During the summer months it is even more imperative to hydrate your body.

Many chemical interactions within your body rely on the body being properly hydrated as well as the function of your brain.

The solution that could be implemented is a small cool bag. Wherever I am going I always have this in the car. If you are going somewhere that there is access to food shops, coffee shops etc…..you can still access these. That is a choice or you could be going to eat out. However, forward thinking in terms of maintaining the healthy function of your body and internal organs is paramount.

Small healthy snacks are also very important.

Examples;
      
A small bag that is insulated.
A cool pack that has been in the freezer. There are some very slimline ones available to buy and different shapes and sizes.
Bottled water or Coconut water or whatever drink that you like e.g. fruit smoothie etc….
Healthy snacks.
Some kind of fruit or vegetables.
Dried crackers.

Wherever you are you will always have access to a supply of things to aid your brain function and the function of your body.

Poetry Thought Prompts
For Expressive Thinking

Throughout my writing career I have noted that writing prompts are present to aid people in starting to write. I also have the six step writing course on the Universe Poems website.

However I have devised poetry thought prompts for expressive thinking to help people with starting to self express. Poetry itself aids self expression of your feelings and emotions through reading, writing and listening and also provides knowledge.

In terms of self expression through writing, e.g. writing prompts or your own ideas through your thoughts. Sometimes even thinking about what you are passionate about or what you are feeling may be difficult e.g.
subjects, not knowing how you are feeling, lots of different emotions or general interests. This may not be easy to undertake for whatever the reasons are.

Reading the poetry thought prompts or listening to them can aid your own thoughts independently or around the particular thought prompt. Giving you somewhere to start. A certain word, memories, or how you are feeling as well as emotions.

Vast research has found that creative outlets like art forms improve cognitive function also.
