I once learned that on a dark night, you can see one burning candle about 30 miles away, provided you have a flat land and a clear horizon.

Imagine that perfect circumstance.

In contrast to that hypothetical flat land, a life can be a rugged terrain.
Every choice is made and every inaction is an action with a weathering outcome, shaping our characteristic formations.
Splintering fault lines begin to appear as our decisional plates shift under the surface of our appearance to others.
There are unending waterfalls of thoughts and emotions; they can refresh you or they can drown you.
Unexpected cliffs hang over the crags of uncertainty, regret, anxiety and suffering.

Darkness falls suddenly over the land of life, but life does not offer a clear view to a candle in the distance.

Despite all this, light in life is closer than you think.

Light is seen through the people all around you.
The honest smile of another face, hope shared through dreams and aspirations — those are flames that shine brighter than any candle. The best part is that those are just minute examples of all the bright experiences we are blessed to have.

We should realize that while the horizon that is the future will often be unclear, the Light in each and every one of us is never extinguished. It grows as we cherish one another, share love and fellowship, and care about the needs of others above our own.

This little light of mine... It's yours too.
The simple question only you can answer now is this:
How bright will it burn?

Is **** a game to judges?
Who hand out minor charges?
For crimes against a woman.

Whether she intoxicated or sober.
If she never submitted her permission to say yes.
Then why?
Are we seeing judges giving these "**** free passes" with months?
Instead of years.

The one the victim.
Stating his future might be hurt holds no weight.
He decided to make that fateful decisional mistake.

The victim must be represented rightfully.
She be like many hiding in the shadows of darkness afraid to speak.

**** isn't nothing for a man to be proud about.
When you took something precious to a woman without her permission

I look you in your eyes.
And feel your pain.
And like I always say.
Keep the faith.
God controls every single thing.

If doctors told you of the danger you face.
Positive me goes the opposite way.
By saying, keep the faith.

He has turn the worse into better things.
Made decisional calls that went against others predictions.
There's just nothing, He hasn't the power to do.

Yes, I  see the positive over the negative.
Cause I've been through more than you.
That's why you see the positive side of me.
I keep the faith.
Remember, nothing is as bad as it seems.
If you keep the faith.

It's the hearing and not the sight that do the work.
Words, says more than many know possible.
To a person that blind.
They know, it's the faith that tote the line.

Believe.
Believe.
That your strength isn't the bad news.
But in the greatness God has in stored for you.

Last time when the dust turned blue
a new kind of rain erupted
like pellets bouncing off the ground
realizations poured over our heads
last time I laid flat on a road
and challenged the force of decisional wind
protesting the passage of time
swallowing images of mountain range
from the highest point in the city
last time I felt so dearly in love
with the color of the sky
with the way things go,
with the touch of new life
last time I got to know my own breathing
was when, just like this,
in seasonal change, fragments of old self
came to accompany on a journey
through a new day

Do you ever get an itch
with your spidey since?

Its like a fly wriggling
in your web, if you don’t
take care of it, it rots
like an old shoe left out
to stink up your house.

I call it my ladybug since,
I can feel your honesty
and your lies miles away.

God gave me another gift
of discernment and empathetic
abilities, I can pick up
feelings and thoughts
from strangers and friends.

My ladybug since has saved
lives many times.

I’ve helped schizophrenics
break free from their
decisional trips by
showing them I can see
what they see and its not
reality.

I know what its like to
see that look of surprise
when they have an eye
opening experience.

Sometimes its like
I become a shadow of
the schizophrenics mind,
and it works almost every time.

To be the bate for
the schizophrenics
monster’s that was
my services I provided,
to save them from their
boogeymen brain robbers.

Now I am retired,
my job is to live
my life out peacefully
with my partner, who I love
beyond tomorrow’s sunrise
and yesterday’s sunset.
