It contains
many volumes.
Women show up,
check them out,
but never
return them.
I keep hoping
one will
come back
and say,
do you have
anything else
by this author?
She will be
the reader
of my heart.

Sea
Giving more
than a drunken 'hey'
is hard to manage
in this day and age.
Even a woman like me
wants more than that.
No ***** calls
is a bit of a stretch.
Pet my head,
tell me I'm pretty,
ask me to sleep in your bed.
I'll still be that girl
you text for ***
at 2 AM.
Quick as lightning
Cloaked in sun
Your words went away
Spent on every day
And I wasn't even listening

Burned in a bruised breath
The sting of every sound
From your lips
A million years grimaced
And caved in

For every drop of rain
In your blood
My very heart boils
With the memory of your every feature
Like musical notes
That took a future with you far away

Solaces
I had long thought of it.  The last night here on Earth.  Tonight is the night that the comet is suppose to hit the Pacific ocean.  There had been ads running all over tv, the internet, radio, and on the streets.  The slogan was simple.  " How are you going to spend your last night alive."   On the other side of the Planet the slogan was opposite.     " How are you going to spend your last day alive."

I decide to spend it with you.  I set up a mattress outside in my backyard and we lay in it and count the stars.  We talk and we talk about the dreams we had last night. We cry together, we laugh together.  We then fall asleep.  This is how I wanted it to be.  Swift and fast while we slept and held each other.  I dreamt of seeing the next morning and waking up with her.  We look to the clear blue sky and smile.  But am I dreaming?  Is this real. Did the world end.  I cannot seem to wake up.
Was it a dream

As tears roll down the cheeks
Doubt turns into baffles
I believe the angels lingered
I gently plead them, calm me
Seconds after…
Frozen blaze flourished to chest
Illuminating this heart to soul..
I’m puzzled in blend,
Its like captivated, hypnotized
Nerves triggering tears at ceased
Tumbled minds at eased
Crumbled emotions at thawed..
I am mesmerized..
but at soothed..
When in messed, no ones around, I'll talked to the Angels
I believed to been touched by delicate angels
I can feel the warmed of my palms
Through my veins, Through my flesh
Feel the presence, it will come to you
Worlds are unique, with varies of creations
I had gone through grief moments..
Which made me believe of the Angelic presence..
i.

Mine admiration for her
Daily doth beam;
Hour's passeth by, with meteor shower's aloft the Sky's
I'll awaiteth a million year's for mine queen.

ii.

In mine sleep, betwixt mine dream's
No ado shalt get in between, none evil, nor fiend's;
Laughter and light, in struck night's, angel polite
Amour in flight, wherein all is right, crystal gleamed.

iii.

I'll dye the scene, a daffodil coloration
I'll be here mine sweet, I'm not leaving, I'm patient;
On other planet's, or nation's, wherever I shalt be
I promise mine lass, mine half, I'll be waiting for thee.

Piercing through the air seeped the mist
Dragging along memories long forgotten
Thoughts of the many opportunities missed
And haunting truths that were never spoken

Stabbing down earth splashed the rain
In a terrifying storm that only washed the tears
But never could that storm cleanse the pain
Stirred by the agony of losing dears

Glancing through the half closed door
I see leaves struggle to hold to their stalk
Contemplating the loss of everyone I adore
Wishing I could have another chance to talk

The rain, the pain, the storm far from home
All inside is frozen, only my thoughts roam
