BEEN A GREAT WEEK
BEEN A REAL GREAT WEEK

Oh its been a one of them great weeks
Downloading anti virus all the time
Then deliting them too full of b-sh..t
Their vows anything anywhere near divine

They all seem to be so like Micro-soft
I bought and paid for this computer true
I paid for windows as well cost me heaps
They think its theirs fingers up for you

Collecting data all the time google as well
Won't be long and windows goes with the rest
Getting sick of all their data games and lies
None of them could pass a grade five test

Almost had it and I mostly search private
To get a little peace of mind if I ever can
They hire more hackers than football backers
Crimes committed by them on personal at hand

Another anti virus down the right royal tube
Had it up to here and sick and tied as well
Their sales teams should go and ger a real job
Far as I'm concerned they all can go to hell

I'M TOO OLD FOR THIS SH........T

Today I heard my mummy yodel
I never thought she could~
I thought that she never liked that music
But she really sounded good~
So I ran out to listen
And she was laying upon the floor~
With the biggest cockroach upon her dress
That I've ever seen before~
I thought that she'd gone country
And that she changed her mind it's true~
When I got out there she was'nt yodeling
But yelling things that were true blue~
Then she got up and started dancing
Steps I never thought she knew~
Because she could no longer find that cockroach
He must have been effected too~
I thought my mum had gone all country
She sounded pretty good~
I think she should go country
I really wished she would ~

POETIC HONESTY
THE REASON WE ARE THIS TIME

The reason we are at all this time
Is to learn all of it all we can
Oppersties needed to provide choices
All meant to be not instructed by man

Every ounce of a woman so meant to be
Men will always be what they were born
Little boys untill the sun don't shine
Like weeds growing in a most perfect lawn

Ego is developed to give them courage
And to let them feel they all in all true
But when a little boys become a real man
He'll say without a woman what would we do

A liitle girl is born with the very right
To have a mind of her very own deep within
No man has the right to invent a lying word
In order to cotrole they long ago named sin

All started long ago when man created a story
Of Adam and Eve as to have hinself feel grand
And all the while no disrespect he's failed
As man on earth just another grain of sand

THE HEART OF A ROBIN
Sitting under a tree in my back yard
Suddenly the wind how it blew~
And in front of me fell a small nest
With in it a baby bird part light blue~
I picked it up gently
With baby still within~
Placed it up on a water tank
Protected by a bin~
Twenty minutes past by
And a Robin flew down
To the nest and the baby
And she flew around and around~
The next day I returned there
To where I sat under that tree~
And a Robin and her baby
Flew around and around me~
She sang to me for a good while
With her baby in tow~
Singing the sweetest of songs
Her baby now safe to let me know~
I thought she'd never leave there
As she stayed and she sung~
To me for saving her baby
Thanking me for deeds done~
A beautiful Robin
Gods creature so small~
How she demonstrated appreciation
How blessed I felt and all~
The heart of a Robin
The love for her own~
She came back to thank me
For saving her own~

Clouds of black , Grey and green
Fill the sky this night~
Lightening flashes all about
within the clouds so bright~
The wind is mild, still silence reins
Trees move quietly in the waiting~
Leaves turn over upon the ground
A good storm I'm debating~
House lights now flicker on and off
The feeling it is there~
One can smell the freshness clear
Within the mountain air~
A spot of rain just hit my nose
I must hurry home~
As much as I do love the rain
I'm not facing this alone~
My home it is now in view
I see a light there burning~
The storm it nears with discontent
And for shelter I am yearning~
I now climb the steps to home
the rain comes tumbling down~
Papers , leaves and small sticks they fly
The rain now teaming upon the ground~
Trees now bending too and fro
The wind it howls now wildly~
And only just awhile ago
The wind it blew so mildly~
Lightening flashes , thunder roars
Rain flies in all directions~
Close that door a voice now cries
Its not the time for inspection~
Snug now and warm with a pet I love
Cuddled up beside me~
Sitting by our open fire
In a gown that almost hides me ~.

BORN A POET
When I was sixteen I wrote poetry to voice
Feelings I had deeply within
Poetry the voice of the soul it used me well
And thus writing poetry then begin

Poetry is a powerful tool and voices life
It allows all trapped within out to hear
It is of love and of woe happiness and strife

It's often saved my life and others as well
It's songs and words dance in feelings many
Open minds hearts and soulsto know life
It's a balm to help one and all and any

