There’s scars you’ve left behind
in me, on me,
emotional wounds
never vanish.

Flagellated this face,
choked this heart,
gushes of red-stained tears
from these lacerated eyes.

Scarify my cheeks
with streams of
white-hot memories
…**** you!

People seemingly vanish all the time
But where are they if you're in the same place?
And here I sit still writing within mine
Amidst the candles glow I see your face

There is no curse that cannot be broken
Your aftermath leaves etchings on my heart
That equates to what our love has spoken
The emptiness that feels tears me apart

But here I remain, still, right where I sit
Along on my hands I count the great stars
As the path I must now take back is lit
Back, once more, I go to where this all starts

What has been sleeps peacefully in the past
Tenderly taken by a love at last
Letters from Lia Nov 2018
When the fire
that used to ignite
our hearts burns out,
Would you still
caress my skin?

When the moon
that used to shine
for us vanish,
Would you still
look at me
as a your own?

When all the constellations
that used to be
the a sign of our love
hide behind the clouds,
Would you still
kiss me?

When all the lights
that we used to stare at
all died down,
Would you still embrace
my frail soul?

When all of this happened,
When everything that
makes us so happy
went wrong,
My love, am I thinking
too deep?
My love, answer me,
Would you stay?
—am i thinking too far?

Painting shades of blue
the tinted clouds
over the rainbow
jumped away.

Now it's a diving black swan
somewhere down the all
clear lapis lazuli blue sky.

Only one is left behind
wish I was with my butterfly!

tears dry
and vanish
while the pain
and feelings
stay

Tomorrow we have all
the good reasons to wake.
The earth’s column
down the sky will stay high!

The same old first light will break out,
unveiling once more the face of earth.
Log on now it’s present,
don’t let it vanish away!

Many a time rallies of clouds
shroud the blue sky.
There is no need for anyone
then just to turn away.

The stars too illume
the sky with dim lights.
Maybe the chaste moon
then comes out swimming low
in the orb of the night.
So the sun, too, for a while
goes off into the hide.
Only to show up soon and align
above the earth’s column.

Atop a blooming new dawn
with the rose facing the sun
aligning to it’s shining polished line
passes through the present time.
So don’t just let it slip away!

Time and again the sun
been through the black box
and comes out of the dark night
absolutely smelling of roses.

Ah, the dreaming firstlight!
Stunned roses lost for words
every bird wakes up singing a song
but the breakthrough sun won't stop!

The grey twilight is a sigh
the sun vanishes away.

Saves every drop of colour
as if it hasn't got a clue
its far from the shades of the blue.

Deep into the dark black night
the light of the day goes unseen.
There is a sea within!
Wish, if only it can colour in.

If I am gone
vanish like pieces
into the atom.

It ain’t complain
lets drawback
spur in rhythm.

As I walk out of this door
I promise myself not to look back at you
For you have already let me go
How easy it must have been for you;
As I never was 'the one' for sure
But I did leave a note; placed it under your pillow
It's a final word from me to you;
About how once we held each other dear;
And I did care then,
But now, I'm not sorry
And I hope you read it soon enough,
Before I fade away from your memory.
