVirgin burgers from someone's daughter,
***** just wanna have fun,
In a sesame seed bun!
Do you want any french fries?
Have some fertilisers and pesticides!
We're not selling these apple pies,
Because we really love you, guys,
Here, more landfill and sulphate dioxides,
Have a nice day today,
Anyone for take away,
All in a plastic sesame bun,
Yum Yum! Yum!Yum!
Bit of real fun, quite light hearted. I gave up French fries and take away, so reduced my weight by 31 kg.

When do chicks learn to say no?"
"While you're here--would you mind?"

Listen up for an old female's moans,
I'd love to have someone to trust and respect,

A tale of a lady in waiting.....
Emily did speed dating,
For her swain she is waiting,
Emily, anticipating,
Hopes fantasising,
Are her nuptials nearing?
Is today that diamond appearing?
Shall she have a solitaire ring?
Preceding her white wedding?
Now her swain is appearing,
He has a burning question,
She waits for his suggestion,
She's the lady in waiting,
Is her swain proposing?
"Emily, Emily, Emily,"
He sighs, heavily,
"Here is my question burning,
I ask my soul's deep yearning,"
Emily waits for a diamond ring,
"Emily, Emily, Emily,"
Swain whispers breathily,
The lady is waiting....
"Can you marinate chicken wings?"
"Emily, Emily, Emily,"
He yells angrily,
"That's rude, how crude!
That's the last time I see you!"
Now her own wings she is marinading,
Does she resume speed dating?
Does Emily ever stop dreaming?
Solitaire ring anticipating,
The lady is waiting,
The lady is waiting,
And waiting, and waiting, and waiting............
A whimsy, true story of someone I know. Feedback welcome.

Once upon a lifetime,
An underage student in this rhyme,
I gazed at the cafeteria, great,
With thousands of folk, no one to relate,
It became a norm, I was never late,
Now such colleges are up to date,
Way back when, the good old days,
When carbohydrates were our fave,
Did all students get fat hips,
From eating hot pies and chips?
A land of confusion, so it appears,
An ivory tower of blue stockings, my dears.....
But chubby, let's face it, cheers!

Get negative, all you people,
Just give up!

Whinge, whinge, snivel, whinge,

For peace on Earth we pray,

Dear Youth of the Millenium, how are you?
What does our legacy mean to you?
We had ideals once, just like you,
Are you selling out to the system too?
Or maybe we just matured, you see,
Or was it the capitalistic economy?
We were the ones who stopped a war!
All ancient history, now times of yore,
Our ambitions we bequeath you, one day,
We hope the universe waits for you, on the way,
A letter to the future, over to you...
What does our legacy mean to you?

I shall write a little verse this day,
What are the best words to say
In an introductory way?
"Are you doing okay?"
"I'm okay, how about you?"
"I'm okay, thank you!"
"I'm very well, thank you!"
Or, "Who do you barrack for today?"
Or, " I have alcohol, yah!"
Or, "I love you always!"
Did you know speech is evolving?
Every discourse improving,
Human languages progressing,
So, what are some words to say?
I ask in my verse today......
