i have little kitten he just loves to grin
as i stroke his fur underneath his chin

he begins to purr as peaceful as can be
i can see him smile as he looks at me.

then he falls asleep while sat upon my knee
to his land of smiles with his life so free

i watched all the bikers come from miles away
coming to my home town to celebrate dave day
arriving in there thousands all for charity
dave he would be proud if he was  here to see

dave he loved his bikes to him they were his pride
with his best friend si together they would ride
like two peas in a pod  both were a biker guy
dave he will be watching from heaven in the sky

thanking every biker from the bottom of his heart
and the miles they rode so they all could be  a part
the dave day celebration in his memory
where bikers  come together all for charity

i just love the robin when he starts his bobbing  in the morning sun
hopping round my garden having  so much fun
sticking out his chest as bold as bold can be
he is very friendly a happy chap his he

hopping round and round looking for a feed
jumps upon  my feeders he just loves the seed
brings a smile to me fills my heart with glee
my little robin friend means the world to me

when two hearts unite  love it blows your  mind
they become as one as they become entwined
growing even stronger each and everyday
love it last for ever and never goes away

its a special bond that two people share
with a special  love that is always there
that will last a lifetime each and everyday
bonded by your love  that is there to stay

dont take life for granted it will turn on you
treat it with respect is all you have to do
life will go your way like you want to
everything you wish for will at last come true

when i start to make things and they get me beat
i get trev and hads so they can help me cheat
people think its me that built it on my own
the truth about  about my build is never ever known

so i will keep on cheating the truth will not be spilt
i will carry on while hiding all my guilt

sometimes life is hard sometimes life is rough
days are up and down feel  youve had enough

thinking theres no need for you to carry on

everything around you empty and so bare
hopes and dreams you had now no longer there

people who can help and will stand  by you

think about a subject that you like the best
anything at all your mind will do the rest

theres a robin in my garden he comes to visit me
he is there to let me know my loved ones soul is free
watching over me from heaven up above
bringing me his message from the one i love

telling me my loved one is safe for evermore
high in the sky above where the angels soar
someday i will see.  my love again once more
tell her all about.  the robin that i saw.

every year has seasons.  spring summer autumn winter to
spring is when the plants grow as they come pushing through
coming through the soil from the underground
growing everywhere spreading all around

summer is the time when the sun begins to soar
that time of the year for holidays once more
autumn is the time when trees begin to bare
leaves begin to fall dropping everywhere

winter brings the snow pure and so white
spreading all around on a winters night
brings a peaceful feeling makes you feel so free
each and every season has different things to see

i heard a robin singing in my apple tree
a lovely lullaby with a gentle melody
every note in key every note in tune
touched my heart inside when he began to croon

i sat there and listened as he sang to me
in my mind forever his song will always be
when his song was over he flew into the sky
i wont forget the robin or his lullaby

hope he will come back to my apple tree
sing again once more his lullaby to me
his lovely robin song he sang to me that day
with its lovely melody that stole my heart away

on the 19th of june i lost the one i love
the angels came and took her to heaven up above
now all the pain has gone no sorrow will there be
she is with the angels now  with a lifes thats free

looking down on loved ones each and every day
sending down her love from where the angels stay
now her life is happy no more pain to bare
in a world of love with angels everywhere

i cant wait for my turn when the angels come for me
to take me to my loved one where i long to be
once again together in heaven up above

whats happened to the world wars are every where
places where people lived now no longer there
missiles drones and planes flying overhead
blowing up there houses leaving people dead

talks of peace ignored  battles carry on
and a cease to fighting up to now theres none
just a  lot of senseless killing  children adults to
houses they once lived in blown away from view

it is such shame it has to be that way
killing never stops blood spilled every day
any terms of peace all have been made void
many peoples lives left totally destroyed

where ever there are children happiness is found
lots of little faces smiling all around
bringing back the days when we were children to
having lots of fun with things we used to do

holidays abroad spent with mum and dad
all the happy times that made you feel so glad
playing in the park on roundabout and swings
doing all the things that a childhood brings

when your all grown up with a family
it brings back the time of how it used to be
watching as they smile as they begin to play
bringing back your childhood days every single day

i remember in the good old days when i was just a lad
all the different cars different ones i had
triumph herald. ford anglia and the mini to
morris 1000 standard 10 they was just a few

cars that you could fix with  a toolbox in boot
fix it by the roadside get back on your route
now things have changed there run by ecu
if you breakdown now nothing you can do

now you need a garage that has computor to
so they can fix the problem retune the ecu
not like the good old days with toolbox in the boot
fix it by the road side get back on your route

