A wise man's tongue lies behind his heart,
So that his words are gracious and tranquil.

You made me soft;
A Marshmallow drop that melted sweetness,
and tasted like nostalgia on your tongue
In that place where camps fires smoked and we smouldered,
Orange with a glow
that crackled envy,
I saw forever in those flames.
Just a little tiny taste of eternity
Reaching for me, as I reached for you.
I curled and crisped,
Dribbled into that abyss
and bubbled up in the heat.
The loves that last a summer and burn out quickly. Old memories and old campfires remain.
Hesitant
Overloaded
Bored
Which of these
Or
All of them
Will Hp ever let us know
The way it feels with / of
All the words
The need for wants
Wants each need fulfilled
All for me, trampling all
Yes, for me to receive
Leave no chance to deceive
Wasn’t the past year enough
For one to learn
And rise above self
And look beyond
Masked and taped
Everyone

The crescent today
Smiles feeble in the dark sky
Yet radiates from within
The light it holds dear

🌙
18th January, the crescent moon
We are cutting down the tree of life.
