Review your life in pages
shaving years off the stacks.
Lay curbside your bits and scraps
and tomorrow—
write yourself anew.

When you are sad
And you hear the rain dropping down
You might feel it in your heart
Like a crystal sound, glittering around

When you are sad
You might see that sunset
And feel the melancholy of the purple clouds
And see the birds flying around
Singing that gentle song

When you are sad
You might taste that sweet wine
And slowly, seeping into that sorrow
With great joy and pleasure

When you are sad
You are sad
You are...

Sadness has so much depth
That you can enjoy sometimes
It turns and moves in your heart
Like the waves crashing down

As you reach its depth
You might find that you are
Bewildered by its beauty
And begin to see
The love
that’s hiding beneath
I hope this makes you see sadness differently
Even the oceans failed to understand how deep our love was
Random thoughts
From top
to bottom

I find this
underneath the ice:

The Earth
is bi-polar

A conflation of
Hues filled with lush mystery
Unmatched artistry.
#Portal to #soul.

blurry
is my future
foggy
is my brain
but the way i see you
crystal clear
That unshared secret…
a crawlspace of denial
where shadows keep your heart at bay,
lonely all the while

To hide in darkened corners,
as falsehood lends its smile
your mind left cramped—all virtue tramped,
banished and exiled

Crimson sun
Followed by homeward run
Swallow a sip of coke and ***
An evening of fun
Talking with a sparrow
Of the nest he has begun
I'd offer my companion a drink
But he's flying home tonight
An easy breeze
As conversation hums
His melodious voice,
Whistles and tweets
While laughter graces my lips
Pure company,
Me and my little friend
As we watch the sun set.

The sand shifts beneath your feet,
Your heart relaxes to a quiet beat,
The waters seem to breathe day and night,
Close your eyes take it in do not fight,
The wind satisfies your soul,
Just relax now you've played your role,
Touch the sand now scoop it up,
Hold it in your hands and form a cup,
Now let it seep through towards the sandy ground,
Your soul was lost but now its found,
The weather you desire will come your way,
Just stand closer to the bay,
Soon life will be eternal for you and me,
Look beyond the ocean and tell me what you see.
