what is night
but
a lark descending
from flight
upon
the
sacred moon
where
she dip both her wings
through
the
curious night
upon
the
living water
I make my bed on cold hard ground
I raise up long before first rays of dawn
It's a life I choose
I am not bound
I feel it's my way
of being sound

When I keep
my mouth zippered down
I find that my words
not going round
Causing pain on both
ends of stick
And my wounds I
don't have to lick

When upon the woods
I rail
All alone like ship on sail
I find life full of mystery
As truths are revealed to me
Give me time that's unadorned
Oak and acorn
pine cone woods so thick
Until God blows
out my wick
The knots know no reason
They come and go
Loosened or tightened
At will or not
They know no reason
For their being
And existence
Depends
3 months off and what did you do -

Learn Spanish?
Tile the bathroom?
Write that great novel you always said?
Rekindle lost love over the net?
Learn how to bake like the rest of the gang?
Its what we all do, it seems everyone can!

No

No I didn't

I watched box sets on Netflix and just got fat

Proper fat

You may have fists as hard as iron
But my mind has been through fights that would leave you crying
You may have stamped on heads and thought you were the champ
But believe me friend, I've been through such darkness it scales past ten on any rock'n'roll amp
For I have felt, seen and heard the tragedy of many a sleepless night
As I, like many I know,
Live, breath and bask in this life
That we all only know, as

The Fight

One word, I told you not to say it
It's hurt
It's pain
It's it
This cannot go on with any purpose to it's relevance
I'm sorry but you have always known not to mention
It's tension
It's hold
But you had to be bold
I am so sorry
The love of my life,

But Thats Where it Ends.

Sorry. Did I say man?

I meant men.

Men never grow up.
