Are humans a miracle or a curse?
well, even stars are just scars of the universe.
star May 27
let the stars fall 5.22.25 (8:01 am)
it’s time to give up
isn’t it

time to let the snow bury me and the hail crush me
i’m giving up, let the stars all fall down

it’s dangerous with me tonight,
just go
i’d save you,
but why?

i’m giving up
what’s even worth living for?
you? me? us?
certainly not the universe, no

forever dissecting myself
in front of a mirror,
i’m not a blonde and blue-eyed barbie

oh it’s time to give it all up
and i’ll do it willingly

Admire them from afar,
Like the beautiful constellation they are.
You want to feel them close,
But is it worth it?

Your eyes will melt,
And your skin will burn.
You will turn into dust,
While they keep on shining and sinning
With their mere existence.

Is the cost of turning into ashes worth it,
Just to feel them close for a brief moment?
Where their brightness makes your irises explode,
And the heat makes your soul melt?

Is it all worth it,
Knowing it will end you and erase your timeline,
While this is just another fleeting moment
In the endless light of their life?
I've revisited this one... I think it sounds better now.

Moon on barren skin,
Dusk in her finest corset—
Give the stars a show!

O’ eyes! You bore the echo of the Throne,
And gazed as if the stars were all your own.
Majestic eyes, whose silence made me whole —
You gazed, and in that gaze — you kissed my soul.

I'll sneak away at night
when the world is fast asleep
as your breath rises and falls, deep and slow
as the stars dance in the sky under their mother the moon
hidden by the light from the street lamps

I'll quietly slip from my warm bed
shocked by the chilling air as I peel back the covers
and I'll tip-toe past your bedroom
and put on my shoes
and leave my tear-stained letter on the kitchen table

you won't even notice as I leave
as I creep open the front door hesitantly
as my feet drag me out to the bus stop
and I wonder if it's too late to turn back

when the bus brings me to my stop
and I walk towards the bridge
my heart won't stop racing
I wonder if this really is my fate
as I near the ledge

I shut my eyes and envision you
still drifting away in the land of dreams
sleeping peacefully in my absence
I get closer to the ledge

you won't even notice I'm gone
your chest will still rise and fall
your dreams will continue to play
the stars will continue to dance under their mother moon
and the street lamps will shine until the morning
and when the morning comes
and the sun rises out of its bed
and the moon and her children leave for the day
and your dreams finally come to an end
please don't miss me

There is music that will play on,
when we are gone.

When we have slept,
And when we have weapt,
moving away
to a another day.

The music will still play
on for it's own
And for no one,

As when we are gone,
The stars won't be done,
They blink
They shine like a golden ink,

They will never leave,
They'll dance,
And we'll greave
And leave.

Just as we have always done,
And they will never do.

I tried to touch the stars last night
So i took a chair and turned off the light

I reached higher than I ever tried
I saw them already, so beautiful, I even cried

But I lost balance and the chair fell
The light went on, and I was back in my cell
All of a sudden
The stars have stopped shining
Blimming sadness in Heaven
Too many babies are maimed and hurt
Too many infants are starving and suffering
Too many women are crying and mourning
And too many men are being sought
For summary executions
Where countless elders of the sad nations
Have disappeared without a trace
The pain is excruciating. What a disgrace!

All of a sudden
The sky has become extremely dark
Flaming chaos in Heaven
The cemetery is in the park
The buildings are bombed and bulldozed
For heaven’s sake, too many soldiers are overdosed
Where ships, vessels, yachts, boats and canoes are sunk
Somewhere is buried a dead skunk
Where everything is comatose and decomposed
No one can honestly envision a bright future
Where nobody can dry the tears of Mother Nature.

The stars have stopped shining
The moon is visibly absent
The sun is on strike and fasting
And the weather is eerily aberrant.

Will you remember her?
She was so fun after all!
She laughed by eyes, laughed softly.
She was so light and airly at all.
Will you remember her?

Will you remember her?
She so loved all sunsets,
Loved stars and caught their light!
She ran away in her sleeps some place.
Will you remember her?

Will you remember her?
She so adored winter laugh,
Snowdrifts to be higher, the snow to be white
And bitterlly cold and not in half.
Will you remember her?

You will remember her!
She so loved to love!
She gave of herself wholeheartedly!
She couldn’t live without love!
You will remember her!
Love is often so simple, so light, so airy, so pure, so real. But we just don't see it. But then, when we remember, it all comes back in our memory...
