The most important asset a person can have is his or her freedom...
Freedom to think
Freedom to choose...
Freedom to love....
Freedom to cry...
Freedom to laugh...
Freedom to dream...
I feel free around you...
For you are a free spirit...
You are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen...
Or that I will ever see...
That is why I freely say...
I love you...
You have the freedom to answer...
Or to not answer...
And it does not matter...
I still love you...
I have seen your eyes on summer days....
Winter days...
Fall days...
Even in a dark room at midnight...
While our bodies exchanged love and passion....
And it does not matter how bright or dark it is...
Your eyes make any day a spring day...
For your eyes are a reflection of your kindness...
And an endless source of inspiration for my soul...
For without those eyes...
I would not be a poet...
Just a collector of words...
I saw a rose last night...
Went to sleep thinking of it...
Dreamed of the rose...
And woke up missing her...

To the woman who resembles a rose petal ...
You have my heart...
Sakura is the Japanese word for cherry blossom...
Sakura time is a magical period...
It does represent renewal and optimism...
It signals the ending of winter and beginning of spring...
The cherry trees become pink and beautiful...
I can probably say every time I see you is Sakura's time...
For your eyes bring peace, happiness and optimism to my days...
Your eyes are magical...
They are an eternal spring...
I never thought roses could have a name...
I still don't know if all of them do...
But something happened yesterday...
I was walking by a rosebush...
There was no wind whatsoever...
I looked at the roses...
And whispered your name...
For roses remind me of you...
And as soon as I said it...
All petals moved...
As if they were dancing to the wind...
I can only assume rose and  your name mean the same thing...
For all petals looked cheerful...
Next time you see a rose...
Just whisper your own name...
The petals will move...
For the sweetness of your eyes and your voice will cheer them up...
I just don't like you...
I adore you...
I wrote this poem with a tear in my eyes...
One of sadness, because today you left us...
And another one of joy...
Because we spent unforgettable moments when we were young...
And each memory of our youth brings me a smile...
I was very privileged to meet you...
You had a powerful will to live and fought disease until the last moment...
You were a true example...
I don't know what else to say, I have no words now and the tear which I had when I began to write became now an unstoppable cry...
I won't see you anymore... Not in this world...
But we will be friends for an eternity...
I can't say goodbye to you...
Just see you later...
Because at some point in eternity we will meet again...
And we'll talk again about all the things we talked about when we were 15 years old...
Your friend forever...
It's not snowing anymore...
The snow fall is over...
I am out for a stroll in the park...
I like to see the land covered by a fresh blanket of snow...
It looks peaceful, beautiful and pure...
So much that it reminds of you...
For you, your soul and your eyes are a true expression of beauty and innocence...
It is a bit windy now...
And the wind seems to be whispering your name...
I can clearly hear it...
Or it is my heart that is whispering?
It does not matter...
The truth is I remember your name...
And all of you...
Wherever I go...
If it is not the wind...
It is the river...
If not the river...
The leaves on the trees...
Any whisper just brings to my ears the most beautiful sound there is...
Your name...
