Do come by and visit for awhile
To see the frost tinted wild grass reflections -
across this placid pond
Hunter bass breaking the surface at Dawn
To receive natures community at every turn
alone , eyes locked in Heavens blue window* ...

Some things must be spoken
They cannot be contained
Confined to the page
Or worse
Never released as words

Some ideas should be shared
Far too big for one to lock away
And keep concealed
At risk
Of being buried with their keeper

Some rivers overflow their banks
Unbounded by the past
Too much too fast
Seeking
New paths, new hope, new life
I wrote this poem by dictating into the phone while walking the dog — which suggested the first line — and it progressed from there.
Today I tried to change the track I was on,
Shift from one train of thought to another,
Crossing off dead ends and broken lines,
Eager in search for wise words within a silent future,
Some curiosities are better left unsaid or untouched,
These feelings demand a sense of real,
Close our eyes and trust fall into an undecided belief,
All questions are resolved after that,
Spare the family and take the restgive it all to shame,
Laughing along side the tears that treat loneliness,
Once again it takes a failure to teach a student,
Though learning is just the curve of eternal life.
What's up? how's life treating you? Ask me questions, give me suggestions, message me. Let's ramble
