There is something in the air
Filtering the light
Disrupting the waters of time
Yet, grounding our energy
One crashing wave

Feathers blowing ever so slightly within the gentle breeze

Revealing my true identity, ever so softly

It’s like a silent and invisible tornado reeking havoc without causing destruction to properties yet diminishing the economy and putting everyone in panic.....
This storm too, shall pass soon...

Stepping onto a scale and seeing the numbers go down is one thing but feeling the invisible weight being lifted off of you is even bigger knowing the stress is gone

Is it normal to feel anger or to be upset when seeing others pregnant or having children?
Knowing that it hasn't happened for us gives me anxiety
Why do I feel this way?
Can I make it stop?
I'm happy for everyone but suddenly feel stress when it's on social media or in real life.
Why can't I be blessed to carry a child?
Why can't we have a family?
Is this normal?
Will I ever be happy?
I just want to scream and cry
I love my life
I love my husband
But why can't we be blessed?
Am I wrong for feeling this way?
Anxiety through the roof..

Be mindful when just sitting next to someone on a bench
In a park
Waiting for the bus
Outside a store
Wherever is may be
Always ask “is this seat taken?”
You never know if that person was sitting next to a loved one who is no longer “here” anymore

Take my hand it’ll be alright
As the raindrops fall from the sky
The moons rays will guide our way
Letting us land safely the end of the day

Alone with my thoughts Swirling around
Silence is growing
Hitting the ground
Making sense of these feelings inside
Grasping for strings with no end in sight
Breathing is sparse
Deep breath’s in, it’s hard
Closing my eyes
Relaxing my mind
When anxiety is high

34 years ago I made an early entrance
The beginning was rough but God gave me the chance
The chance to grow up
Live a normal life
The chance to dance
After winning the fight
34 years later
I’m still going strong
I’m right where I’m suppose to be
I’m where I belong

Today is my birthday
Celebrate with me
36 years young today
Can’t wait to see what the future holds for me!

Prematurely

A mentor, a supporter, a brother and a director

It’s a daily struggle to say

“ No worries”
“It’s all good”

Because, honestly, ITS NOT!

But, that’s what I, we, have to deal with on a daily occurrence....
