This stunning Blue Jay chose to fly after every step I took
It is incredibly warm today but this little stunner was flying from tree to mailbox keeping up with me
Perhaps as a sign of better things to come and some happiness which seems to be keeping its distance lately

In instance if you noticed
A Teddy bear that is a cherished gift
Chestnuts and the Rockerfeller Center Christnas tree
A friend who became best friend and love of your life
He gave you his last name and did not mind if you kept yours next to his
Just one look with hugs that still greet you daily
A kiss you can still taste years later
Driving just for the sake of spending time together with no place to go
And then it happens

No disrespect for the power of prayer
It can't fix this
Somebody wants a Civil War in the United States
History repeats itself and he lit the flame encouraging it
Just like he did on January 6th
He and his followers need to be gone and dealt with before another parent buries a child
Or another underpaid hard working educator is taken way to soon
Care needs to be part of every life not a chosen few
How do I know?
As an educator that took a weapon from a child before the class might have had a tragedy
The student brought the knife to school because he was threatened
The dean was dumbstruck when the report and weapon were handed to him
This did not happen yesterday and he had no right to do that
This comes straight from the heart and mind of a caring soul that has had enough
Many have had enough long before 2020

When you come full circle
Revolving doors can be painful
Watch for sharp corners that might deter you
That includes people and places too
Others lurk where you least expect them
Shut the doors behind you for those who stayed a while, but their time is up
They no longer play a role in your life
Be grateful they were there at all
Take that deep breath
You earned it
It took a lot out of you to reach this intersection and plateau
You crossed it
Know that you did, but don't revel in it for too long
It served its purpose and down the road it will be a private smile that only you will recognize
Just remember this when you come full circle
You now know what matters the most, so take care of yourself
Those that will always be there for you are in reach even when you
are out of touch

It is the Ides of March
The cirrostratus, cirrocumulus ,and cumulonimbus stratus were
all bunched together in shades of white and gray with a touch of silver for good measure
Some were tired of their admirers in helicopters and airplanes
Even a dove on the roof of a  tall house seemed to take notice
How they wished that humans would stop saying rain,rain go away and blame them for that and snow
Out of their control
So their friend the Sun noticed the day the clouds cried
How she wished she could dry their tears without burning them

Even though deep down and inside you do

Certain people feel the need to say it all without regards to your feelings

The caveat here is to not let it disturb your sleep or how they are making you feel

Biscotti or Mandel Bread seems to be the perfect partner
This breakfast started for me in Florence ,Italy
Espressos and Lattes surrounded me ,
Yet there was a tall frosted glass

Passion fruit delights me

So were ages 15 and 12.

Lying for attention and loneliness is a horrible thing
It is a habit that should never start but is easy to copy
Very well be the beginning of the mental illness and ask for help if it is
Keep it in your head if need be

Fractures depending on severity heal
Unfortunately some leave scars naked to the eye
Healing and recovery take time
Some lessons we need to absorb and learn
The stubborn and common stupidity of some are making life difficult for others that follow rules whether they agree or not to protect the many
We are supposed to be United?
The world should be more like the Broadway show Hadestown which is the the way things should be
