Fragmented into pieces
Yet coated with art

Colored teardrops
Harmonic cries
Tessellated walls

You put back the laughter and smile on my face

I won't be tired of saying "I love you" and "I do"

I am like the sun
There's no way to run

Soon, I need to rest
It's time to end the quest

I have done all my part
You have my soul and heart

There, I will lay down soon
To give the sky to the moon...

I try to smile and laugh 
But my lips turn numb and dry 
I try to sing a song 
But I can't and all I can do is cry 

I cannot tell, I cannot shout 
And my tongue seems tied 
I cannot show my love for you 
It will remain a mystery I hide 

Somewhere in my broken heart 
I see all memories that passed 
I see your face, I feel your skin 
Somewhere in the broken there's us

I don't know how do I live
Without you
I can only face the world
With you
What I want in this life is
Only you

We do want to be loved, don't we?
But it is different from sympathy

When you are down and they see your tears
When you almost give up from all of your fears

When you feel you're alone and no one's at your side
When things went wrong and there's no one to guide

When all your deeds were not right all along
When you feel different and can't find where you belong

When you feel all your goals stay undone
When your weakness pushes you to depend on someone

When you feel someone came along to care
When the person doesn't feel the same and you're not aware

We do want to be loved, don't we?
But please don't expect for love when the truth is it's just his sympathy...

Feed your spirit with creation you always want

I have seen these dark clouds before
Thick blankets that cover your sky
Oh world, you've been missing the light
Those clouds were powerful enough to cover the sun
And their power is increasing as time goes by
That they have reached even the corner of man's mind

They just didn't create the rain but storms
Storms that attack even the small veins of one's fist
They made hearts of stone
And minds as black as night

Tell me, oh world
How much love we need to fold these thick blankets that cover us?

We are waiting for the sun to shine upon our souls,
for the love to melt the hearts of stone,
for the minds to welcome the day

Paint thy sky with love
A shimmering rainbow
That will melt the dark sky over us.

How many nights will I look next to me
Only to see a pillow and not you, my dear?
How many times I will whisper your name
Only to prove that you will never hear?
How many paper rings I will make
Only to fold and hide them somewhere?

How many poems I shall recite
Only to tell them nothing is about me?
How many times I will tell a lie
And assume something I don't see?
How many times I will hear a song
And let imagination feed my fantasy?

How many times I will cry
With this cut that I need to mend?
How can I stand and how long?
Will you come? Tell me, baby, tell me when...

Or I am just dreaming again?

Thank you for the great room this place has provided me
I was just like a little kid writer who wants to be free
In this house everyone has a special place to dance
Where one can sing and paint all words anytime, not just once


Thank you for the time spent reading all my words
For listening to my songs and understanding all the chords
My poems are just the scribbles coming from heart and soul
But I do wish a word can heal, one of my greatest goals


Thank you for the ray of light each of us have made
We are like a family, our sunshine never fades
Keep up all the good works, keep shining in this world
Each of us is a treasure, more precious than a gold

This is our house, my sisters, my brothers hear my call
Let us keep the peace and love by understanding all
We should not condemn or judge whatever word we say
Provided that we're not casting stones in all the ways

Hear the song  a singer sings to express all his love and care
Read the lines a poet has made like his heart and mind he shares
Look at the photographs when someone shows with joy
Could you ignore them and see them like your oldest toy?

A piece of art is still an art, either happy or sad
Why one would look at other's work as something that is bad?
Unless the post is like a gun pointed on your head
I know we have our eyes to see the real dark or red


This is our house, dear housemates, this is  our home
We live by our thoughts, our life is there in our poems
This is our place together, we should walk hand-in-hand
Speak our minds and listen, together we will stand!

the ray of your first light
that kisses your cheek
and gives you warmth in these cold days

I can enter even at your sealed room
can pass through your closed windows
to watch you there in peace
while holding the glass bird in your hand

I give you the torch,
the lamp that you need when the room goes dark
and the flame when something needs to be held
like holding a glass of  rain and a bottle of wind

You tell me that stars are not far
while oceans are just few steps ahead
That my warmth gives you that strength
to build the ladders and bridges we need

Yes, I am your light
and I will share my glow with you
Until the last beam that I have
Because being your light gives me life

For you are the ember
that ignites my light to spark
For you are who  I am
And together we will share this light.

And even in the drops of water
Like the rain that washes my spirit

Like those children playing
At the back of my mind

New Year is coming
And I haven't wrap a gift for you

Yet I see it here
Shining like the sun
Something that won't make you blue

I've kept it for so long

It will stay so warm

Or maybe hot enough
Through the test of times
Away from all the harms

A dishonest person

Shame on her!

I have fought with her too many times
I stood beside her for so long
But now, here I am
I cast the stone
Upon her

Why not?

We lived in the same place
But now she's leaving
We sang the same songs
But now I hear different tunes from her lips

She has changed...

She has changed that I can no longer see her
Her eyes were brown but now they're blue
Her black hair now has a golden hue
And often she tries not to speak our words

Why?

Because she doesn't love me anymore?
Because I cannot give her what she wants?
Because I cannot make her happy all the time?

I can't accept...

I just cast the stone
Upon her
Just because

She left me
Enduring the pain alone
From the stones
They cast on me
Which we endured together
Before

Because she was fighting for me.
