The battle field,
is a cattle yield

© 2021 Carol Natasha Diviney
blood is thicker than water
filial bond is always there
brother, sister, son, daughter
a cord that'll never tear

from birth until the slaughter
of death and beyond
it's stronger than the altar
ties of marriage vows and bond

though friends will sweeten life
lighten troubles and strife
flesh 'n blood ties transcend
peripheral friendships that end

but occasionally there's a connection
of two spirits immortal
a soul that walks in same direction
as your inner will, G-d's portal

Born together with your soul
Conceived and carried in tandem,
Love divided in two the whole
Placed on Earth at random

And when, perchance, the two souls meet
On Earth-plane or psychic vibration,
they bind together as one heartbeat
in spiritual exultation

Angelically words are written
with a consecrated pen
using blessed silver ink
on holy paper they glisten

Send on fragile wings
to the lord above
but it seems to me
he did not even listen
Basketball at twilight
  fight frenzied fear

Hello Poetry
I have missed my fellow poets
Reading your words
I realize has become a piece of me
Like a magnet to a key 🔑
Hello Poetry poets have become
Poetic instigators to me
Your imaginations stir my mind
Waking realization
My poetic side will never decline
What I have to say to you is
THANK YOU
For sometimes I do neglect
When I am in pain
In my heart❤ I know
My friends at HP will motivate me
To sustain.
Love you guys!!!
Take your Seven Deadly Sins,
And butcher them with punctuation.

Capitalize on floods, famines and fires.

Express sickness, war and homelessness.

Parse politics.

Syllabicate and spell out for all to read
The horror of homelessness and apathy.

There.
Nothing's too real we can't fictionalize... marginalize,
Again, and again, and again.
why hide in the dark?
embrace your true colour
"be who you are"
don't seek for validation
we must reveal our true self, before our expiration.
nothing to  hide
just be you.
Love happens once
but disagreements about it
occur frequently.
