Tell me you love me, let the truth be bare,
I’ve come so far just to feel you there.
They call me crazy, they don’t understand
I’m only reaching to hold your hand.

No stories, no guesses, I don’t want lies,
I’m done with the clouds and faded skies.
Let silence be filled with what’s real and near,
Just tell me plainly, that’s all I hear.

If you ask me to stay, I’ll settle down,
But honesty’s all that I ask for now.
Don’t paint the future, just let us see,
The ending unfiltered, meant to be.

Let’s water this truth, let it grow, let it climb
Let endings bloom like flowers in time.

I love you, I hate you, I pull, and I push,
My heart's in a tangle, a wild, restless hush.
I want you, I crave you, I’m lost in this tide,
No compass to guide me, no place left to hide.

So read through my words, each tangled-up thought,
As if they were notes that confusion has wrought.
Sing me a song, let the melody sweep,
And carry me softly, gently to sleep.

In verses of heartache, in whispers of grace,
Let echoes of comfort find their own place.
For here I am drifting, unsure and afraid,
A soul in a song that the night has replayed

In 2016, her luck took flight,
Ninety-eight million gleaming bright.
A young lady with dreams so tall,
Little did she know she'd soon lose it all.

She danced in wealth, she bought, she spent,
Invested in ventures wherever she went.
A year of glory, her future seemed grand,
The world was hers, riches in hand.

But money’s a beast with a playful grin,
What looks like winning can lead to sin.
She bought businesses, one after another,
Until each venture began to smother.

One day her dreams took a sharp turn,
The businesses crashed, her fortune burned.
Stocks fell fast, investments sank,
Suddenly her millions dwindled to blank.

The jokes began, her fortune now gone,
"I used to be rich! Now where's my dawn?"
She laughed at the loss, to hide her despair,
A comedic mask for a life unfair.

From penthouses high to a humble street,
She learned how quickly wealth can retreat.
Now she's back where she once began,
Riches may come, but they sure don’t plan.

So, she reflects as the world rolls by,
Money may shine, but don’t ask why.
For fortune's fickle, it comes and it goes,
In everyday life, who really knows?

The river's song in moonlight fell,
A tale she'd weave, a secret spell.
Her waters shimmered, soft and wide,
But she was not to be my bride.

She danced beneath the stars so free,
A silver thread through hill and tree.
I walked her banks in soft embrace,
Yet knew I'd never claim her grace.

Her whispers called me every night,
A gentle pull, a soft delight.
We were the same, her voice would say—
Two travelers, doomed to travel alone.

Though I adored her boundless current,
To clutch at her brilliance wasn't my part.
Her beauty was wild and born to wander,
Her heart a rhythm and her soul a psalm.

And so I watched as she sailed off to sea,
Her waters glimmer till morning be. In her, I found a tender reprieve—
Gladness of love, the beauty of letting go.

I wish I was happy, but it feels so far,
A light out of reach, like a distant star.
Is it too much to ask, to find peace in this race,
When I’m lost in the crowd, seeking my own place?

I want to be different, to stand apart,
With dreams that burn fierce in the depths of my heart.
Yet the world spins around, with a ceaseless hum,
And I wonder if my time will ever come.

I see myself rising, at the top of it all,
Where the doubts and the whispers no longer call.
But happiness feels like a fleeting embrace—
I chase it, but it slips, like wind in a chase.

Still, I dream in the silence, in the calm of the night,
That one day I'll shine in my own perfect light.

If you’ve got a problem, speak it now,
I don’t have all day, can’t show you how.
You stir my best memories from the past,
But I know, in time, they’ll turn to ash.

I’ve got trust issues, deep as the sea,
So if you love me, say it honestly.
Before the sun sinks, and shadows creep,
Before my mind falls too far, too deep.

Bad thoughts swirl, a storm in my head,
Crazy whispers that fill me with dread.
Don’t bother me when I’m on this edge,
One wrong word, and I might pledge—

To forget it all, the good old days,
Bitter-sweet moments, lost in a haze.
So much for joy, for laughter’s sound,
Say you love me, before the sun goes down.

Beneath the boughs of green and gold,
Where whispers of the past are told,
He stood, a heart both fierce and shy,
A question poised beneath the sky.

His best friend’s eyes, a steady flame,
Met his, a mix of hope and shame.
A laugh, a nudge, a teasing cheer,
Yet now he spoke, and silence near.

“I love you more than words have dared,
More than moments we’ve ever shared.”
The wind held breath, the branches stilled,
As longing, once hidden, was fulfilled.

She smiled, the softest, sweetest curve,
A response that calmed each nerve.
“I’ve waited for this truth to bloom,
For love to fill this quiet room.”

Under the pear tree, old and wise,
They found their courage, shed disguise.
Roots entwined, like fates aligned,
Two souls confessed, no longer blind.

And in that dusk, beneath the leaves,
They wove a story time believes.
For love once whispered, once set free,
Can only grow, like that old tree.
