Looking out window inside mind,
I stare at images of tomorrow.
They're hazy glimpses of dreams,
bubbling floating tickling
about to pop.
Simple visions
of seedling infused with desires
enroute to surface.
My breath becomes hand-like
capturing the ideas ready to blossom.
The moment expands
as shadows blow away in the wind.
The hour glasses sands drift
In grains of light
Encircling to protect.

And there I sit
contemplating
awake and alert  
watching as moon blends to stars
and I bathe in lights wisdom

The swirls of red roses
velvet to eyes
tickle inviting a smile.

Lungs inhale
with cascading breath
as scents permeate canals.

Sun bright with aura shoots rays
gracefully through winds.

A perfect moment
for mind to expand
with gratitude,
as birds
bring serenity to heart.

I sat at table
chewing away
When conrad in mind said,
"You chew eating that salad like a cow."
"  Don't you know, I am part Cow, you know." I answered smiling.
Really?  Surprised I continued.
"Yes, we are one. One with all.
And then I continue to chew away
proudly feeling connected
to Mother Earth.

Winters Peaceful Silence
rotates in ears.
Eyes widen as
inner child rises with smile.

Moments mesh
with flakes of beauty
as project lists disintegrate
into newly fallen snow.

Gratitude catipults breath
to rondeau with moons light.
And dancing frozen gems
grace skyline in waves of wind

Snowflakes now build
painting silence
as it follows mission.
Mission to make a magical landscape
gifted from sky.

IF ONLY..
Deadly combination of words that plague,
cutting into daily activities to disable.

A second guessing prop
used by ego to keep
me in head. It plays regularly
inching its way into depression.

IF ONLY, I took action to let my son in
when I felt hurt and sad.
IF ONLY I cut off my feelings
and let my sister dishonor me
by saying nothing.
IF ONLY I called my brother more
even though he showed no interest in me...
Maybe then the game would continue
and I wouldn’t feel so alone.

IF ONLY my words and behavior of uniqueness wasn't so different, maybe my parents and siblings and son could see me as divine instead of someone who needed to be changed.

My ONLY answer comes in prayer asking for help
and connecting to who I am.

My ONLY answer comes when I align not with ego but with spiritual principles that say things happen for a reason.

And SO from distance I send them love
knowing I am a trooper meant to GO IT ALONE.

Meant to share my gifts with the world unscarred
from others who don’t understand.

BUT WHO IS KIDDING WHO...IT STILL HURT.

Don't be like anyone else
be comfortable in your own skin.
Savor your beauty,
Your gifts.
Your divinity.
You are meant to be celebrated.

And when I awoke
a divine angel of light
came gracing my eyes.
Shining through trees majestic form.
Bonding to whistle with wind.

It was sight to behold.
A powerful gift.
And as breath
catapulted self into gratitude,
my thoughts expanded
to connect to moment,
launch dreams and feel love.

We are inside a Love Revolution.
A path where light integrates
to shift the inner self.
I smile, and you catch its feverish energies.
I dance, and my steps envelope graciously.

We are all inside a Love Revolution on earth.
The place where senses awake
and hearts expand.
I bow, and you feel its power to expand.
I celebrate, the you in me and the me in you with honor.

We are artists creating with a canvas of love.
The moment harbors rainbow opportunities.
I sing, and you join in to harmonize.
I pass the baton of love, and you carry it outward.

The revolution cannot and will not be stopped.

Wind
shows itself by,
rocking boats that grace landscape.
Little dancing wavelets that catch sun.
Clouds that puff on by, like train.
Wind
surrounds as if woven scarf,
moves behind birds wing.
And carries sounds from distance bells.

a gift for heart
who celebrates with beat.

and light.

We tick dancing in a lifetime
to the tock of
a golden clock within.
Numbers,
grow as we expand.
Minutes,
drift as we collect experiences.

our consciousnesses awake,

while energies of gratitude

And joy, abundance, peace,

and world
commenses.

Tell me...guides of light
not to carry regret for second guessing is an ego's adjenda to keep one in the head.

Better yet... allow self
to fill up with wisdom cultivating energies
of love and compassion.

Tell me...Divine source
not to vibrate fear for it only limits
flow of freedom and peace.

Better yet... give me the fortitude
to stay in heart and follow
roadmap of dreams.

Tell me... wisdom in heart
not to ignore my intuitive nature
that is a gift.

Better yet... allow me to awaken
and live arthenticly
in harmony my birthright.

Echoing gratitude every morning
is the best way to start day. To live with open heart brings many a miracle to ones lifescape.

a different kind Of place
4 visiting eyes to Roam.

I have learned that
its important to live in the heart.
To breath deep
releasing ego judgmental mind.
To let go and align with light.
Once done
freedom song rings
for self to dance.

Many a year
Iv’e gone through
not knowing self.

Feeling different
caught in a struggle
of self worth.

but truth is,
sun shines on different
with a radiance few can see,
but the heart knows.

Moving with the energy
of God-like self,
I celebrate.
Celebrate
inside the miracle of life.
Commemorate,
the extension of light giving me abilities to feel.

the gifts within to connect lovingly to others.
I honor,
the Divine in everyone, as I dance with open heart.

I sit imprinting my heart into poem.
I etch the phases carefully
inching my way through my thoughts
to scribe with visions.

I breathe and thoughts coagulate
I dance with pen and pen anchors
to my song.

I sit with gratitude
as moments dissipate
and all thats left is a poem
and wandering eyes.

I sat starring into candle light.
Glowing wick meshed with wax
releasing amber glow.

Dancing flame
released aura grand
causing my being
to be mesmerized

Orange, red, and white
opened mind
as prayer I whispered.

