on the horizon of tribulation
 variables hover as unwritten expressions
       the plane of abstract thought
         a stream of consciousness
           holds memories from long ago

   the uncertainty holds us
      close as a ghost
      our worlds float further away
       and the fatigue remains
         intimately alive

      when I sit alone
she shows me that I'm small
      too imbued with a tendency
          to exude, to emote
              I am barely vocal
         the plan is predictable
you pluck sentiment from thin air
and with a flap of your wings
               take off into trepidation

and watch
the sunset

watch the
waves kiss
the shore
blissfully

and listen
to the
crash.

Listen to the
seagulls talking to
one another as
they race on
by.

Enjoy this moment.
Enjoy this moment, right here,
right now.
And I sit right here.
Yes next to the boy that does not care.
Yes behind the girl with the painted hair.
I hate it here
But often you must live through fear
Because strength builds up the more times you exercise your restraint

I'm sitting in the classroom
looking at the clock
watching it count-down
'till I can run off
out the classroom, out of this hell
over to my friends, where all is okay
here I'll stay
but only for 15 minutes
then I'll have to return
back to the cage
where time moves slow
back to the place
where I'm not sure that I do belong
So I'll just sit
and watch the clock count'down...

You sit softly back into the faded couch
rain spills in dark blue slate against my forearms
Pale ivory lines of my skin align tenderly with your tangled teeth
You tell me that this is how we'll end
Dim and quiet icons of our generation wrapped in grey
But we laugh it off anyway
And I sing gods and monsters into your warm neck
Humble moments of my velvet intent
I lean into you
And the rain conceals the rest
Imagery from a later night

Where you choose to sit is where you choose to listen.
Don't like what you hear,
You change seats.
"I refuse to sit here and listen.."
Go on about your business sweetheart, no one is making you sit here but you.
Today I sit and ponder
Of all that is my life
Of work and friends and family
Of my dear and loving wife

I ponder of my future
I don't worry of the past
That's all done and dusted
And it all went by so fast

I used to have a vision
But, that has long since died
I came close to achieving
And god, you know I tried

I ponder where I'd be right now
If just one thing had changed
How would my life be different?
If my life was rearranged

I ponder, but it's useless
My life is great as is
I cannot do much better
I'm happy with all this

I've got all that I can wish for
And I wouldn't change a bit
For now, my life is perfect
So, I ponder ....while I sit

When the evening
Pulls the
Sun down,

Let us sit
Alone
Gazing Wondering Dreaming
Into the star saturated
Night sky.

Mindless time can pass by us without us knowing.
Mindless time doing mindless things.
We waste time so easy.
We let a thing we think is just there.
Go by mindlessly.
Why?
Time. It is precious
Time is our key.
Why are people so blind. You mindless time of texting doing whatever other thing.
Is the time you change your life.
Time is an infinite thing right?
Yes but not for one person.
One person does not hold infinite time.
It'll never be there.
Time last on and on yes.
But a person doesn't.
Time comes at a price, Yes it is a thing that is there forever.
But why waste precious time?
You are a simple human.
You are not the works of the universe.
You are a person controlled by the universes ways.
You have choices with your time.
But the universe still takes its play.
The universe is the master of the time your the one playing the game.
So instead of mindless time.
Use the time to become the best **** thing you can be.
Become your dream.
Time gives us the chance.
To prove every single thing someone says is impossible can be done.
Every impossibility is the things we need to be.
