The whistle has been blown

My blocks are set
I'm warm, ready,
But I'm nervous

On your mark

I'm set
I've prayed
Yet I'm nervous

Bang

All fear Is gone
Based on start of track
I'm always nervous before my events
Poet-Whisperer Feb 2015
Near light improvised music
Under a moon so gray
Tomorrow's song
Sings of an evening
Pocketed in the dark
Absorbing us
Breathing us
Feeling us
Pulling us away
And we but following
Our usual routine
Lose track and thought
Of our words and hearts
Lose track and thought
Of our sight and light
Lose track and thought
Of our love,
And we simply
Reminisce.

I've been thinking about this lately,
What might be the future is,
Is it nice? Is it just fine?
Or is it just like the usual?

I've been seeking for answers,
And I still haven't got any,
I'm wearing this beautiful shoes,
But I don't know which way it'll lead me.

I've been picking up every pieces of petals,
Seems like there's gotta be a surprise,
If only there's a map of your own destination,
Then things would be less complicated.

I've been praying that someday I wouldn't be so lost like this,
To know exactly what's your main purpose in life,
When you don't need others' critics and judgements,
But yourself to find what's real inside of you.

that running from our problems
doesn't work on a circular track
and hiding can't save us
when everything is made of glass
Something that you should know as you walk along that track.
Your destinations clear and you are not coming back.

Something to contemplate that might cause a dis-rail. Or perhaps just slow you down as you are destined to fail.

You never read the small print, you never studied well. That's why your on this journey to Hell!

You signed your name in blood to get the things you could.
You never once took thought of if you really should.

You had your fifteen famous, you thought you were on your way.
But you didn't really think how soon it was till you would pay.

And now your on the path to Hell and looking really pale. Because the Devil is 'as they say' in the detail.

"I lost you  what's not to get"

.
An endless track,
Meandering predicatively,
305 times around,
Yet never knowing what lies beyond this
Grizzled track.

Shivering,
My gray spirit presses on,
305 steps taken
Through this impenetrable fog,
Many more to go.

This bight winds on,
This way and that,
305 turns.
The speckles of this devious path
Cloud the search for meaning.

Only a breath,
Only a moment,
305 days.
Run away from the end,
Clear the path for me.
Bight Definition: a bend or curve in the shore of a sea or river.

I've been counting the stars for so long that I have lost track of the moon.

A C Leuavacant May 2014
Call me twice
By phone to phone
Kickstart again
fill in the noise
Of cars and empty busses
Passing on through ***** streets

And solitude will give you truth
But extravertial dreams pass by
And The Words pass by
And the ticking clock stops
And the doubts will end
So Stay on the beat
But don't be a fool
Look down
Oh Look down
And turn east towards home
For as the crow flies
You're going on track

So don't loose your head
With heartbreak rhymes
Or by lonely walks
Or not showing up
Because you don't need it
None of it
All you need is to be you
An experimental style kind of.

Sometime you board the wrong train
And you reach a destination, not in the itinerary
Unfamiliar passenger, whom you thought you, knew
But slowly, as the journey begins, you get lost
In the language, you usually do not speak
Unable to decipher, the inner feelings, you feel alien
Sometimes the parallel tracks look familiar
Maybe, they will lead you to your preferred destination
You so wish for the parallel journey
Willing to board the train on that track
Wishing to talk to the driver, about your feelings
If he could just bring the train to a halt
The train coming to a jolting stop
You may have to get off midway and board another train
Your train of thoughts has led you to the train
This will take you to the destination you have dreamt
With the right passenger the journey will be a breeze*