HOW MANY REMEMBER THEM DAYS

families have a bond that is always there
a very special bond that all families share
it is there from birth for you whole life through
that will always stay there inside of you

keeps families united a bond that you cant break
there inside your heart no one can ever take

cancer has  no morals cancer it dont care
killing anyone when the cancers there
no matter what the age no matter what the race
cancer is a killer in each and every place

spreading round the body each and every cell
causing so much pain makes life a living hell
taking lives away is all it wants to do
from each and everyone every me and you

destroying peoples lives for every family
babies children to. whose lives they never see

when you lose your mum it breaks your heart in two
the one you loved so dearly no longer there for you
with her big white wings to heaven mother flew
each and everyday she watches over you

now she is at peace in heaven in the sky
all the pain and suffering now has all passed by
in a world of angels with a life thats free
no more pain sorrow will there ever be

each and everyday she sends her love to you
from her home in heaven in the sky so blue
when  your time has come to heaven you will soar
all the love she gave you she will give again once more

i walked through the woods on a summers day
watching all the wild life passing time away
there were many flowers with colors by the score
many different kinds ive never seen before

there were lot of birds singing in the trees
singing all in harmony in the summer breeze
lots of little rabbits playing having fun
playing rabbit games in the summer sun

everything was peaceful it made me feel so free
warmed my heart inside touched the soul in me
mother natures beauty that took my breath away
there in all its glory mother natures way

i had a  friend call bri such a lovely guy
when he sang karaoke beer mats would fly
rugby lads were in looking for some fun
throwing beer mats at bri flying mats begun

bri he passed away the memory is still there
i still see the beer mats flying  everywhere

i love it in the country there so much to see
nature all around that we can view for free
birds up in the trees singing out there song
i listen to them singing as i walk along

all the many flowers putting on there show
with lot and lots colors that give your heart as glow
there are many creatures  the rabbits and the hare
badger and weasel creatures everywhere

the wonders  of nature are scattered all around
all around the countryside waiting to be found

dogs they are amazing if you need company
with a loving friendship that they give for free
always there beside you every where you go
no matter what the weather  if its rain or snow

they can make you smile when your feeling low
take away the frown give you back your glow
when ever they are needed they always will be there
there to comfort you with there love and care

hang to the tractor. the drivers tractor gill
she s gonna rip the ground up lots of mud to spill
foot down to  floor as fast she can go
churning up the ground she just cant drive slow

just hang to the tractor folks enjoy the rodeo
hold tight just hang on dont think of leaving go
she s wilder than a bull just as scary to
hang on to the tractor guys only thing to do

i wake up in the morning and open up my eyes

then i rise from bed to welcome in the day

the robin is a lovely bird inquisitive is he

sadly brian passed  only yesterday
brians memory will never go away

theres a place i go when i need privacy
i stroll along the beach and sit down by the sea
watch tide roll in peaceful as can be

such a peaceful feeling it reaches to my soul

the lonely dont have love they all live alone
spend there life in solitude living on there own
to them it is there way love they just dont know

staying locked away inside there lonely cell
no company to talk to they just sit and dwell.

there was a little butterfly sat upon my sill
sitting all alone sitting very still
he had colored wings very big and bright
the colors of the rainbow shining in the light

he sat there a while as peaceful as can be
staring through the window looking straight at me
then he spread his wings and he began to fly
up in to the air in to the bright blue sky

i love to walk the shore on a moonlit night
high up in the sky sending down its light
surrounded by the stars like diamonds in the sky    
as tranquil as can be as they go floating by  

looking at the tide coming home once more
rolling on the sand coming in to shore
these are things of nature that reach the heart in me
makes the world feel peaceful  make the world feel free

life is never easy no matter how you try
one day there is happiness next day makes you cry
circumstances change making matters worse
health and tragedy life it has its curse

it happens to us all.  when we just dont know
we carry on regardless just go with the flow
take life has it comes make your life be free
live it day by day what will be will be

my friend she has a cottage a perfect paradise
surrounded by the countryside the scenery is nice
its called maple cottage a lovely quiet place
where each and everyday you cant wait to face

nature all around  birds singing in the dawn
there lovely morning song bringing in the morn
now circumstance has changed with health and tragedy
its not quite the same as it used to be

the cottage is for sale but her memories will stay
of  her maple cottage each and everyday
all the special times she will always see
her lovely country home how it used to be

manners they cost nothing manners they are free
there inside of us every you and  me
yes please and thank you.  are not to hard to say
these words are used a lot many times a day

all a part of manners that we all should use
use them all the time not just when we choose

every body knew him as Trev the tractor man

now he do is his tractor runs all for charity
any where at all where ever they maybe
raising lots of money everywhere goes
