Unsaid

Im walking through a field of daisies
Thinking of words unsaid
I feel the warmth of the day’s last sun
Thoughts float into my mind……
You loved me once, I think you forgot
But you walked away
No explanation and words unsaid
I wonder what you are doing
Are you thinking of me
Sigh…. I doubt it
You never really needed me
Should have realised in words that were unsaid
Forgot me as a person, no you say hi most days
Smiling I think fool, me not you
Still walking through a field of daises
Thinking of words unsaid ………

A Prickling feeling within

Subsiding
                 is that moment of rational deception;
                                             Regaining,
                       Is the desire, that is of my perception
Releasing,

Of my soul,  to the evil I aspire…
                           Touched,
                                             Once again,

By A Prickling Feeling Within

Happy quarantine everyone.

Please don't fret,
Try not to fear;
Take deep breaths and maybe nurse a beer.

Soon we'll see,
Although we know
Another Chinese flu
Another month to go.

I feel foggy
With this self-medication,
        my mind thickens still
An unasked yet unanswered query
What exactly is in this pill?

A means without end
An end far from near,
        there's a pain in my heart
The saddened fate of system made,
        too late to tear apart.

i said nothing is perfect
but then i saw your smile
i said that love is for suckers
but then i stared into your eyes for a while
i knew that i was pretty
but never that i was desirable
and i said that i would always stand tall
but now your watching me fall

after all that i said, my forced apologies
i’m wondering why your not here to catch me

starts beautifully, turns toxic
as many things do
