Summer time it’s good as gold
Providing it’s not too hot
But winter time it’s just untold
Less miles to the full charge I got

No heater on no window blower
Drive carefully now
Much much slower
But that’s probably a plus I surely know!

Lovely car
Oh yes oh yar
But you really truly can’t go far!

Time to charge
Find a charger
Anxiety larger

Yeh ok I love it!
I rise above it
It’s an AI
And he does try!
Dreaming is an awesome thing
Astro dreams are the thing
To go just anywhere
Anyhow
Anytime
Any place
Then come back
And remember
You’ve dreamed a dream!
I cherish how you make me feel,
I cherish how you always deal.

I cherish how you gaze at me,
I cherish how you think and see.

I cherish how you make me truly glad,
I cherish how you wipe away my feeling sad.

I cherish how you protect me with such care,
I cherish how, for me, you're always there. 🤍

Cannot grasp how deep I adore,
A feeling I've never felt before.

Wonder how you shape my heart,
Even though it's never a tender part.

So tell me, what should I do?
Shall I unveil my heart to you?

Here's my heart, now it's yours,
Its sorrows and joys are yours.

Sorrows gloom, a lasting doom,
Joys bloom, erasing the gloom.

Indeed, both are true,
But, it was always you.

There are so many little things in life
That make life worth living
Writing poetry and lines
Is just about divine

It’s a place you can express
The words that are on your mind
And even write that fiction
Of any other kind

But writing about our lives
The good the bad
And those that help us strive
And the things that make you sad

Poetry Can sometimes make you cringe
And others will think you’re off your hinge
But I don’t mind it’s poetry of kind
And still it’s good to get it off your mind!
I remember as a child
Dads green Land Rover how wild
Think it was mark one
But either way the hard seats hurt my ***
But I would have appreciated it now
Those days I wouldn’t have known how

I remember as a child
Dad taught us to paint
Start at the top
Straight strokes going down
Don’t scrub or go round
Up and down
Up and down

I remember as a child
Mum would say
If we were naughty that day
Wait til your father gets home

My parents were good
But as strict as they could
Without being cruel
Mum was no fool

I had a good upbringing
Mum was always singing
Dad worked so hard
When he off he was in his shed in the yard

Dad was making model train engines
I don’t know where they went
I would have loved to keep them
Cos that was my intent

Dad was a brilliant soul and dad
And mum was a brilliant heart and mum

Sadly they’re both gone to that place in the sky and together they’ll be until the day I die!
