Don't say another word,
you know what you have me falling for.
your wrapping your words around my heart,
like a weapon in the dark.
I try to look away but those bright blue eyes,
pull me back into your beautiful lies.

You pull me around and bring me back in time.
I remember when you left that morning and didn't return that night.
I would ask you where you been but all you do is stutter.
But for some reason i know your name will be the last word i utter.

I feel like i should leave,
I know every night you go out to drink.
I can't leave you alone,
but i have problems of my own.

Your faithful to me but your not.
You turn your head and then get some off the rocks.
Baby that bottle brings out your worst,
It turns my lullaby in the form of a curse.

That taste that you try to hide on your breath,
I love you but i hate that sour kiss.
We all have demons in all shapes and sizes.
Yours brings pain in the shape of a bottle.

lace collar clouds
poised above a
creamy  blue pastel sky
feel the sun gaze longingly
at the crystalline landscape necklace
draped over winter's chilled
bare neck
pinning the horizon
with icy  fingers .
This past February had a few days of   icy  artwork  all over  our world, it came with  awe inspiring   blue  skies. Poem written in Feb 2014.

I feel bad for the trees because they have to live for so long
a thought that occurred while smoking **** alone in the woods
Life of a single man

Sometimes we *** in the shower
And we hardly ever make the bed
We clean ourselves with shampoo
Using the lather from our heads

At times we wear the same old socks
That we wore the day before
And dont even get us started
On how long jeans last on the floor

When the bed gets made we sleep on top
Then just straighten when we get up
And do we really need to wash the sheets
If our skin they do not touch

We drink milk from the carton
Eat fast food way to much
We have pizza pie for dinner
And eat leftovers when we get up

We want the house to look real clean
So there are rooms that we don't use
When we can write our name in dust
That's when we grab a broom

This is the life of a single man
We just do what we want to do
It is very hard for us to change
When we meet that someone new

So dont try to change us overnight
So far we have made it through
But if by chance we fall in love
We may just change for you

i love that sound
a wind walks by and stirs the trees
that rushing breathing sound
the leaves make as the branches are swayed in the wind
i love the many voices of daylight
a lawnmower and childrens laughter
birds chattering
a small plane boiling overhead
pulling a sign for some event
i love the sound of summer

i love its taste
ice cold soda when your sitting on hot pavement
the texture of a overcooked hotdog at a ballpark
i love the taste of
your lips while you are sunbathing
sweat and sunscreen are an ****** mix
i love how summer tastes to my mind
it feels young
it tastes free

i reach up with incredible grace
****** the contrail from that jetliner far overhead
and tie it into a ribbon for your hair
there you go my lovely
you are a young french princess of the world
i love your taste most of all
you taste like love to me

The truth is
We are all
Searching
For someone
To care
So deeply
About us
That we forget
What being
Forgotten
Feels like