NATURES SYMPHONY
I do have an ear for music
Most of all music Ive not heard before~
So much of the same old same old
But some I really do adore~
Once on a trip so far aways
I heard music I will not forget~
I stopped right there and listened so
Even though I was soaking wet~
The wind blowing through the tall bamboo
As if they were the tallest tubular bells~
Accompanied by natures most haunting flutes
As they played a natural symphony so well~
A melody Ive never heard before
No way could it all be written down~
The highs and lows and in betweens
Such a beautiful haunting deep jungle sound~
As wind blew the baboos played
Deep with echoe how they sounded~
And every tone as I stood alone
To listen so I was then grounded~
How it all in tune and rhythum
Had that lonely romantic jungle beat~
With vibrational magic spelling sound
I could almost feel it in my feet~
Away up high within the sky
A half cloud blue covered moon~
As it too listened its true
To this most sublime deep jungle tune~
So many different ranges of tones and notes
As if hollow pipes they rang~
This So well practiced perfection recieved all my effection
And the rest of the night jungle how it sang~
I will never forget though I was so wet
The sound I will carry with me~
The most beautiful music that Ive ever heard
This magestic music of natures own symphony~

THEY'VE NOT LIVED YET
Many several generations younger than I
Feel they have a grip upon the life that be
And in many that is good knock on wood
But until they grow old they know not diversity
They say you've never lived at all
Till you are not afraid to die~
I have in the past been in this situation
And once looking back I could almost cry~
At that time it seems fear is exempt
It's not even upon your mind~
Placed for unknown reasons in a situation
you seem to leave all else but where you are behind~
Its an overwhelming feeling in its self
You are ******* mentally with responsibility~
Almost as if on a positive drug within
You are faced with setting a situation free~
No chance at that time to think at all
Not placed in this being so by choice~
I never panic at the time but after I'm a mess
And go to pieces rather than rejoyce~
Looking back in memory at somethings
Them I've never ever forgot~
Still have no idea at all thinking of back when
How come these things in life can be ones lot~
I am no way the hero type in life
Never seen myself that way at all~
But when a soul is placed in these situations
Something takes over for the thus then call~
I have not got a single clue this day
One can be taken over for reasons why~
But one during this does what one has to do
I know you've never lived till your not afraid to die~
All you can think of at this time at all
And I never ever wish to go back~
Is that you have no other option but to do
What you have been handed with a whack~
But looking back in accurate memory
And I still shiver some when I try~
I know you've never really lived at all
Till you are not afraid to die~

Believe It Or not ,, This happened ,,
In all honesty ..So help me .. .

When you have experienced something
That was for you alone to learn that time~
And the lessons that you then received
Would make others feel less stressful and so fine~
Then you get the feeling that you should tell
But you know they'd not believe~
What it was you saw in all reality
And they think a story you now weave~
But so help me not all that long ago
Nine years after she was in fact dead~
My mother decided to just turn up one night
Right at the very foot of my bed~
She appeared in full size its true
And simply spoke my name~
As if to hear the sound of it
And to move at all I wasn't game~
She was there for a good thirty seconds
And just as I saw her last~
She always told she'd be back
And of course then I too laughed~
I rang my sister right away that early morn
And she replied happy birthday to me~
Then it all became a reality
Knowing what I really then did see~
It was my birthday this was true
And mum turned up right then and there~
On the same day Tuesday that I was born
And the same date and birth time I swear~
As I was born at two thirty in the dawn
And on a Tuesday too~
Upon the date the second of June
In all honesty I'm now telling you~
The reason I am writing this
Is so I can say that I have told~
Everyone who has lost someone they love
The body dies but never does the soul~
I'm no fanatic in these kind of things
But seeing is all the proof I need to know~
That there is way more to this life my friends
Long after we die and seem to go~
So just know within as I do too
This is just one very small class in time~
In the biggest school of learning ever
And believe me .. They all are doing fine ~..

g wPlease help me to build my self esteem
And please be patient with me in some areas
For I maybe according to some a late bloomer,
I need my sense of dignity
So please do not belittle me in front of others
For I will take far more notice of you if you
speak to me in private in an understanding voice,
I need to feel good about myself so please do not
ridicule me in front of others or imply my inopropriate
behaviour means that I am bad as it wears down my sense
of self worth,
When you experience somethen annoyinithin your day
please do not take it out upon me,
I am far more capable than you could imagine,
Please help me to blossom and reach my highest potential
by giving me lots of encouragement and understanding
as the more I feel safe and protected the more my inner self will risk being shown,
Please remember I thrive on love and understanding but surely I do not have to tell you that do I ,
Please do not ever compare me with others or anybody else,
I just want you to love and like me for simply who I am,All you have to do is know that
I love you far more than I ever could say .

