The Spring Sunset
Like wanderlust gypsies
Has drifted to Evening caress

Whenever you need some love
Gaze WithIn
Gaze WithIn my darling
You'll feel the Rose moon
of my love with the heavenly stars
Up above

Time flies by like nightingale melodies
And with the sunflowers and roses
Your Beauty sighs

Whenever you need some love
Whenever you need some love
Gaze WithIn
My darling
Gaze WithIn
And feel the Sweet moon
Of Our love
Like an Exotic and Tender dove

The shore is strewn with sun
moonlight
And waves,
Your gaze strewn with loving bouquets
Candlelight strewn upon the verandas
And cabarets
Whenever you need some love

Ah, ah, ah

Gaze WithIn my exotic darling
You'll feel that longing
Your tears shall be sing songing
Your sighs transcend eras
With your hips in a trance
The flowers are blossoming
To dance
Whenever love
Whenever love
Whenever love

La la la Whenever you need some love
Gaze WithIn
Exotic darling
Feel like the rose heavenly Moon
and
stars up above

Reynaldo Casison
Theres a moon that glows in sweet skies
And sighs like roses with our love
In luminous repose
My Sultry dove

Stay WithIn,
Stay WithIn there

Hey my sweet love
Yeah yeah yeah
We'll be without a care
Besides Our love
The evening diamond stars to greet
The wind with my love
Caressing the honey of your hair

Stay WithIn
Stay WithIn there
WithIn the Soul of my heart
And the heart of my soul
Our love shall make us whole

Honey your Beauty is too Sweet
To forget
We'll shed our tears with no regrets

Stay WithIn
Stay WithIn there
WithIn the Soul of my heart
And heart of my soul
Our Love Shall make us whole

We'll have no more worry
Loosen to stay sturdy
Let go to hold on
What is lost is won
With the Spring moon and sun

Theres a moon that glows in sweet skies
And like roses with Our love sighs

Stay WithIn
Stay WithIn there
My Sultry dove

Hey my sweet love and friend
Yeah yeah yeah

Reynaldo Casison
The birds remind me
That the sweet songs of loving
Were not meant to be
Haiku for you

Words are not enough

Verse 1
Took the wrong bus on a Wednesday
Wore the skirt I swore I hated
Had a blister and a sunburn
And the sky was drained and jaded

Sat by a woman with a bag of peaches
One rolled out and hit my shoe
She laughed like my aunt who died in April
And I almost said, “I miss you too”

Pre-Chorus 1
Joy didn’t knock, just drifted through—
Like a memory dressed in something new.

Chorus 1
I got sunburned in my silence
Skirt too short and pride too loud
Joy just slipped into the backseat
While I cursed at every cloud

I’m not healed, just unbothered
By the mess I’ve started to miss
I flinch at kindness lately
Like it’s something I can’t resist

Verse 2
The driver missed my stop completely
But I didn’t say a word
There’s a silence that feels sacred
When you’re scared of being heard

My phone lit up with nothing
And it still made me smile
I’m the patron saint of letdowns
But I stayed soft for a while

Pre-Chorus 2
Joy didn’t ask if I’d moved on
Just slipped back in like nothing was wrong

Chorus 2
I got sunburned in my silence
Skirt still short and ego bruised
Joy slid in like she owned the place
Like she knew I’d already lost the ruse

I’m not healed, just out of stories
So I smile and call it wise
Now I host my hauntings sweetly
Like the ghosts were always mine

Bridge
I practiced detachment like a prayer
Burned sage, lit candles, grew out my hair
But it still smelled like him in July—
Like sweat, and shame, and cherry pie

I told the moon, “I get it. You only show half,”
Then cried so hard I think I made God laugh

Mascara on my birth certificate
From rewriting who I was
Tried on forgiveness like a costume
But forgot what size I was

I kept rewriting the ending
’Til the story started biting back
Guess healing is just hiding
In a dress you thought you packed

Final Chorus
I got sunburned in my silence
Skirt still short, but now it fits
Joy returns like clockwork chaos
Pulls up laughing, never quits

I wasn’t healed, just hungry
For something I didn’t have to chase
And for once, I didn’t flinch
When the world looked me in the face

Outro
I told the moon, “I get it.”
But I was really talking to myself.
LYRICS I WROTE BUT DONT HAVE MUSIC, WANNA HELP?!?This one’s for the kind of hurt that tans your skin and warms your chest. Where grief feels like vacation and silence hums louder than screaming. A poem about not forgetting. About still glowing where it got tender.
Cascade your tresses honey
Violins of the breeze
Seven stars tenderly ablaze
WithIn
your exquisite gaze
Exotic silhouettes
like moonlit rain
Honey
Your love shall be my champagne

Swaying so sweet,
hems rose with the moon
Swaying so sweet
hems rose with the moon

Loosen your robe with all our cares
What shall stay without the dares
WithIn
Our love waltzes there

Heavens sublime,
hems rose with the moon
Heavens sublime
hems rose with the moon

Try without trying
The sweet rain is firmly crying
Sunflowers irises and roses
Blossom to bloom
Let our love
Sigh like candles
while the moon and waves
are sighing
A rainbow bouquet
Like a jazz cabaret
Caress sweetly one another
Feel WithIn
The Moonlight
With our love
like champagne

Swaying so sweet
hems rose with the moon
Swaying so sweet
hems rose with the moon
Sip the moonlight
With the midnights
Be
Like fine wine

Nobody knows
Nobody understands
And that's alright
That's alright
That's alright
That's alright
It has a blues-touch to it.
Arii Mar 27
I wander across a silent land
As a miserably lonely man
Following the call of
An early morning bird

With nothing in my head,
And nothing in my hands

The bird, in all its morning cheer
Chirps and trills for all to hear
It sings even though there is no crowd,
Its song is as magnificent as it is loud

It holds its head up, proud and high,
It looks up daringly at the sky,
Like the clouds are challenging it
To fly

It leaves the branch it rested on
Wings spreading as it took off
And I still remain a lonely wight,
But maybe I, too, can take flight.
Overcast days
Grey skies
Skipping to my beats
Emotional high
Let it out
Breathe it in
Universal sigh
Back on track
Found my pace
Settle in
It’s about to begin
Beautiful Day
My my
Feeling alright
Nothing to do
Nothing standing in my way
Walking straight ahead
With my vibe
Immune to time
Flip the switch on my kit
Pull rhythm and rhymes
From the sky
