Despite the long winter
The cool Spring morning sparrows
Melodies of warm honey

Reynaldo Casison
Northern Poet Mar 18
Pints int sun
Socks, sliders and chit-chat
Walking home in zig zags
Good people
I miss all that

Summer days
Sunny haze
Topping up the tan
In the English rays

Factor 50
Laid on thick
When the temp strikes 20
The sunstroke hits

Ice-cold bevs
On a picnic bench
Tunes blasting
Pints thrown
Am chuffing drenched

The ciggies and spliffs
Chasing the vibe
Oh, what it is
To be alive

The beer gardens
Packed to the brim
“Sorry mate
You can’t come in”
Party in the park
Barbecues
And burnt sausage
Go on then
Another gin

The English summer
What a sight
Top’s off, top’s on
Golden days
And Endless nights
For the English summer
Who rises the sun,
What man drags forth light?
I know not the knight,
Valiant to bring forth the sunrise.
Still, valor to his efforts,
For life is better in the light.
There's been many pretty sunrises recently
Mama earth Mar 17
Grateful amid riches
Derived from the Ocean
Isu potions
Involuntary screams
Happiness seaps thru my pores
Always wanting more
Inviting Tribulations
Exploring bridges
Nothing about me is rigid
Continuously Evolving
Downright devoted
.Manifesting a beautiful world 🌎
After the fire
On my feet
I've grown anew

Green has arrived
In my fingertips
As dust and ashes
Were slowly washed
By bottles of time and surrender

Now a bird's
Sweet notes
Carry me through
Spring
On regeneration of soul, eternal voyage
Sweet fair virtuoso, with your raw
and tender Melodies of evening rain
And Supernova champagne
You are the rainbow flow
Of Beauty, cool, sultry and luscious
A lighter of candles and hymn
Scintillations of soothe
WithIn stillness
And when youre in the groove
Art of our love tonic and gin

And with the quirky adept wave
Of your guitars like a wand
The fine wine of vineyard stars

For with her love
like midnight waterfalls
Her affections sweetly sighs
Our love that shimmers
with rose moonbeams
Of her pretty lake gaze
that glimmers
like candlelit dreams
The moon
with our stars tenderly ablaze

Early May greens the poplars tall;
And birches wear their earrings bright.
And tender hues embrace the soil,
While ants now crawl the path in sight.
From its hive crawls a sluggish bee—
The sun gifts sparkling rays of light!
Oh, how beautiful life can be,
When warmed by love divine and bright!
Nothing compares to this spring time love,
Except for one single thing,
The love we'll have in summer.

Yet, even better than that,
The love we'll hold in fall,
Golden and aged like the leaves of oak trees.

But no thing could be greater,
Than the love we'll hold come next winter,
Sleeping in, your warmth by my side.
I can't wait to spend all this time with her
Croissant moon
WithIn Spring sky
She was enjoying french fries