MY FAVORITE FLOWER

My favorite flowere in my garden
Has always been there to be seen
I had so many different colors
To myself ever so supreme

I was never one to ever lift bulbs
I left them to bulb up their way
Over forty different shades on view
Admired so by passers by each day

I dug them up when I first traveled
To many countries just so far away
And gave them to a dedicated gardener
Knowing they'd always be on display

But I miss my vast gardens of exotics
And traveled ever far and wide did I
Wishing I could do it all once more
At least long before I ever die

THE FENCE WITHIN
When ever I had a problem
That to me did not make sense~
And I wanted to be away from it
In my mind I imagined a fence~
When I decided I wanted to put it behind me
I then climbed that fence in my mind~
And then the further I walked away from it
The further the problem and the fence was behind~
The further away from the problem and the fence was I
The more confident I then became
Then the more I had made up my mind
Never to return again~
I kept that fence handy in my mind
To separate things that were not best for me~
And it always remained there within my mind
To have myself from these things free ~

SIMPLICITY
This is a word I've often heard
And it's my way of being so~
In this life with all it's strife
And all the woe I know~
There are millions of answers to our being
That are there for all to see~
But some like to complicate it all
As they can't sell simplicity~
We go to school as children
And each year we we go up a class~
Or if some fail an exam they might
Repeat again it's clear as glass~
Non of us do one class
And then go sit by the deans right hand~
We have to go from class to class
And pass all the tests that are so grand~
So many here take a few facts
And then teach as if they know~
But not knowing they are failing lessons
And a harder way they go~
There are no shortcuts in this school
Our head teacher was not born yesterday~
And we will go from class to class you know
And do it all in our own way~
But all the seemed complicated things
Are in fact so simple to understand~
As the God above the same one we love
Has already placed simple answers in our hands~
He said we were his children
And he explained it all as if we were so~
Simple explanations of it all
This class and where we were to one day go~
He even came back to show us
That there was no end to this life~
That ahead was joy and happiness
To all we see here as so much strife~
Everything is there to know
And if we stop to think it's true~
We are all in a class and doing fine
As all of us must do~
We've got a lot of imagination syndrome
And we worry so we do~
But we are in such good hands
And he will see us through~
Simplicity such a beautiful word
It will take us home~
He was not a complicated soul at all
Simplicity his gift to us and it's all our own~

Knocky knocky on my door
Oh I thought who can that be
I open it and then did the splits
She stood there naked as a tree

Saying you told me to come over
Whenever  I had nothing on
As it is I'm home and all alone
I know you've lived alone so long

Trying to find a look on my face
Different from the one I had on
Are you going to invite me in
I could hear again that old song

Yes come in its late and chilly some
Goose bumps the size of snow peas
I took off my jacket gave it to her
The next thing I just had to sneeze

Made herself a little cozy on lounge
Oh would you like a glass of wine
Not far away there was a case full
Life at times can be simply fine

I put on an old song I used to sing
As if it was waiting for this very night
Poured the wine she said warm in here
T V then off and out the only light

My mother had gone home yesterday
Saying way to boring here for me
Why don't you find something to do
I had no option then but to agree

STILL LEARNING
Golden leaf from tree so high
You dance last dance of all
On the way to where you'll lay
As now comes time to fall

Early dawn comes the time
Dew drop from leaf to ground
Done all meant to do so well
You do your thing not a sound

Little garden worm back into soil
No complaints much more to do
Making garden richer still each day
Little worms have destiny it's true

Little spider waiting for a juicy fly
Patients you have to admire in life
Little beatle you sleep now on leaf
No thoughts of un-needed daily strife

One can learn as nature always teaches
If we would only take the time to listen
Like little lizard upon a flower washing
Our lives as well could learn and glisten

SHE WAS MY MOTHER
She Was ... MY MOTHER
A woman I once Knew ..
(TRUE but a song written as sung)

She was the best of the best
And the worst of the worst~
She traveled all over
And quenched every thirst~
When somethen was over
She d move on agen~
And only return
When and if she got the yen~
She d say what she thought
And no matter to whom~
One could never miss her
Even in a crowded room~
She d do as she pleased
And no matter what~
She was always herself
If they liked it or not~
Full of surprises
And one could never guess~
What wonderful things
She d make out of a mess~
When one thought they had her
They never had her at all~
Come rain or come shine
She always had a ball~
She lived her life to the limit
Come day or come night~
And when she made a statement
She was usually right~
She could dance she could love
She could see in the dark~
One vibrant woman
Who was always a spark~
She left no stone unturned
Missed nothen at all~
No matter who ever downed her
She always stood tall~
Everyone loved her so
And they hated her too~
That was everyone she met
And that was more than a few~
She spread so much laughter
And thrived on pure hell~
Nobody ever forgot her
They all knew her too well~
She could take anything on
And just as easy throw it away~
And go on regardless and
Live well another day~
She was all that she said she was
So she d say with pride~
She could welcome you home
And just as easy cast you aside~
There was more to this woman
Than anyone ever knew~
She could tell you a lie
And prove it was true~
She d play out a fantasy
And make it become real~
She had her own charisma
Never ever hid how she d feel~
She could sing like an angel
And then steal your heart~
and once she had gotten it
She d rip it apart~
Nobody ever owned her
She was her own soul~
She could act like a child
Or a woman so very old~
In her life she lived several lifetimes
And lived them all well~
She had her own brand of religion
And rang her own bell~
Everyone that knew her
They never ever knew why~
She could make so very happy
And then give you reason to cry~

( BUT I LOVED HER )

