In reality I am
The soul who
Has been set free
They put me down
They shut me out
My only dream is
That the world
Could only fathom

My is home is full of
Antibiotics and antihistamine
Not family this Christmas
Not what I had planned
Yet, I can withstand
For the glory of Our Lord
JESUS CHRIST
Will suffice
He shall carry us through
Prayer to Him is all I need to do
He gave His life
To pay for my sin
I shall withstand any of this worlds suffering
To one day be with Him
Until then His
Holy Spirit will guide me

To a love that I pray

Between the difference of
Insane and sanity

This hits my heart home, I know it to be truth,

As the The Holy Spirit
Pours the words of his testimony
From his heart out of his lips
His worldly pride stripped
He shows us the words
In the Bible he will expose
The words of The Lord
Spew from his body and tongue
With no manuscript
For what he wants to do is save all Sinners from the life they lead
Teach them to trust the Lord
By doing so he is an example
Of what they too can achieve

The twisted glory of the bark
Skin protecting the tree
Leading upward towards heaven
Where the roots long to be
From the wisdom
Seasoned through many
Summers, Winters, Falls and Springs
A journey the tree would never reach
Without bark to protect
Essential living systems
From temperature extremes
Bark safeguards from storms
As well as invasion by
Animals, insects and disease
Added horrendous tragedy
Always skulks  below
Before the tree reaches full growth
Some unearthly human may tear
Him down with a saw
This sapling has lost limbs
Of presence in the past
Yet, overcome and strengthened  
Endurance to last

What they can not fathom

Definition of faith
shapes into reality, as it should
God uses my life to guide others along
When I am weak He carries me
Till I become strong
God is my guide in life
Praying and following His plan
For me can do no wrong

AWAKENING
A light has clicked on inside of me
I have come to a realization, Basically through
Love, discipline, and acceptance of responsibility
I can overcome any obstacle
Achieve any goal desired by me

This Love I speak of
Consist of nurturing others spiritual growth
With anticipation that our world will broaden with Hope

Discipline is a bit more complicated as a gain
Laziness and fear have become our #1 enemy
A plague for society to maintain
With this force as strong as gravity
Pulling at our limbs
It draws us, it pulls us, it makes things look so easy
And it sets on a track to sin

If I could Just accept responsibility
Not blame others for sour grapes fed to me
Ahh, It's the ultimate beauty
I think I see with this realization
A new life has opened for me

A life enriched with love
A closeness to God with intensity
That enables me to recognize the Grace
Belief has given me.

Seeing the season fall away
Temperatures dropping
Hands cold everyday
Already a longing for spring
Encouraging stamina
Trudging forward through
Achy winter blues
Motivation this will bring
