Every letter I type is a drop of me
eyes so full of life
they drop a tear
and in that bead
that pearl rolling down my cheek
is sadness, joy, care or grief
the sweat of my heart.
writing takingtime slowdown poetry peace life
There is a fire inside you
Like that of a rising sun.
You’re the promise of a new dawn
Like the purple and the orange of the setting sun.

You’re the sound of the Ocean
That can still be heard inside a shell
after a million days.
You’re the poem and the rhythm in it
And finer when they words don’t rhyme.

You are stronger than your past,
Stronger than your doubts
And even stronger than your fears.

You are more than what they tell you
And much more than you thought you could ever be.
You my dear, are beautiful and complete
Because the fire inside you is, YOU.

Everything exists just because you're there to see them.
The mountains, the oceans, fields..All exist when you open your eyes.
Same goes for the people who hurt you, they exist only when you recognise them.
Early spring flowers

sprouting in faraway dale

against dawn's blue sky
Sing like a bird in a tree
Without the rage
Of a bird in a cage
As the white noise
Filters out
I'm once again
Left to the tedium
Of my own thoughts
I watch life float
by like a dragon-fly
riding the breeze.
Children played,
in the woodland today
Acorns spread across the ground
Treeshouses lots to be found
Crunching of the leaves,
provided a blanket to support feet,
but be careful of the mushrooms,
proper foraging retreats
This unexplored woodland,
could provide lots to eat,
expert knowledge,
must touch the cooking ***,
in order to enjoy the delights,
that the woodland has got
So let's continue to explore,
and, play,
finding those treehouses,
with arched doors,
that will provide,
Imaginary play
Then sit on tree stumps,
on the ground,
while eating packed lunches,
listening to the sounds