THE FISHERMAN
I was watching him from up on high
As he was reeling in a fish So big-
As he reeled it in how he danced
Doing a happy fisherman's type jig-
A biggest wave came out of the blue
And left him standing there in shock-
As wet as wet as a fisherman could be
Like a half drowned **** upon a rock-
He had hooked that big fish dreamed about
But it took off then and swam away-
And thanks to that great big wave
It took his rod and reel upon that day-
He then picked up his fishing box
Yelling hey you'll need this to-
No good of taking half of it ya ==++**
And into the ocean it then he threw-
Stomping back up the rocky *****
And saying things I'd not repeat on here-
He headed off back to his car and yelled
At the fish shop I'll not need that gear-
So if you ever catch the biggest fish
And it has it's own rod and reel on the day-
Just thank your lucky stars my friend
But make sure that it don't just get away-

FALLING LEAF
Oh falling leaf you dance tour way
Dressed in colors ever bright
To the symphony of natures own
Be it upon any day or night

But your dance is far from over
You have so much more to do
Endless friends they wait below
To finish  what leaves do its true

You might provide a home for some
Natures natural smaller little things
That depend on nature ever so truly
So enjoyment your dancing it brings

You could become a boat some to float
Upon ther way down stream
To go where they'd love to go some day
As nature as well often provides a dream

So when you fall and nature makes its call
Endless things how they take place
All because of your natural dance
And putting yet a smile upon a face

( ANOTHER OF MY UNSUNG SONGS)

Learnen to remember
Learnen to forget~
Soughten out the memories
Ive had since we first met~
Some Id rather cast aside
Others hold my heart~
Some are just the reasons why
We two drifted apart~
First I smile and then I cry
The reasons for the day~
But I know I wouldnt feel so bad
If the pain would go away~
Now Im learnen to remember
And learnen to forget~
Soughten out all the memories
Ive had since we first met~
Just sitten on this hollow log
Thinken of back when~
I used to have you by my sise
Wished I could agen~
Sometimes it seems so long ago
Others ... Just yesterday
I just lose track of time my love
Since the time you went away~
We grow old and we grow wiser
As life goes on its true~
There comes a time old love of mine
When theres nothing we can do~
You will always be a part of me
You ll always be on my mind~
But you still invade my dreams
This is why it is I find'
Im learning to remember
And Im learning to forget~
Just soughting out all these memories
Ive had since we first met~ '.

Not a thing on my mind
Was early going down to local shop
Music played somewhere in song
I smiled as a really fat lady walking
She walked in perfect beat all along

Was a holiday children played as one
Throwing shoes at a tin on the road
Nothing much at all upon my mind
Two old dogs to somewhere strode

Then my world turned upside down
You appeared around a corner then
Forgotten what I wanted from shop
As if frozen in that moment when

Hair dancing skirt swaying and to
A tornado walk perfectly in tune
Middle of day stars shone on high
Only thing missing one full moon

Welded where I stood that moment on
I will never again ever forget your face
All only but a moment in all of time
My very heart and soul could not replace

WITHIN THE MINDS OF PLANTS
Plant a vine not far from house
And in order for it to survive
It will grow and stretch at best
Towards to house to stay alive

Does not matter good vine or bad
Both or any will as well you'll find
They have no eyes but all do know
Vines are far from being blind

At times they'll use another vine
As to use to make it all go right
One can even cut it back some
And it will be back there after night

Never underestimate a vines mind
Or for that matter the mind of plants
As most its true I'm telling you
They know more than humans of
      whats inside their pants

Little children all start their lives
With every chance that be~
But subjected to the conditions around them
No real difference than a newly planted tree~
Its those first important years for a child
When they first become who they are~
And with what they learn in those very first years
Will remain within them as they go far~
No different than a newly planted tree
It will only grow due to to where its planted~
And if the soil is rich or poor
Depends on how it grows its granted~
Its those first and most important years of learning
That lay the foundation within a child~
And all a child takes in so deeply within
Remaines that soul for life all the while~
Attitudes are then taught and formed
In those first years of learning~
Its back then it first lights that souls candle
And for life deeply within it is always burning~
Those very first impressive learning years as a child
Depending what and how they then learn
If they did or did'nt know love and of God above
Tells if they'll know happiness or for it they'll yern~
Those very first years of learning for a child
Becomes the child within they'll always know~
Its those very first years of happiness and tears
And thus the tree shall grow~

So many unanswered questions are there
So many complete contradictions too
Endless untold stories on blank pages
In more endless bibles both old and new

Not one is as if Gods word but mans word
Mans points of view so very long ago
Books created by letters written away back
Contradictions of before they existed its so

Denied Jesus ever dying at 85 in Kashmir
Where he studied buddhism for years
Not ever having a religion but wisdom
Now just have fauth believe rid all fears

But do as told instructions old lies so bold
And one day your soul just might win
And if you don't or in life ever you won't
The reason man created the one word sin

