Once upon an asphalt road, under a starry sky and in the midst of a desert...

I was walking towards infinity...

And then as if from another dimension,
A stranger appeared on a familiar bicycle
With a face veiled like the darkness of the night...
And began to accompany my wandering soul...

We talked of all things that the heavens would permit,
And in a way that our sounds would forever leave behind their stains in the fabric of time...

He was neither a friend nor a foe, neither a kin nor a lover...

He was just  like what a page is for a poet, or a guitar for a musician...

A vessel for the unknown that I was to experience...

Once down the asphalt road under a starry sky...

On my journey towards the infinity...

I was glad atleast my heart was

That I had a stranger for company!
This poem is about a dream I saw...few months ago. And it was pretty weird. How our mind craves for somebody to understand us that sometimes even strangers seem to be enough!
Anyways, Thank you for reading this! :)❤

"I love you"
such empty words
"I'll never let you get hurt"
such clear lies
" it won't hurt"
it did
they were all empty words
"I hate you"
hah...
that was my empty word

I looked up to the night sky
Because me and you both know how much I love the stars
And I saw your face
Sculpted into the dark sky but lit up by the orbs of love.
I looked up at the sun
As I saw its brightness almost blind me
Just like your eyes did
And I felt its warmth on my skin
It was like your hugs wrapped around my body.
I looked up at the rainy clouds
As the darkness engulfed the sky above
It made me think of the silent tears you cried
And the dark thoughts that swamped in your head.
I looked up at the moon
Oh how sad the moon looked
And it made me realize how there is so much you dont know
And so much I wish I could tell you.
I looked up at the galaxies
And how confusing it all was
Just like us
And you’re gonna think this is about her
But little do you know.
“Space was just one of the many things that tore us apart but also brought us together”

Strying
Laying on a deathbed in heaven,
They said there was only happiness here,
forever.
Now all I wish for is
My heart to stop,
My lungs to empty,
To breathe my last breath.
So I just lay on my deathbed,
Looking at the perfect,
sparkling,
sky.
Just a dystopian view on heaven, eternal life may not be the dream. People want to move on not necessarily live forever, and happiness would fade over time if you have everything you want.

Autumn is just so full of you.
The pale sun, the fading colours, the cold wind.
It's all the same and yet so different.
Autumn is where we met.
But you're not here anymore.
And I'm not the same anymore.

The trace you left in my mind is mirrored in the reality.
In the way I see things.
The way the trees sway as if they didn't want to stand any longer.
The way that faith crumbles to dust like the leaves on the ground.
The way the people walk by in a hurry.
It reminds me of you.

I see you in the way everything seems to be ending,
see us there.

Autumn was our favourite season.
But I think it ain't that anymore.
I guess it's a little messy.

I don't want you to be "the sun"
and centre of my universe

I want you to be a constellation of stars

That complete my darkness

Not outshine me
