i have little cat and he lives with me
he his very clever a clever cat is he
one day i went shopping and i had lost my key
i looked everywhere but  my key i couldnt see
i thought about my cat being all alone
i was stuck outside stood there on my own
but my cat was clever and noticed my spare key
he opened up the letterbox and handed it to me
next time i go out i shall leave my key next door
then i can still get in and lose my key no more

i like to watch the dolphins swimming in the sea
living in the ocean with a lifes thats free
jumping up and down swimming in the sun
making life seem happy having lots of fun
standing on there tails standing way up high
skimming on the water as they go passing by
bringing lots of happiness for all the world to see
this creature thats so beautiful brings a smile to me

i saw two little love birds sat up in a tree
very much in love as happy as can
they would kiss each other with there little beak
then cuddle up so closely touching cheek to cheek
it was nice to watch as lovely as can be
i sat there a while wishing it was me
then they flew away up in the sky above
flying side by side so very much in love

little missy mouse long to be a star
with her lovely voice they said she would go far
she took a trip to italy to make herself a name
to be a singing star and would find her fame.

she headed for the opera house so she could have a go
she would do her best at the opera show
then she started singing in her opera voice
people they all loved her  she was the peoples choice.

she became a star just liked she longed to be
now she is the best in all of italy
she had made her fame just like she longed do
now the dream she had finally came true.

little bobby badger he lived by the sea
he just love to fish a fisherman was he
he  would sit for hours just waiting for a bite
hoping for a big one catch it he just might.

oneday he was fishing he saw a great big splash
flapping in the sea the water it did thrash
badger he was startled could not believe his eyes
he saw a great big fish it was such a size.

badger he got closer to see what it could be
there he saw a  mermaid swimming in the sea
she was having fun swimming all around
flapping her big tail making such a sound.

badger he jumped in. to join mermaids fun.
they played away together beneath the  summer sun

then the tide it turned mermaid swam away
she thanked the little badger for such a lovely day.

little danny dog adventure bound was he
he built himself a boat and set out to sea
sailing on the ocean underneath the sun
looking for adventure in search of lots of fun.

after quite a while a day or maybe more
he saw a little island on a foriegn shore
dog he went ashore to see what there could be
there was lots of sand a big palm tree.

then walked around ready to explore
to see what he could find on the island shore
suddenly he saw a parrot in a tree
hello the parrot said come and play with me.

danny was delighted and they began to play
having lots fun in this land so far away
playing in the sand swimming in the sea
dog was having fun as happy as can be.

then they had a picnic with lots of food to eat
laid out on a blanket also nice and neat
then the sun when down time for doggys bed
he made himself a hammock to rest his weary head.

with parrot by his side they both began to snore
his adventure had been fun on this foriegn shore

For nine months he never knew.
For nine months he never cared.
He was undeserving of the gift of children,
And he was undeserving of his wife.
A heated argument was all it took to start up the court.
Cogs turned in the lawyers. Gears groaned in the witnesses.
Finally, the judicial algorithm decided to give the child to the mother.
He lay as broken as the bottles beside him.
His soul as lost as his career.
Falling into an open void, he could not escape from the gaping maw of depressed solitude.
He felt he loved her, yet his time to show that was over.
Some things in life should not be ignored.
