he travelled round the country when they played away
then when celtic won it really made his day.

his little feet were sore  some they had a bruise
he went to the cobblers to see what he could do
dont worry said the cobbler.  i can make some shoes for you

he made some special shoes with colors by the score
one for every foot stop them being sore
centepede was happy with his bright new shoes
took away the pain and took away his blues

now when he goes walking in comfort he will be
from blisters and the bruises he is trouble free

think of all the thoughts of the things you did

take in  your stride take it day by day
then the burden that you had will simply away

put your past behind you let it fade away
tomorrow is there waiting to start another day
forget about the bad things cast them all aside
start again from scratch and fill your life with pride
what is done is done its time to  just move on
what ever happened in your past all of that has gone
you can only change the way it was before

i saw a lttle teddy bear as sad as sad can be
sat there in a shop that was for charity
