i saw a little butterfly with colors by the score
red and blue and yellow and a whole lot more.

he was in my garden a work of art was he
like a painted picture  there for me to see.

he landed on the cabbage.and on my flower plants
with  colors like a rainbow he began to dance.

he danced for a while in the midday sun
all along the garden having so much fun.

i watched for a while then he flew away
the beauty of the butterfly had really made my day

dancing close together all around the plants
with there many colors gleaming in the sun
happy as can be having so much fun.

it was really lovely it made me feel so free

when there dance was finshed in to the sky they flew
flying side by side in to the sky so blue.

hope they will comeback on another day

many different colors there are to be found

theres a cabin in the woods in memphis teneesee
where i used to go that meant so much to me
visit my ole grandpa in his cabin home
through the woods together he and i would roam

fishing in the river on a sunny day

now im all grown up still have the memory
of all the things we did times he spent with me

there was a little boy he went in to town
and bought a christmas calender so he  could count it down
he put down a cross to mark down every day
knowing that his presents were  not far away
then came christmas night but no signs of a  sleigh

cancer is a killer of that there is no doubt
liked a paid assasin taking people out
creeping round the body spreading all around
just like a contract killer dosent make a sound

taking young and old when it feels the need
has no shame or morals just its deadly deed
we must find a cure to stop its killing spree
