My mind keeps racing
My hand are sweaty
My breathing remains heavy
I can’t stop the shaking
Tossing and turning
I don’t like this journey
The feeling of rejection
This is far from perfection
Yet the amount of pressure
Is far from getting better
Just put me in a bubble
It’s not worth the trouble
Feeling suffocated
Defeated and degraded
Drowning in my fears
Painting my pillows with my tears
How does one heal
When this feeling is unreal
The emotions hit you hard
You can’t just disregard
Open up your heart
Someone will do their part
To guide you on your way
Help you through this passageway...

Like the oceans waves you will move
With lots of joy that is brought to you

Today choose joy.
Light up your life one sparkle at a time. Never erase the smile from your face, spread love joy and happiness all over the place.

...It’s easy to judge someone without even knowing them....
....don’t try to judge the cover of the book before you even read the contents....
...you never know what their story is about until you read the book in it’s entirety...

In many ways
Humans are like an octopus
We only have two arms
But juggle more then we can handle

It is scary yes
but if you don’t take that jump
you’ll never know if you will land on your feet…

Wish that I could just lie and say that I’m fine

I may not be physical anymore but believe me I’m here more then you know

Look for the signs I send from Heaven

Hi.
My name is Kaitlyn and Saw my life flash before my eyes.  
One minute I was perfectly fine, then the next I was in ICU fighting for my life.
Almost being put on life support and having to say goodbye ( even though I couldn’t speak or see).
I’m here, I’m inside my body yet no one can hear me...I felt helpless....
I heard you all and felt you all talking to me and helping me to come back...
To my daughter, who I love with all my heart
I couldn’t comfort her... she was so terrified.....I couldn’t tell her “mommy will be alright”
Well, here I am, doing ok... leaving the hospital today
A roller coaster of emotions I have felt...
Sadness
Sorrow
Helplessness
Love
Forgiveness
Happiness
Pain
And so much more...
But most of all THANKFUL
For my time is not over here
I’m still fighting to recover and to get better
But I am still here...
I wrote this not to get pity on myself but spread awareness
Life can change in a blink of an eye
I know mine did....
Show love, be kind, be thankful...
I know I am for my second chance at life...

To breath in light and emote a powerful aura
Is like looking into a kaleidoscope full of ever changing color...

Since you’ve been gone
I’ve heard you loud and clear
As the morning breaks dawn
As the night draws near
Keeping me calm and sane
Letting me know your still here

Panic has set in
Shelves at most stores are bare
People are social distancing
Everyone is living in fear
Isolation has become real
Extra precautions are in order
Quarantine is thought to be normal at this point

Fear
Panic
Sadness
Anger
Frustration
Has impacted the world, yes the world

As much as this is a scary thing to think about
Let’s flip this and try to be positive

Spending time with your families
Your children
Your friends you live near

You get to do things around the house or close by that you’ve been meaning to do

Catch up or binge watching television shows or movies

Playing board games you haven’t played in years

Looking through old “home movies” or pictures from vacations or gatherings

Teaching our children new things


As much as this is a HUGE impact on our world, in the year 2020, we have a way to still be connected socially to everyone.
FaceTime, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and so much more.

Try and stay positive during this time of uncertainty and we will ALL get through this TOGETHER!

I pray for everyone near and far to be protected and to stay well....

You’ll find the answer to your dreams when you unlock your heart with his key...
