smile
my dear - even when it hurts to
for your smile may be like the ray of sunshine
which escapes the curtains at dawn
for another
whose sun no longer does the things it is
the sun does
if your heart once skipped a beat,
That's a pulse missing,
No oxygenated blood flow,
Veins empty as heart left in vain,
Love have arrived.

We die a bit, skips a bit,
only to be reborn in a stranger's shoulders,
Love is the problem and the solution.

It creeps in like a seed,
For sure you will water it
With tear drop
from heart break to miscommunications.

The seed grows
The seed glows.

Nurtured and Nourished
Memories made and forgotten
The love I lived for
And the hope that kept me going
Distant and vague concepts now
Like experiences of a previous life
creeping into the back of my mind
Holding on to whispers
slowly fading
Love that has been lost
Is a pain without comparison
Don't judge them for leaving
Let them down slowly
All that we went through
only to end up strangers...
Losing the love that was promised for eternity.
Before we were strangers
And led two different lives
Before the whole world crumbled
In front of our eyes

Lived lives like no tomorrow
Like our hearts gone wild
Like nothing gonna touch us
Immoralists as much

Before becoming strangers
Before the last goodbye
The sole thing I remember
The storm inside your eyes

i never really thought an almost stranger’s second floor apartment could make me feel at ease

it was a houseful that night but even after almost everyone with a long drive home left
it still felt ***** even though i barely knew anyone who stayed
if it were anywhere else
i would have stayed bottled up all night
and left when they did
even though i live ten minutes away
but something about that place
and the almost stranger who calls it home
made me feel more comfortable than i have since coming to this new place

not even my space feels like that

These days, the years come slow and go by so fast.
These days, it's hard to make memories and even harder to make them last.
These days, we're afraid of ourselves as much as we are of strangers.
These days, we see everything as a danger
These days, we're getting farther apart even though we're starving for connection.
But the isolation is a great opportunity for self reflection.
Unfortunately, we look at the clock and think we have to rush.
These days, we don't take enough time to appreciate the power of a kiss, hug, or touch.
These days, words have more power than ever. So please take the time to think about what you say.
It may change how people think of you for the rest of your days.