Cane killed Able ran away later came back
With a wife and a family with him as well
There only being Adam and Eve two boys
Where'd she come from not a soul can tell

The bible written a good hundred years after
The time that their Jesus actually did die
But they insist and yet another lie well kissed
And here and now the converted still do cry

But the point being made religion is un-needed
A new born baby knows right from wrong
Everybody has choices knows yes from no
And on goes religions constant endless song

All will know a time when comes the time
To go from this class through a coridore
And find the selves in a class yet to come
Never to returning to this one anymore

LIFE CAN CHANGE SO SWIFTLY
Once all knew how to take their time
Without the rushing every day~
Once all had time to stop and think
Of late time how it slips away~
I hear them all the time I do~

People at top speed going somewhere
Jets away up in the sky~
Time now waits for nobody at all
Lives seems so many passing by~

Above those little lines of mist
Straight high and ever fine~
So many cross the planet every day
In the smallest amount of time~

Time is moving ahead so swiftly
And it's changing all the while~
Life it can be so different
Within the simple measure of a mile~

Once time seemed to move much slower
Well to me it seemed to do~
Of late many lives are changing every day
As if no such thing as spare time it's true~

Once one could plan so far ahead
If one could simply take ones time~
Once a mind could handle almost anything
To maybe do things better way more so fine~

So that better times they could call
Time it needs way more respect~
Lives could be better all round it's so
If we slowed down some I suspect~

But its not time its us to blame for this
Wealth greed business now one simply never knows~
How life will be in the shortest time
And of late that's how it goes~

AS BREEZES BLOW
AS BREEZES  BLOW

We live our lives like bees in hives
We do our best trying to work as one
While trying to as well ourselves to tell
Life at times seems all work little fun

The only one that needs to feel whats real
Is after all lifes reasons said and done
Is nobody other than you alone in learning
From birth through life till last of setting sun

Doing best to pass each and every lifelong test
Knowing after all its only you to look back
One gives ones self education via choices
Ending lifes happiness strife later up the track

Comes a time a rest a little wine a moment fine
To gather thoughts ans some peace of mind
To even be loved a little more with love sublime
And if possible to ones self be just a little kind

As its true time only exists on earth be old or new
And learning is all choices come what ever may
There is no race only your time to thus embrace
All things in moderation not all work or not all play

The greatest positive crust the only one you can trust
As they will never in life ever possible to lie to you
Is your own soul within your personal vibes to begin
And they alone will I find always see you through

THAT FIRST TIME WE KISSED
How I still ever so do remember
When our lips cried for the hanging on~
And after when our lips they parted slowly
In a way that overestimated every sung love song~
Our hands hung on as we slowly moved away
And still long after you had gone my love~
Your beautiful fragrance how it graced my shirt
And as my heart beat and I thanked God above~
Never could I ever forget that first magic moment
I never in this lifetime never could~
As it is calved into my memory, heart and soul
Like a deep heart calved into a tree and wood~
And still now after all of this time it seems
Here I still hold within my arms that same loving dream~
And you are to this day the one that holds my heart
You rein there as my hearts own very queen~
I knew when we met all my prayers had been answered
Just the way that I dreamed once they would be~
You are my one true love forever and always
And you will always be within my heart and a part of me~

THE WIND ( Children )
The blowing wind can be so good to feel
As it blows gently through your hair~
And it can create the most lonesome sound
Blowing through a roof that needs repair~
It can ever so hauntingly
Rushing past the oldest building at night~
As it rattles the doors and windows too
And has you almost curl up in fright~
But without the wind we would be in trouble
For it brings many good things too~
We would really miss it ever so
If the wind it never blew~
In the wind we see the leaves all dance
As it cleans and sweeps the earth~
It works so closely with the rain
The wind has so much worth~
It can generate electricity
It carries the wild flower seeds and grain~
It makes our sail boats fly along
Up the lake and back again~
The wind is our friend in lots of ways
And we can use its power too~
To fly our kites within itself
Away up in the sky so blue~
Love the wind but keep in mind
It can course much damage it is true ~
When it blows too hard and way too fast
We have seen what it can do~
But like all things in nature
If we work with it we will find~
It can be our friend and much use to us
Through day and night and all the time~

MY FATHER
My father how I loved him so
How in life I admired his strength of mind~
To endure all he indeed endured
Tp walk ahead and leave the past behind~
In his entire life since being born
He never was to do a wrong~
How I looked up to his being so
Tried to be half the man all along~
Regardless of lifes diversities
He always walked the straightest line~
A man who was ever true to himself
His values in life divine~
AA person so much one of his word
A gentle heart so good so true~
My father such a loving man
My dad the man I knew~
A free mason was he way back when
He lived his life above all wrong~
My dad ' my dad ' best friend Ive had
To me he remains my song~
How Ive strove to be half the man
My dad was in life to me~
From day one he knew the way
To do right till eternity~

