If artists are happy within their work and achieving the goals they have set for themselves, then self-nurturing of nature is being undertaken by the artist. Artists who are unable to nurture their own imagination must have access to natural nature:

Human culture and art exist as one.
Culture is how different artists educate human-beings, with knowledge about their artistic creative culture. This is shown in the artist's work. Nature nurtures creative nature.

This supports developing and evolving artists on their creative journey.

Self-Nurture of Nature:

If the creative imagination of artists is not nurtured as they develop and evolve clearly they are self-nurturing their inner artist, through their own creative abilities. Imagination relies on being nurtured whether that is intrinsic or extrinsic.

Artists are enriching themselves through their work:
Thus enriching the already present artist.

“Imagination must be nurtured
in order to produce intelligence”

Art is not what the artist sees
It is what they make other people see.

Summary:

When a human-being is born they are an artist. Art is present in the formation of a human-being e.g. creativity is located in the right hemisphere within their brain structure. Nature is the basis of human biology, human-beings created through nature, thus meaning human culture and art exist as one.

Is Nature, Art and Culture part of The Biological Human-being?

Nature Art and Culture:

Culture is how different artists educate human-beings, with knowledge about their artistic creative culture this is shown in the artist's work.

Culture being Nature and Nurture. E.g. if you nurtured your creative abilities in producing clay ceramics as an artist you would be knowledgeable in clay types and origins of clay etc…..

We are all born as nature
We are all born as artist's
Some will have their intrinsic creative artist, nurtured more than other human-beings.

Where the artist is nurtured, other cultural
human-beings have access to part of what is also part of them as a human-being created from nature.

I wanted to create awareness of men feeling good, taking care of themselves, doing something good for themselves.
Knowing men are valued in life and, self expression is important.

I have created the International Awareness Day of Memz Pose. Details to follow in the coming weeks.

Holistic health is paramount and, important for everyone. However men quite often don't express themselves as they should.

Example 1.
Your partner is out with you. He buys a dress for you, happy no surprise element satisfied.

Your partner buys you a dress without you knowing he has not done this before. The surprise can't be related to anything. Sudden joy with being more happy and fulfilled.

Example 2.
Your boss is short tempered and he shouts at you and humiliates you.
Next time what happens?
You would be scared of the stimuli which triggers a mistake.
Your boss shouting at you makes you feel bad.
Now every time you make a mistake you start feeling palpitations why?

Because that stimulus is related to a bad past experience.
Stimulus+Activity which relates to a past experience or surprise.
Break your emotions down then understand them.

Example 3.
Scared of horror movies stimulus is the surprise element feeling of fear of the unknown. When everything is unpredictable people start feeling fear.

Being aware of the surroundings knowing going to the movies there will be surprising things.
Be ready to be surprised.
You will see immediately after that the level of fear will reduce, as you are making yourself aware of the surroundings. The surprise element is not there you are aware of it.

Example 4.
People who cry at the movies.
It is because you relate it to something in your life.
You get so much involved with the life of the characters you start feeling bad for them.
Counsel yourself.
Convince yourself this is just a movie, these are just characters, they are happy with their lives.

Challenge yourself. You pick your emotion, your situation and challenge it. You will not do what you usually do.

Is emotion an automatic processing?

According to Zajonc's (1980) affective primacy hypothesis, initial responses to emotional stimuli are automatic and do not necessarily require conscious awareness.

Everybody is an individual.

Everyone copes with emotion differently.

Coping mechanisms can be different for people with disabilities and health conditions.
Learning new skills may need to be adapted.

This is why it is imperative for individuals to be supported with their holistic health and emotional regulation (EQ).

Men
Women
People with disabilities or health conditions.
