At the gym clearing this mind
Full of ideas that are ignored
Living with betrayal

He got in his 4 runner went for a long drive playing loud music. Work lost value no longer emotionally connected. Took one for the team this demotion was a knife to the heart. Pondering life and changes that needed to be made. Surviving a transplant trying to go forward Another detour went backward instead of forward.