IF ANYTHING GETS ME IN LIFE
IF ANYTHING IN LIFE GETS TO ME

If theres anything in life that really gets to me
Has me wheel around and snap and let go my mind
Is when any male refers to women as being a sl...t
Its turn around time nomatter whom where you'll find

Some guy who has no respect she probably has said NO
It hurt his male pride ego and self oppinion I'd say
I give it to them on no uncertain terms loud and clear
Regardless if it be anywhere if it be even night or day

How dare these brain dead are allowed to as much breath
To refer to women as so many in life often do true
One smart remark and he's on the ground and stays there
It's the lowest ever thing a guy can say near me or do

Usually without any reason upon this earth so wrong
I've had it with the male species in regards to this
Almost always it's egotisicle be they religious souls
Or at a mens drinking bar having been on the p..ss

The male species have so much to learn re respect
Been this way since time it's self was born long ago
I don't even stop think speed of a human blink
And I there and then let them really know

POETRY IS POETRY
POETRY IS POETRY

Poetry is poetry but what it should be
Poetry is poetry as that of the eagle
It as well keeps it's nose to the ground
Misses nothing at all like that of a beagle

Always sincerely honest with as open mind
A closed mind sees and learns nothing at all
Taking others advice with just a pinch of salt
As eagles see above and below height and fall

Minds their own business speaks wisdom too
A poet born a leader not a follower fact of life
Knows many a true word is spoken in just jest
Never under or over estimating or judging strife

True to thine own self start or ending of day
Sees way more than many imagine dare I say
Has no  time for foold but too likes to play
A real poet belongs to themselves come what may

WHEN I SEE YOU
You call in every now and then
It's always the same over again
If you could ever read my mind
It'd always be saying the very same

I think what upon earth I would give
A different time a different place
I'd give anything to just know you once
If in  dreams you my thoughts to trace

But there you sit and I sit too as we do
Age don't mean a single thing it's so
What I'd give oh what I'd surely gine
To just one time you to one time know

PRECIOUS STONES
Never could ' can't , never would
Put that much value into a stone~
They call them precious stones , gems and metals
With feeling they are as cold and dead as bone~
I'd rather give a lifetime of flowers
And my unconditional true love~
I'd rather always be there for a friend
As expected by God himself above~
I could never see the value in
A rock because its as old as time~
In no way I concider them to be
As valuable as the love I know thats mine~
In every way and every day
I spend loving her just that much more~
Not a single stone or rock or gem
Could replace the love that I adore~

WITHIN THE MINDS OF PLANTS
Plant a vine not far from house
And in order for it to survive
It will grow and stretch at best
Towards to house to stay alive

Does not matter good vine or bad
Both or any will as well you'll find
They have no eyes but all do know
Vines are far from being blind

At times they'll use another vine
As to use to make it all go right
One can even cut it back some
And it will be back there after night

Never underestimate a vines mind
Or for that matter the mind of plants
As most its true I'm telling you
They know more than humans of
      whats in their pants

NOT MY DAD
Back when I was just a little boy
There was this little girl friend of mine~
And one day we two sat under a church
Talking about life as we saw it then oh so fine~
We got under there on the way home
From school as it was raining ever so
And this church was on the way home you see
So under it we then both so fast did go
Now I was only seven years old
And she was about the same~
Came down to show me yours an I'll show ya mine
As we sat under there out of the rain~
Well .. that game wasnt too much fun
So when the rain stopped we went on home~
She toddled off to her place down the way
And I toddled off then to my own~
I got home and dad was there
And two hours they went by~
And then came a bashing upon our front door
And the world must have heard this woman cry~
She was yelling out to my dad there
And really going crook like hell~
And I saw my little girl friend behind her apron
My face it really fell~
Your son knocked off my daughter
She cried at the top of her voice so loud~
Dad said.. For Gods sake they'er only seven years old
My little friend looking out behind mums shroud~
Well that woman she yelled and my dad said .. HUSH
They are only kids ya know~
But she continued at it wouldn't stop
And simply wouldn't let it go~
And then my dad yelled at her as well
He said dont you remember back when~
You and I as kids down in the bull paddock
And we did the same thing then~
Well she stepped back and glared at my dad
And took off down the path in a rage~
And I looked up at my dad in surprise
Well ... He said .. I was once your age ~

SO FAR AWAY YET SO NEAR
So far away you might well be
So far away am I as well
But our souls we might not know
Within dreams often one to tell

We wake remembering the passion
Warm feelings in dearest places
Feelings all our souls they felt
Not to forget loves precious graces

Wanting in reality all souls they knew
Within making it all a reality in mind
Dreams that have become loves thrill
Ever better than most could ever find

Small signs our souls left for us both
Remain even though twas thus a dream
Feeling as loved as any could thus know
For two souls made love in all extreme

Oh you look wonderful they say this day
Our smiles hide the extent of feeling so
So the next time within sleep ever divine