It traveled over
hills and valleys of atmosphere.
It spiraled in wind of day merging
with drifting clouds.
It entered vortex of group consciousness
available to those who visit.

There it was sealed,
for others to feel its energetic light
and power.

A prayer for abundance,
good health, and freedom
for all who inhabit earth.

It was a prayer
for peace
with all
including our galaxy
allies.

It is waiting
for the many to align.

Oh sprit of mine,
do pulsate inside me
with your divine wisdom.

Come tweak my thoughts
so I hear thee,
and move
in grand dance.
with you
as my partner

Oh Spirit divine,
light my way
as candle in heart
expands and
angelic guides
gather
to serenade inside winds whisper.

Come anoint me in moment
with knowledge
of my journey
so I may feel harmony
inside abundance of breath.

Oh spirit of mine
team up with me strongly
as I roam in lifetime
worth celebrating.
As I feel my inner power
and stand tall to

Fine-tune the globe
and all inhabitants
with loves light
so vibrations rise,
and all remember
from where we came.

In distant cloud of dreams,
the phone rings.
“Hello, Hello!” I echo,
with mouth closed.

An answer comes gently
“Wake up its almost noon.
“Wake to partake in day of sun.”
I hang up in mind and roll over,
with smile under covers soft.

In hazy cloud of dreams,
my body twists to align
with present still distant.
Subtle ring enters
mind again.
“Hello, Hello!”

No answer comes,
but eyes open,
as hand reaches for phone lines
still silenced
from past nights aim
at no interruptions.

“Hello Hello.”
I call turning on phone.
“Thanks,” I whisper to spirit
for waking me
from dream time continuum.”
We echo a laugh
at diner table
where we meet to indulge
in a big *** lunch.

puddles on the ground
Swim to me my love.
Mu boat
has room.

Oh to feel the breeze.
To observe the clouds.
To be present with the people that you meet.
To be in the moment feeling peaceful.

Oh to leave cell phone at home
To dance inside life without distractions.
To hear the birds sing.
To be centered inside heart.

Can you? Will you?
It will free you.

WORKING ON ONESELF aids others,
for the more we clear judgment, fear, greed and doubt,
ALIGNING WITH OUR inner wisdom,
the more WE feed the group consciousness
and thusly help CHANGE THE WORLD.

to carve I love you's
into many a phase.

Poetry a gift
I shall give
When I have a significant other.

A word, a verse, a flowing poem
an outreached pen
that makes graceful silhouette.

A story, a phase, a poetic song,
a hand dancing on keyboard
making ones heart speak.

Sometimes it forms black cloud
voicing a painful experience.

Other times it’s a ray of sun,
to be intertwined behind readers eyes.

A rhyme, a vision, a lyrical poesy
a spell casted out
for contemplation.
Outcome...
to be drunk like a fine wine
Or perhaps ingested
like a simply divine croissant
baked in an artists mind.

May you look at the shadows of self
adding light with your own intention so they transform.

May your shadows show you a road to take
that will set you free to live with harmony.

And May your shadows from suns light
gift you to ride the wave of moment
to see the blessings hidden there.

With faith,
mixed within trust,
siphoned through
love energies
Meshed inside
frequencies of light
together with
breath of compassion,
and gratitude
is a recipe for peace.

Just take a breath, nice and slow to focus ironing out all life's little wrinkles to experience harmony.

The road I travel
with another deep breath
finds myself
writing a poem to ease mind.

Staff turns into breath
and envisioning footsteps
into words.

Poem takes life of its own
twisting and turning
with rythemic inhales
With each exhale,
descriptive words drift
like blossoming landscape
and exuberant heartbeat.

Time stops,
as I surrender
to the wisdom that flows.

Energies surround,
as poems completion nears end,
sitting near pond of mind.

A pond,
that holds a reservoir of idears
to someday anchor as poem
in my guru's mind.

Few Know...
When it rains
Its raining rainbows,
hidden in each drop.

They expand, as they hit ground.
Multiplying to bond with a rivers moisture.
Filling lakes with their sweet energies.
Making puddles for kids to splash in,
and plants chance to grow tall.

Raindrops, once on earth,
mirror their inner selves.
SO when rain stops,
the sky opens with a rainbow reflection majesty.

Take a dip into the rainbow of mind.
The riches there are enormous.

Inbetween sun and ground
you find me
dancing in a field of creative energies.
ideas blossom like flowers
Feelings grow like butterfly wings.
Moments move in waterfall breezes.
The perfect play ground to live in
before I take to the universe
and go home to my fairy realm.

Tones of love I play with heart strings. They echo won't you open ears to hear?

Love vibrates from sacred sun sacred.
Won't you feel the energies of light?

Love spreads as nature reverberates
with wisdom galore.
Won't you search within to know truth?

Love comes from central source of The Divine.
Won't you align to experience?

Love is our nature too long forgotten.
Won't you grab your own essence?

It's time to stop, recall, feel, hear, know and embrace the aurthentic self and love present to take your place as a avatar for humanity.

I can’t be stressed because I’m blessed.
Anointed with moments light.

I can’t move in fear, cause I’m here.    
cared for inside divine timing.

I can’t be in egos grip cause I’m hip    
with guides that love unconditionally.

I can’t move alone because I’m sowed
within vibration of God every moment.

I raise my glass
to day that approaches.
Day where great change happens
and freedom is mine.

My breath of anticipating moves within.
My heart opens too usher in moment.

I raise my glass
to the coming day with prayer.
My voice echoes loudly.
My feet ground with excitement.

I raise my glass 
and drink with intention
of breath and gratitude
for the new journey
as old crumbles.
