Memories are lovely but can’t live in them
There is magic around if your heart is open and your mind wide
When readers react to your work regardless of origin and they are taken by it
Dreams long forgotten come true
When I say I am a writer
The eight year old me remembers all the old notebooks she still owns
I have taken  my own breath away when I say I am a writer
Some dreams come true when you don’t expect them to happen
Later than expected but happening now
Still don’t believe it

You wish you had wings to soar and travel
Words awakening you at all hours have a home with you
You don’t escape until those phrases capture your soul
We do lose control but you always
find your way back
Young at heart,middle-aged,young
It doesn’t matter because you know
Writing Joy
Writers feel it way down deep

The memories are there no matter how old and yellow
Love you Daddy and miss you more than time can measure or words will ever express
Now as your second great grandson is on his way
How much you have missed
So watch over him when he joins us along with his sister and cousin
Long ago
Far away
I miss you ,Daddy

Some are most creative and beyond comprehension
For they are that talented
Some have that magic naturally
Some hoping to create and find their way
Their impact makes us better writers
You can agree to disagree
Just read and enjoy
The pleasure of reading and enjoying the talent is so much better
than the so -called talent we tune into to see
Not asking you to tune out but tune into what happens here