We'll make sure we add more to love sublime

NOTHING CAN EVER COMPARE
Life has it pain and things hard to explain
It has its sunshine and it has its rain
But nothing in life can ever cpmpare
The feeling of being loved again again

Nobody tells the world of winds that blow
The shapes of clouds high above as we know
Of all the things that in life that worry us so
Being loved making love moments that glow

We slave our bodies pleasing others all the time
We live we work we pay all thats in life owing
But seldom we take moments that are ours alone
Memories golden loves seeds that need sowing

The world will never stop spinning at any time
Because one took a moment ever so very fine
To know the feelings that are in life divine
And took advantage of this moments mine

After our last days present themselves on show
We all tend to look back thinking I missed it so
Lived our lives according to rules others create
But nothing compares to chance we let go

Be the one captain of your own very soul
As many civilizations gone oldest days of old
They all knew never needed to be as such told
They loved how they loved gave all so bold

THE OLDEST TREE
Thanks to natures blessings
It still stood watching generations pass by
If it could walk or even talk
Its last word would be  Goodby

Of late more than an old tree could stand
Once mountain forest now highways busy
Oldest ree once only knew a forest now a city park
Enough to have a three hundred year old tree dizzy

Old tree none give a thought of what its seen
Oldest tree of nature soon could be where scrapers stand
Oldest tree once endless family now bound to be alone
As stupidity fills the world walks hand in hand

With others ever so long ago gave of oxygen
Of late oldest tree not feeling very well
Once birds and all of nature as its mountain friends
Now alone in a city park resembles a tree in hell

Long forgotten the forests it once knew
None listening  or interested if they could true
Oldest tree now without natures respect
Not the tree it was has been will be of all it knew

She Knew She Was Dying
Reading to those passing over ..Oh I said .. I'd love to tape
your memories angel ..I used to visit and was invited to years
ago sit with angels that were alone and dying .. + my poetry .. ...

She Knew She Was Dying ..
I sat reading to an old old lady
Poetry from my file~
And she rested in a half thinking sleep
But listening all the while~
She moved over a little and glanced at me
And whispered in a little voice~
I know that I am dying .. But
I want you to know that's its my choice~
But .. She said I will miss the sunsets
The oceans on a cloudy day~
I will miss the Australian deserts wide
And my leafy walk just out back here by the way~
I will miss the birds that fly and sing
And all the spring blossom and the flowers too~
I ll miss the moon when its full and yellow
And Terry she said I ll miss the likes of you~
Mountains tall and hills so green
Valleys long and narrow~
Music .. She said .. Oh I ll miss music
And my flowers out there in that old wheel barrow~
I ll miss poetry
And life as its been for me on earth~
And I will miss the children too
But where I'm going has far greater worth~

For The Children
I saw a little bunny he looked so funny
As he hopped around in the morn~
The grass was wet got as close as I could get
So very early in the dawn~
It was only a baby all alone and maybe
It might have lost it's way~
I wished there all alone I could take it home
It looked so very lonely upon that day~
I then stood where I sat it saw my hat
And it hopped further and further away~
No more was the bunny that looked so funny
No more did the funny bunny play~
It's eyes were big it's ears were long
It's tail was a ball of fluff#
It had short little feet so short and neat
And it's coat was as furry as a buff~
It hopped around on the ground without a sound
As it played in the due upon that morn~
The grass was so wet got as close as I could get
So very early in the dawn~
A rather fat little bunny that looked so funny
Oh I never will forget~
The very way I saw it play
How I'd love one for a pet~

gentle waterfalls
cascading into a watery chapel
Steps ascending...
red, orange, yellow,
green, blue, indigo, violet
to an altar bathed in white
by a heavenly spiraling sky light
imposing crystal sculptures
rise up from the ocean's floor
and dolphins playfully weave in and out
lining the shore...
a resplendent perpetual floral display
roses, lilac, honey suckle,
chrysanthemum, lotus blossom
an exquisite medley of fragrance and hue
and as far as the eye can see
rolling meadows of emerald green clover
graceful weeping willow trees,
majestic oak and white birch
echoing in the distance
the melodious intonation of chimes
ring out their welcome
a whisper of a touch of a loving essence
with an encircling warmth and energy
embraces me
a grand eagle in full flight
an owl with knowing eyes
each extend their greetings
and wish me well
lost in a sense of peace and well being
then, gently waking from the rapture

THE DANCING FLAMES
A soul can literally sit watching for hours on end
Next to the flickering light of a camp fire bright
Under out back skies full of stars that are so high
But still clearer than any place are they at night
As the flames they dance in perfect motion always
How one with company or even camped there on ones own
Can without noticing anything at all just remembering
Almost everywhere every place and everyone ones known
How the most beautiful words of poetry and lyric come
And at that time one swears to remember them all until
But just like most life's magic things and moments grand
To remember most of them at all I guess one never will
Almost as if dream time dancing of the flickering flames
They dance wildly captivating with charisma in their way
One sits and thinks and watches them silently for hours
Sometimes and almost until the early coming of the day
Its such a wonderful magic and such a majestic experience
Sitting watching the dancing of camp fire flames at night
With the peace of mind one then can freely know and find
Ever so tranquilly spending the night by a camp fire bright.

