Notoriety, and fame,
behind the curtain,
is it the same
Have people ever wondered
A beautiful person inside out,
a strong person,
without a doubt
Loving, caring,
never judging,
which is paramount
Engagement with all,
No matter at all
Eyes only seeing,
a human being,
that is all
Do we judge,
the controversy,
in newspapers,
and, media stuff that exist,
for you to see
Or a person,
that had to fight to be
Mostly the internal,
peace, and serenity,
priceless compared to half full,
measures of the glass,
that were on offer in the past
Sometimes it would be nice,
not to judge the price,
Or discriminate on intellect,
that can't be nice
You are strong,
I can leave you,
for a week or two,
It is ok when I am gone
No text to say I miss you,
although you know,
they feel the song
Sometimes do we ever wonder,
are the internal,
buttons in slumber
Or is it just we are in tune,
to the frequencies that,
reach the moon,
feeling every vibration,
deeply as it is weaved
The knot of the yarn,
binding loom machine,
affirms the love,
that is being spun,

Crackling,
as I sit in the garden,
look around,
what is this sound
No rain
Just bursts of eardrum gain
Dew droplets,
not only a few
Popping,
early morning call,
time of the day
Nature's clock on the wall
Which can't be mistaken,
it is nature's time telling call
A natural clock,
that never stops
Tune in tune out,
you can tell the time,
without a digital,
or analogue chime
Trust nature all the time

and, colours,
needed ready to go
Your looking skinny,
eating eating,
in this world it does,
not seem to slow
My focus is not that,
when my eyes open,
and, the day has,
started to flow
When I feel I can,
as only I know
We have never,
been the best of friends
I will sit with you,
when my mind, and body
Is rested, and ready to
I don't need,
to be stuck next to you
You are always there,
when I look,
or being shown to me,
quick peek, just look!
I will do it in my own time,
not by the book,
when others have,
their lunch, and, dinner,
my system is only,
waking as a beginner
Turn down the pressure,
and, stop asking me,
and, leave me be
I am fit, and healthy,
can't you see

in the oat milk,

Barriers faced,

Teacups from the kiln
Let fire art spill
Clay into pottery
Divine feminine
Queen bumble bee
Larger than the historical,
Philosophical workers,
of men's minds that be

So many minuscule pieces,
all over the mind
Each time we are apart,
juggling those tiny pieces,
like fine porcelain art
Fitting them all together,
piece by piece
So I can hold the,
memories at least
A word you said,
or a sentence,
while looking into your eyes
I want to be close to you
We used to lay in bed,
with time for me,
to rest my head,
the piece of the puzzle,
where your arm lays across me
I don't want that moment to end
Just you, and me
I have the memories at least,
and, I hold these dear
Piece by piece,
until the next time,
when a new memory,
becomes mine
Held in my heart,
with an eternity of memories,
right from the start
No one,
can take away,
the memories,
that hold us together,

King Charles
A smile
Yes I can say it's been seen,
many times along the way
A man who has faced life,
as best he can
Part of a Monarch
King Charles,
founded the Prince's Trust,
to help the community,
which was a must
Vulnerable young people,
get their lives on track
I have reviewed stories many times,
of how the Prince's Trust,
helped young people,
with personal development,
so they can grow and trust
Unemployed for whatever reasons,
they are in this void
Struggling in school,
and at risk of exclusion
The Prince's Trust,
does not hold onto illusion,
Inclusion
Young people will not just fit in
The Prince's Trust paves a way,
that inclusion means,
there is change for all
Which makes things better,
than they were before,
A new door,
where all will develop and grow,
equality, diversity
All of the above has come from within
No one is ever forced,
to found and support,
anything in the life course,
that's called compassion,
and empathy resource
Royalty instructs,
the Government to govern,
not to rule,
the Royal helping Jewel
Royalty themselves,
have lived and faced disability,
fully knowing Societal inequalities,
are experienced by all
not just the ones,
who walk within the Palace wall

Struggle
Some people create it for you,
or impose it onto you
Watch it like it's a cinema view,
then pretend they,
are there for two
When instead really,
they are destroying,
your brew,
while sipping it too
change only comes,
from within,
sometimes it's not about,
changing the SIM,
understanding and, realising
It's a louder ding,
that's sounding an alarm,
from the start,
but time reveals,
a loud chime,
only seen when you reverse,
the cinema screen
A longer film,
no intervals built-in
Just saving your life,
from constant ding
My cup of Earl Grey,
does not need anymore zing,
it has Bergamot laced within
One teaspoon,
saves putting on the,
dishwasher too soon
Eco - friendly,
less water leaves plenty
