She said I missed you
And I did
She saw the way I touched you
You felt so good in my hands
That I couldn't hide it
Like part of me
You and I
Lightning, clouds and thunder
Raining brass from the sky
Death no longer silent
But screaming in joy
Barking it out loudly
Singing to the world
Stirring dust devils
In the distance
As we dance
Just wanted to see if I could write a poem about anything. I think I can

When you were younger, There would be nights that you cry, Yourself to sleep cause you can't dream another sight to be seen, Dark and dark, Dimmer redeem, When you were younger, You just couldn't live without me, Staring at the old pictures to forget, Brain surgery, To keep me lit, When you were younger There were lights on all your walls, Computers decks, And the photos of the memory when night falls, When you were younger, Your mom gave u hell, While my mom took you in, Fruits lying around on the table, Call it a growing sin, When you were younger, When we kiss and touch in your bedroom, but now-a-days you be kissing on another dude, So now we're older , is this what want, Leaving dieing memories of me, Text messages with different fonts, I found somebody better, And she's not the jealous type either, How could you stare in a broken mirror, Now shatter.

Three hearts for thee divided,
Lust battles with duty for attention,
Making waves that drowned your cries,
Yet you persisted.

Three loves became one,
Your heart the sole victor,
To you go the spoils,
And yet you persisted.

One heart's love is yours entire,
Overworked and overwhelming,
Wounded soldiers make terrible bedmates,
And yet you persist.

As the light of the morning
awakens me, a sweet taste
of heaven touches my lips

And at that moment I think
of the tenderness which
is daily found in your kiss

Even though I was greeted
by the sun, dancing happily
while delighting my eyes

I found my heart entranced
by carefully placed kisses,
whose taste of bliss on my
lips now lie

My beginning this morning
was breathtaking as I was
I was greeted by my two
true loves

For your kisses greeted
me with embracing smiles
shining like the sun in the
sky above

My heart and mind were swept
into a natural high, where I
felt myself flying like a dove

And I found the sweet essence
of heavens bliss alive, within
the graceful embrace of the two
I love

Inside of my heart I found
myself smiling because of
the sweetness my two loves
bring

Finding my life will always
be a priceless blessing, because
they give my heart a genuine
reason to sing.
In life to have one true love is so beautiful but with two its a dream come true, especially when one is your heavenly love and the other your earthly soul mate.
I know who I am,
But not who or what I was.
Why can't I recall?
Nothing too fancy; just a quick haiku reflecting my thoughts regarding ancestry and reincarnation. I find myself asking this question at least once a month.

Those three words feel like a swarm of bees buzzing in my mouth and making it hard to think, I'm scared you can hear them stinging my lips and tongue,  I'm afraid to open my mouth and say those three words to you because I don't want you to get stung, so I will swallow them down and let them sting my insides  all the way to my bones where they can make a home inside my skin.