MY OWN FATHERS VALUES
I AM STILL THE SON OF MY OWN FATHER
AND LIKE HIM I'VE BEEN AND AM IN EVERY WAY
HE LIVED HIS LIFE ACCORDING TO HIS VALUES
MOSTLY ALL OLD SCHOOL VALUES ON EVERY DAY
I AM MYSELF NOW IN MY LATE YEARS OF LIFE
AND I HAVE NOT EVER FAULTED HIS VALUES YET
REGARDLESS WHOM OR WHAT MAY TRY TO TEST THEM
HIS VALUES ARE MINE AND EVER SOLID ARE THEY SET
I'VE ALWAYS BEEN A POSITIVE SOUL IN MY LIFE
AND LIKE ALL OTHERS UPON THIS PLANET EARTH
I KNOW ONLY TOO WELL FROM RIGHT AND WRONG
I LIVE TO THE LETTER MY VALUES IN ALL THEIR WORTH
THIS I HAVE ALWAYS BELIEVED ANY SOUL CAN DO
AND REGARDLESS OF WHAT ANY SOUL MAY SUGGEST
THIS IS THE WAY I FEEL LIFE WOULD HAVE ME BE
AND ALL THATS EXPECTED IS WE DO OUR VERY  BEST.

In the single twinkle of a star
I saw what was within your eyes~
I saw all I thought were only dreams
And truths I thought were lies~
Within your eyes that shone like stardust
I saw all the world could dream of in time~
And I felt the sensation of my falling
As I pictured your love as mine~
My heart will never be the same
Not now that I have met you~
How could I have doubted my one dream
To feel as good as I now do~
You wiped from my heart within a second
All things in life I ever did regret~
Now I can never have not known you
And you alone my heart never could forget~
Now all that I can ever ask for~
Is to know this thrill once more~
To hear a knock and when I answer
Find only you standing at my door~

I'VE OFTEN ASKED
I woner why that person shot her or him the other day
He must have been out of his very cotton pick'en mind
But then its so for all one could at the time know
The one shot might have had a  karioki you'll find

Some have these machines at home use it none stop
Can't hold a note to save their lives giving all the lot
Totally tone deaf most and  giving all they've got
Ever lived near one hell on earth brains in a knot

Like it or lump it one has no option but to hear
Its like living next to an asylum for every soul
Or in the old days off  people stretched on racks
For whatever reasons away back in days of old

It all started with karioki bars somewhere away
From all within hearing but then some with wealth
Decided to get one of their own bringing it home
And out the door peace of mind and often health

Should all be near a graveyards be good there too
But those in there might think their all in hell true
Nothing within the law anyone they can ever do
Like living next to mosks speakers all day through

AUSTRALIA DAY
There is a day .. A special day
A day thats ours alone~
A day for all Australians
For our country..Our states .. our home~
A day to think of all the things
That Australia has to give~
All the reasons why Australia
Is the best place on earth to live~
A day for all to remember
The men and women that made each state~
All they are to this very day
The ones that made them great~
There is a day .. A special day
A day thats ours alone~
A special day for all Australians
For our country .. Our states .. Our home~.

WHEN
( A sad but real reality of love and life
we all learn over time .. oneof my songs )

When youv found all youv ever searched for
All your whole life long~
When youv heard the very words
To your very own souls song~
When youv found the very reason
That you yourself was born~
When love remains as brilliant
As nights first sensual touch of dawn~
When the words total ecstassy
Replaces all youv ever known~
When you know love better than sheer perfection
As if it came to you on the most seductive wind ever blown~
When you are feeling with your fingertips
The very angel youv waited a lifetime for~
When she alone is in your heart and space
And has opened up loves every door~
How can you have her really know that
Its her alone that fills your being~
How can you prove to her in hours
What it is that you are feeling and seeing~
With her exactly as she is without changing
In every single sensual beautiful way~
And she s everything youv ever dreamed of
For now , for ever and a day~
This is when youv found love
And yes this is how it is for you~
But its not worth a solitary dime
If she doesnt feel that way too~

With the planet being tuned into rubble
Endless families and little children dying
And natures already had enough by far
While a few play super hero earth is crying

I've ad a life age follows me like a shadow
But so many have not known happiness
Peace upon earth long just a dream seems
But few if could would not ever confess

Oxygen ample water and good healthy food
How many have simply never in life known
Away back when families had healthy gardens
And all things needed back then were grown

Playing I'm king of the castle now a few they do
But once  we always had some to give away
When color and the likes of it never mattered
But now seems its all gone and doers only pray

Its not myself I'm concerned about of late
Its a few on earth speaking as if being God its so
An entire planet for generations  knowing war
And all I can think to say is WHY I'm asking you
